Stanza molto grande, pulita e confortevole. Comoda per visitare la, città.

Facile da raggiungere e facile parcheggio, pulizia abbastanza buona

Struttura un po’ trasandata e lasciata andare, carta da parati rovinata e non c’erano prese per caricare il telefono vicino al letto (una sola presa in tutta la stanza e una in bagno).

Struttura in posizione molto comoda arrivando in auto, stanza molto ampia (ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito a una Junior suite). Personale molto cordiale e professionale. Colazione a buffet buona. Parcheggio coperto gratuito in struttura

Il parcheggio aveva problemi di infiltrazioni d’acqua e in alcuni punti c’era del fango molto scivoloso. In bagno aggiungerei una presa shucko

Very nice big room and very confortable bed. The parking was very confortable too.

They should change the towels when they find it on the floor and not only remove them. Tv need to be fixed with wifi connection otherwise are useless for netflix.

Hotel un po’ datato, ma con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: per il prezzo pagato, offre davvero un buon servizio. La camera è semplice, ma pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, con letti comodi. Colazione abbondante e varia. Una menzione speciale al personale della sala colazioni, davvero gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole e una struttura che consiglio per chi cerca una soluzione economica senza rinunciare alla pulizia e ai servizi essenziali. 9/10.

Alla reception abbiamo invece trovato un’accoglienza un po’ più distaccata, ma nel complesso senza particolari problemi.

Estaba muy deteriorado las habitaciones y el baño tenía el lavabo a la altura de las rodillas. La puerta del baño carcomida y la ducha muy pequeña . Le hace falta una reforma. El garaje da asco de la humedad que tiene. Mucho ruido por la noche porque Está al lado de una casa de ocupas de color y árabes muy problemáticos Los cristales están muy sucios por fuera apenas se ve nada de la mierda Que tienen El baño tiene humedad y grietas

The bed was not comfortable for me and when I asked to change the room, unfortunately no alternative was available

The hotel looked recently renovated, and everything was as expected for a hotel with this rating. I saw some poor reviews which are underserved. The room was great, comfortable, clean and very spacious. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options, and the staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. It is a 15-minute walk to the city centre, and we never felt unsafe walking there, though it looked like an older part of the outer city. Parking is available, so you can travel by car and stay outside the ZTL.

L'ubicazione dell'hotel é in una zona disagiata di Vicenza , personale poco gentile e mi hanno fatto una storia infinita per avere la fattura , il termostato interno alla camera é gestito dalla reception ma nonostante le mie richieste non siamo riusciti a spegnerlo e ad una temperatura impostata a 22 gradi mi sono congelato e non ho dormito . Penso di evitarlo nel futuro . Grazie

Взяли городской налог за двоих в размере евро, хотя в информации о бронировании этого не было указано. Завтрак есть, но достаточно скудный.

Incredibly comfortable beds. Awesome rest. Great complete breakfast buffet. Very good coffee. Very large bedroom.

The shower clugged if you let the water run completely opened. Had to measure it. Could honesty a bathtub that would be better. Ilumination is a bit poor of options. Cleanliness in the bathroom could be better, as mold was present between all tiles. It’s comfortable and good value. But not what expected for a 4* hotel.

I needed a place to stay for a night during a long journey. This hotel was the best option for me and it met all my expactations. A bit rustic for a 4 stars hotel but perfectly comfortable, clean, welcoming staff, great breakfast, free parking undet the hotel. Excellent value for the price It was a good experience.

The receptionist was completely unhelpful. The hotel itself was dirty, with a strong smell of dampness. Prostitution was openly being offered near the hotel entrance, and the surrounding street was crowded with intoxicated people, creating an atmosphere that did not feel safe or welcoming. In the end, we decided to leave and stay at another hotel, even though we had already paid for this one. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Great accommodation, spacious and clean room. For us it was convenient as a one night stopover, easy to find and enter the accommodation.

Zakwaterowanie na kilka dni w tym hotelu jako miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania miast w pobliżu Vicenzy było bardzo dobrym wyborem. W samej Vicenzie jest kilka miejsc które warto zobaczyć i lokali w których można dobrze zjeść , szczególnie restauracja na wzgórzu z ładnym widokiem na miasto. Lokalizacja hotelu od dworca kolejowego jest w niedalekiej odległości , a dla osób podróżujących samochodem hotel oferuje podziemny parking w cenie wynajmu pokoju. Dobre śniadanie można wykupić dodatkowo lub też w cenie wynajmu. W restauracji hotelowej możesz zjeść też obiad jak i kolację , ale nie musisz. Pokój posiada wszystko co może być potrzebne w czasie pobytu. Duże i wygodne łóżko. Personel hotelu okazał się bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy.

Po pobycie w hotelu nie mogę za dużo napisać co mi się nie podobało , może tylko tyle że hotel ma swoje lata i wymaga małego remontu.

