I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Debra Brown, and I would especially like to thank Sophie and Samara for taking such great care of me throughout my stay. They were both incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and they always made sure that everything was perfect. Their warm welcome, availability, and attention to detail truly made my experience even more enjoyable. It is always a pleasure to meet people who are so dedicated to providing excellent service. Thank you, Sophie and Samara, for your professionalism and kindness. I really appreciated everything you did and would definitely recommend the hotel to others!

I have stayed at Debra Brown 3x and each visit was amazing. The property is gorgeously designed with a jazzy lobby and fabulous rooms with beautiful views of the sea. Within the hotel, there is a lovely terrace with jacuzzis and also a fitness center. The location is perfect, right near the beach. And the reception staff is very welcoming and super organized. Check-in has been seamless each time.

Only minus has been having to leave.

Personale molto accogliente e gentile. Posizione ottima

Excellent location and the bed was very comfy

The customer service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived and throughout the stay we were incredibly looked after. We feel like they went above and beyond and were very generous towards us and guests we had visit the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

There was tram works outside the hotel. Nothing to do with the property but just the timing of the stay there was a little more noise at night.

We had a great stay at the Deborah Brown Hotel. The hotel is charming, clean, and in a great location, but it was the warm, friendly staff who really made our visit special. We were traveling with a family member with special needs, and from the moment we arrived, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Sofie and Samara at reception, along with Maria from housekeeping, were especially kind, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and genuine care made a real difference and helped make our trip much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nothing not to like here!

Sofie on the front desk was a superstar and took great care of me ... making sure that i had a really great room Lovely views from up on the 10th floor Helpful staff I hope to come and stay again for my next trip to Tel Aviv!

Everything was Perfect ! highly recommendation

I stayed for one night at the Debrah Brown Hotel in Tel Aviv after making a late booking and arriving around 10:30 PM. The service was excellent and truly above expectations. Special thanks to Yair from the front desk, who welcomed me at night with kindness and professionalism, and to Samara, the housekeeping manager, who was also part of the check-in and made sure the room was excellent. The hotel itself was great — comfortable bed, coffee capsules, a bottle of water, YES TV, and everything felt very high quality. I also forgot a gold necklace in the room, and Samara called to let me know it had been found. Thanks to the hotel team’s care and honesty, I received it back safely. Big thanks to Yair and Samara for their outstanding service.

Everything all the staff was great !

Nothing
