La habitacion no estaba terminada cuando llegue, la señora de la limpieza me dijo algo en frances acerca del armario pero no le entendi, asi que se fue. Al final de mi estadia recibo una llamada diciendo que si por casualidad habia puesto en mi maleta una plancha! Nunca supe que habia una hasta ese momento porque he usado la mia, me parecio como minimo ¨horrible¨que se me llame y me acusen de algo asi. La persona de la piscina tampoco fue muy amable.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026ci vengo da anni perchè sta giusto a metà dei miei viaggi verso nord e verso sud; posizione perfetta per l'autostrada ed il garage: si riesce a non scaricare i bagagli dall'auto e ripartire il giorno dopo senza dover re-incastrare tutto. Personale cortese e disponibile; sopperisce dove può a qualche carenza strutturale.
Purtroppo è molto invecchiato negli anni senza quasi manutenzione; stanze malandate; aria condizionata molto rumorosa ed anche chiudendo le ventole della stanza al 7mo piano si sentono forte le ventole del piano. Pulizia al limite della decenza; moquette dei corridoi sporca e da sostituire e tappeti in camera idem; frigo bar solo con acqua a coca.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026L’emplacement pas loin de la ville , le petit déjeuner très varier nous avons passé un super moment en famille, le personnel était vraiment gentil et à l’écoute , niveau qualité prix je pense que c’est imbattable sur Florence , une zone où il y a plein de restaurant et de magasins super sympathique, si jamais nous revenons sur Florence nous reviendrons vers ce mercure sans hésitation,
Un petit bémol c’est la douche après une douche la salle de bain est inondé d’eau ça passe par en dessous .

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Les chambres sont correctes mais un peu étroites pour 4 personnes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le restaurant aussi. La piscine est appréciable également. Pour se rendre en ville, il faut avoir la voiture pour se rendre à un parking en limite de la ville et prendre le tramway soit 30-40 min.
Le restaurant est trop petit pour accueillir les clients de l'hôtel, il faut réserver à l'avance si vous voulez avoir une chance de manger sur place.

La serie de problemas desde que llegamos. Eran las 2 de la tarde y ya no pudimos comer, gracias al chico de la cafetería que eran los más amables. Después la habitación el baño olía fatal tuvimos que solicitar otra habitación, luego el segundo día otros huéspedes entraron en la habitación estando nosotros dentro, pedimos explicaciones y no hubo explicación… un poco caos. Edificio antiguo. Moqueta muy sucia

nous avions pris cet hôtel pour être à proximité de l'aéroport (départ de l'avion le lendemain à 6h30...). Or, l'hôtel n'a pas de navette aéroport : il faut prendre un taxi. Son restaurant a une capacité très limitée donc sans réservation, nous n'avons pas pu y dîner ; et l'environnement est un désert d'entrepôts et d'échangeurs. Ce n'est donc pas une solution que je recommande pour la situation "avion très tôt le matin".

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026You just want a hotel near the Florence Airport for one night before an early morning flight. I get it. You’d be better off sleeping on a park bench than stay at the Novotel. First off, everyone that worked there were very friendly and helpful. This hotel has no business being in business. It’s a dump. We were told ahead of time that they were working on getting the hot water working. I guess luke warm is their definition of hot. I had to pry off the rusty tub drain plug with a pen. The room wreaked of stale smoke, fortunately the windows open, so birds possibly flying in was worth the risk. The best part was, what looked like a star (or something) on the giant framed red square masquerading as artwork on the wall, was actually a dead moth behind the glass. So trust me, go elsewhere.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Room was a good size, the bathrooms defiently need renovating- or at least updating and hand rails placed in the bathtub to get in and out which I thought was rather dangerous. The breakfast was amazing such a large selection and everytging was fresh. The staff were more than helpful from the breakfast to the front reception.
Bathroom- very old and damp with no grab rails to get in and out of the shower/tub.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Camera familiare spaziosa e comoda, colazione varia, molto comodo il parcheggio con colonnina tesla supercharger. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza di una piccola area giochi per i bimbi nella hall, e il dono per loro di due pupazzetti.
Unico difetto: nonostante fossimo all’ottavo piano e con doppi vetri arrivava un forte rumore di traffico dalla strada vicino. Era comunque un rumore bianco e non ci ha disturbati troppo.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Le personnel est très professionnel, très à l’écoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine du restaurant est excellente. L’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking gratuit.
Accès à l’hôtel un peu compliqué en voiture

La stanza, sebbene fosse indicata come quella di un hotel 4*, se ne era persa qualcuna... Moquette macchiata, mobili rotti, plafoniere datate e scheggiate, bagno datatissimo e rovinato, tenda della vasca sporca/macchiata, soffitto con macchie di umidità.

Vil ha 2x10 euro for å låse inn 2 sykler. Har syklet flere uker 15 år på rad i Italia, aldri opplevd før. Basseng ikke åpnet. Takdusj montert 188 cm fra gulv?? Slitent rom/bad. Kjøleskap virket ikke. Problemer med lys. Dårlig nett og dårlige TV signaler.

Breakfast was only Eur12 and was equitable in choice. Not great but okay. Also the hotel is a Eur30 ride from the airport which you will need to consider.

Pire novotel que j ai fait Chambre qui sent la cigarette Draps rugueux Chambre sans charme Couloir lugubre La bouteille d’eau est payante !!!! On n’a pas trouvé de distributeur de boisson