Posizione con personaggi discutibili intorno all’albergo di notte, purtroppo siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte e non ci sentivamo affatto sicuri

La camera era grande e molto spaziosa. Ci sono stati forniti molti campioncini per il bagno e tè/tisane. La colazione è stata buona e lo staff molto disponibile, gentile e cordiale, avrei però preferito ancora più varietà nella scelta.

La zona è terribile, non sono uscita per cena, ho dovuto ripiegare su una consegna e cena in camera. La camera, seppur molto bella, era vecchia e si notava, in alcuni dettagli rovinati in bagno per esempio, ma anche in camera. Tuttavia il problema più grande per me è stata l'aria condizionata: non si poteva spegnere nè regolare, avevo molto freddo perchè era fissa sui 24 gradi e faceva molta molta umidità, avevo la valigia sotto l'uscita dell'aria e la mattina i vestiti erano quasi umidi. Inoltre faceva veramente tanto tanto rumore.

C’était propre. Le personnel était sympathique

L’emplacement, le parking souterrain en labyrinthe et l’odeur désagréable. Nous aurions dû avoir une cafetière et une théière qui étaient toutes deux absentes. La TV ne fonctionnait pas. La douche un peu trop étroite et glissante. Le système de la douche était mal fixé. Le matelas pas agréable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Wir waren bei diesem Hotel etwas hin- und hergerissen. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem, besonders für alle, die gerne auf etwas härteren Matratzen schlafen. Auch das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war eher einfach und überschaubar. Man findet etwas, aber besonders viel Auswahl gab es nicht. . Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, trotzdem kann man die Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichen. Tagsüber haben wir uns in der Umgebung auch wohlgefühlt. Abends und nachts war unser persönlicher Eindruck allerdings weniger angenehm, sodass wir es vorgezogen haben, nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit nicht mehr zu Fuß unterwegs zu sein. Das sollte man bei der Wahl des Hotels vielleicht berücksichtigen. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein großes und sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten und freundliches Personal. Gleichzeitig gibt es beim Zustand des Hotels, beim Frühstück und bei der Umgebung am Abend einige Punkte, die uns gestört haben.

Deutlich aufgefallen ist uns allerdings der Zustand des Hotels. An vielen Stellen sind Spuren zu sehen, die auf einen früheren Wasserschaden hindeuten. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel dadurch an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig und könnte eine Auffrischung gut gebrauchen

Stanza spaziosa e pulita, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, vicinanza al centro storico, colazione varia e di qualità, posto auto coperto, prezzo ottimo ..... In pratica tutto perfetto !! Consigliatissimo.

Nulla di negativo in realtà , solo magari un leggero rinnovamento del parcheggio che è comodissimo ma un po' in decadenza.

L’hotel è ben attrezzato con tutti i requisiti di cui necessita un albergo in città. Abbiamo inoltre molto apprezzato l’upgrade della stanza assegnata

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che pur essendo potenzialmente un hotel molto attrezzato, purtroppo mi è sembrato in cattivo stato manutentivo a partire dal garage a finire ai prospetti del fabbricato e agli arredi degli spazi comuni. Data la sua potenzialità l’hotel merita di essere rilanciato

The breakfast was quite good. For dinner we took the “daily menu” which was very poor, surely not suitable for a four star hotel.

Le personnel agréable, les chambres propres et spacieuses, le petit déjeuner bien varié et le parking inclus dans le prix. Les chiens sont acceptés (avec un supplément) et ont même droit à une gamelle qui les attend dans la chambre.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans un quartier mal fréquenté en arrivant le soir...

Très bien. Nous avons apprécié cet hotel. Très propre et bien équippé. Personnel aimable.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτικό, όπως και το πρωινό και το προσωπικό.

Το ξενοδοχείο δεν ήταν μακριά από την κεντρική πλατεία, αλλά η τοποθεσία προκαλούσε αίσθηση δυσκολίας και ανασφάλειας. Κατά την διάρκεια της νύχτας, ακουγόταν φωνές και σπάσιμο γυαλιών.

Purtroppo in tutta la struttura non era presente aria condizionata, tanto che c'erano ventilatori accesi nella sala da pranzo. Il caldo era insostenibile ed abbiamo lasciato la struttura.

Molto comoda la posizione della struttura, soprattutto per chi arriva in città in treno. Hotel pulito e in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di ogni turista in visita.

Condizionatore molto rumoroso

Il posto molto bello, ordinato e pulito, vicinissimo per chi esce dall’autostrada o comunque ha bisogno di arrivarci senza trovare casino. Anche lo staff cordiale e competente.

segnalo che nelle vicinanze/all’esterno della struttura ho notato la presenza di persone dall’aspetto poco rassicurante, soprattutto in orario serale/notturno. Consiglio di prestare attenzione quando si rientra tardi.

Pulizia e confort: colazione a buffet soddisfacente e rifocillante.

Purtroppo, le camere esposte a sole, sebbene dotate di tende oscuranti, non consentono all'aria condizionata di abbassare le temperature a valori di confort: la sera e durante la notte abbiamo raggiunto 25°C che hanno consentito un sonno piacevole.
