Il check-in è 24h su 24, la struttura è ben organizzata ed è perfetto per un pernottamento veloce prima di prendere un volo. Gtazie di tutto

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Klimaanlage war schön leise. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen Don Mueang aus in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal an der Reueption war sehr freundlich. Da es in einer Seitenstraße gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Petty Scam Attempt! As a solo traveler who has visited 35 countries, I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I stayed for one night; I am a non-smoker and do not consume alcohol. During checkout the next morning, the receptionist inspected my room and demanded an extra 150 Baht, claiming the bath towel was "dirty" simply because I used it to dry myself off after showering. I asked her if bath towels aren't meant precisely for drying off after a bath. This was completely ridiculous and a clear attempt to scam money out of guests. I argued my point and demanded that she bring the towel down to reception so we could inspect together how "dirty" it supposedly was. Seeing that I wouldn't back down, she immediately dropped the issue, claimed everything was fine, and told me I could leave. Had there been chemical stains, hair dye, or actual damage, their claim would have been reasonable. But claiming a towel is ruined just from normal body drying after a shower is absurd and disgraceful. Their scam failed only because I stood my ground. I strongly recommend staying away from hotels that resort to such dishonest tactics to extortionately charge guests over petty amounts.

We booked a double room with a king bed, which would have been enough to for us and our young children. Regardless, the staff said it could not accommodate us all and refused to add an extra bed so we ended up having to bool a second room that we did not use (it’s unrealistic wanting to split a family with young kids) and we still had to upgrade one of them in order to have two beds, just to find out they had vacant extra bed right besides the elevator. Apart from this, the location is no good, although it is quite close to airport, due to highways and rail tracks, prepare yourself for a 10/15min drive or a 20/30min walk to the airport. All in all, for families, just book the hotel that is directly connected to the airport, as in the end it will cost almost the same but you just have to cross a bridge (which interestingly this “hotel” suggests you should use to cross, going through their lobby) and at least you have other commodities like swimming pool, access to restaurants, etc.
