El personal amable en todo momento.

El barrio hay muchos bares y mucho ruido por la noche, incluso cortan la calle para sacar las terrazas fuera.

Het is een heerlijke plek dichtbij de grootste hotels zoals Ssnto domingo Bay, dichtbij casino's,disco en stranden. Het is rustig en je hebt de nodige privacy. Een geweldige staff die paraat staat voor wijzigingen en verzoeken. Ik was ietsjes eerder dan de check in tijd en had, ontspannende opties om alvast van het zwembad en uitzicht te genieten op het balkon of bij het zwembad.

Alle hotels kunnen altijd beter en beter worden met de dag en tijd.

das nach der benutzung der handtücher nach jedem fleck geschaut wird , und wenn vorhanden was bei einer nutzung normal ist , lt ihren geschäftsbedingungen eine gebühr von 20 dolla erhoben wird ! man kann es verstehen wenn es zerrissen oder kaputt ist ! aber eine reinigung nach der benutzung sollte wohl normal sein !

Extremely clean, breakfast was really good and staff was amazing from the first to last moment. It is a hidden hotel but really good option to stay for reasonable price, super close to the beach (1 min walk). Roof top pool/jacuzzi - for two days straight we were the only ones there at night enjoying drinks and watching stars

Nothing was bad, honestly

It was central and there we many restuarants.

There was no hot water or washcloths.

Hotel básico con todo lo necesario a dos pasos de la playa. Todo limpio, cama cómoda, aire acondicionado...no le puedo poner nada malo. El personal muy amable y educado.

Non c'è l'acqua calda. Abbiamo portato le valigie al secondo piano perché non c'è l'ascensore. La piscina molta sporca!

The guy at the reception was courteous and helpful. And hotel was in a convenient location for outside restaurants and exploring downtown.

Checkout was 1 o'clock. However, before 1 the lady at reception came to remind me. At one minute after one I was at the reception and ready to leave, but needed to find some water. She berated me and told me that I had to check out even though it was just three minutes after 1. For this reason I doubt that I would return to this hotel, which in not a great hotel anyway

El desayuno bueno, completo. La ubicación excelente.

No hay ascensor, me ayudaron a subir y bajar la maleta. No tienen lugar reservado en la playa. El check in es a las 3 pm. En la mayoría de los hoteles es a las 12 pm.

Amabilidad del personal

La ubicación no es lo que uno espera. No tiene playa. Se cruza una calle y se debe pasar por unas cocinerias para acceder al borde rocoso del mar que está totalmente ocupado de mesas de las cocinerias…

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff is very hospitable and kind. Allot of food and drink options in the area. Hotel provides taxi services smoothly. I would recommend for a short stay!

La atención de una de las recepcionistas, muy amable ...

Ofrecían un sofá amplio más la cama , que obviamente lo reservamos por qué íbamos día personas que queríamos dormir de forma separada y cuando llegamos vimos un sofá pequeño donde era imposible estar acostada. Un horror. La temperatura y ruido de la habitación creaba la sensación de estar en un zulo. El desayuno y la atención de la señora que lo cocinaba , parecía que nos estaba perdonando la vida. Nefasta .

Excelente opción. Super limpio todo, facilidades nuevas y en buenas condiciones. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy rico. Cerca de restaurantes. Tuvimos un poco de problema con el agua caliente para ducharnos pero en todo lo demás recomendado 100%

I wouldn't recommend it. The bathroom in my room had a tiny window that can see to another rooom. The area around the hotel feels unsafe. People are loud.

I booked the stay for my dad who is very picky about where he stays , he absolutely loves it and say he will come back for a longer stay , he said the location was beautiful and clean staff were very nice . He could not stop raving about the location of the hotel also .

It was comfortable for an overnight stay.

It was clean, well organized and the staff was friendly and helpful with anything you need. Check in was quick and easy.

I absolutely would not recommend this property to anyone. Our flight into the Santo Domingo was canceled due to Hurricane Erin so we were not able to check in on the date we booked the room. I reached out to the Hotel to inform them of this, never received a response. We finally made it to the property and was told we would not be getting the room we booked. Normally not an issue HOWEVER we booked a PREMIUM room and was given a standard shoebox room instead with absolutely no form of refund or compensation. I spoke with the manager who in turn tells me because I didn't show up my original room was given away because it was reserved for someone else. Keep in mind the hotel room was PAID IN FULL. This hotel and it's surroundings is absolute garbage and I definitely would not be staying here again.

Closeness to the airport

They staff are not friendly, the noise from the walkway disturbs the peace in the room. The roof/jacuzzi was dirty

The staff is wonderful! They keep the hotel very clean and are available at frint desk 24 hrs. Many food options on the same street as hotel and right across the street from the beach. Gyom restaurant and the Boathouse are excellent for seafood at reasonable prices. The people are very friendly. It helps to have a translator on your phone if you don't speak Spanish. There is a strong police & guard presence in boca chica as they are keeping crime down. Definately fealt safe. We would stay here again.
