Breakfast was good on the first morning but disappointing on the second. Cold chips and cold Eggy bread? No orange fruit juice which considering the orange for Finike was unusual. Otherwise fine,

Would have appreciated a fridge but not a great problem as only there for two nights but would have wanted one if there for a week, Otherwise everything really good,

Apartament mare , spațios , curat , frigider mare , mașină de spălat rufe și vase. Lift spațios. Parcare ușoară , atât la subsol cât și în fața hotelului. Migros este chiar lângă noi. Am mers la diverse plaje din zonă deoarece am fost cu mașina. Plaja cea mai apropiată are apa rece datorită izvoarelor reci care vin din munți , dar apa este mică și cu nisip fin. Stațiunea curată și fără aglomerație. Personalul amabil și ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am cerut. Nu ne-a stresat cu cereri gen....Nu lăsați aerul condiționat pornit , cum fac grecii. Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Vom reveni cu plăcere.

Micul dejun cu specific prea oriental (pentru noi). Ceilalți oaspeți au apreciat micul dejun care de altfel a fost foarte variat.

The apartment was really spacious with excellent aircon. The view from the terrace was really beautiful. The cleanliness was exceptional with a good range of appliances. The breakfast was good with fresh food daily. Wen something was wrong the staff put it right. There is underground parking.

There was nothing to dislike. If I had to have any improvements it would be for someone on the staff to have a little more English. For the hours of the swimming pool to be more flexible.

в целом се было хорошо, вот если бы попозже закрывали бассейн, было бы хорошо. Но в нем обычно плескались дети и визжали, а с закрытием бассейна становилось тихо. Не было русских каналов на ТВ.

Terrace should be open 24h

Great location right opposite the marina. Our room was huge and a lovely wrap around balcony. Migros right next door. And a 5 min walk to restaurants. Breakfast was fab.

The kitchen wasn’t that well equipped but we were only staying 1 night so didn’t really bother us.

Property way clean and convenient. Staff were very friendly. At breakfast, Deniz went out of her way to look after us.

Otelin hemen önünde park yeri bulunması büyük avantaj sağladı. Genel olarak otel profesyonel ve düzenli bir şekilde işletiliyor. Konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.

I find it best in the region.

New building, big rooms, high sealing, lovely view, generous breakfast.

This is basically an apartment block in which the hotel occupies three or four floors. The rooms seem to be all on the 2nd floor, suites on the 11th. There is also a roof terrace with views all over Finike. The room was very comfortable, well furnished, with a beautiful view over the marina, the sea, and the mountains in the background.

The 2nd floor room with balcony & sea view was just above a large terrace area that was used as a playground and cycle area for the residents' children. On a Sunday evening, until 8pm (I had arrived around 4pm) it was pretty noisy, especially as the 8-12 storey high buildings surrounding this play area amplified the noise considerably. If you travel with children who need to let off steam, this hotel may be ideal for you. However, especially at weekends and during school holidays, your afternoons on the balcony may not be all that quiet.

Weird construction - there is a huge window between bathroom and room, so if you use the bathroom light at night, the room is lit.

Magnifique séjour d'une nuit, vue incroyable sur la mer, en hauteur. Très bien équipé, petit déjeuner excellent, nous le recommandons.

The room was big and clean.

- our basin was clogged and leaking; - although we booked "sea view", we were on the floor, that didn't afford any; - the swimming pool was "out of season" and quite dirty; - an amazing rooftop they have was totally empty (but could have a sitting area for example); - the hotel itself has an outdated and worn out air

Struttura comodissima da raggiungere con il mezzo proprio, ottimi gli alloggi, molto spaziosi e puliti. Comodissimo parcheggio privato raggiungibile direttamente dalla struttura. A due minuti dal mare e dai locali. Ottima, abbondante e ben variegata la colazione.

Loved the spacious rooms.

Unable to use parking due to construction all around the hotel….disappointing as we purposely chose the hotel for parking. Instead we had to scramble for spaces on the street and then walk through the construction, dirtying our shoes!

The apartment is very large and well decorated, offering the best view over the port, mosques and Finike coast. It has a jacuzzi room with the same great view. Super large fridge, gives you a lot of flexibility to store drinks and food. The terrace is incredible and equipped with both chairs and sunbeds. Underground parking.

After two weeks spent in Turkiye, travelling from place to place on the Turkish Riviera, I must say that the breakfast was not the best (limited choices and no coffee : at least we couldn't find it).

Residential apartment block with a couple of floors for overnight stays. Large well appointed hotel style room with balcony facing towards ocean. Helpful reception staff who tried best to converse in English. Good range of choices for buffet breakfast. About 5 minute walk to main part of town. Large Supermarket downstairs.

Pool area needs maintenance and cleaning daily ie used coffee cups with cigarette butts, there for x 2 days plus surrounding area lots of leaves and debris. Strange opening and closing hours for pool which when on holidays you want to use the pool.

Şef bayan çok iyi işler çıkarıyor. Hotel ücreti ödedim fakat apart hizmeti aldım . Bu fiyata keşke otel odası tutsaydım dedim .

In a small place like Finike the Fortunella suite is beyond expectation. It meets the requirement of any advanced traveler. Even if there is some requirement the stuff always helps.

There is nothing I could think of. I like everything in my experience here.

Service at Fortunella was awesome, the staff was helpful and friendly. There were little things like the fruit plate in our room, parting gift bag at check-out, that made us feel valued and appreciated. We had a great stay! Thank you, Fortunella!

Good quality of equipment and service

The parking has only one way for in and out.

We felt so welcome - the staff were great with their communications as we were very late to check in and the two lovely ladies made check in so easy and were so welcoming. We had a lovely welcome fruit plate and plenty of drinking water. The breakfast was fantastic! A mix of hot and cold food with fresh fruit - plentiful and very fresh and well made. The swimming pool was a real plus and we enjoyed swimming laps in the morning before breakfast.

The hotel is clean and its location is very nice that you can reach the beach by walk. The staff are friendly and responsive. We definitely enjoyed our time in there.

The location is great - right across from the marina and in walking distance from the town and some beaches. Although speaking English was a challenge for some staff members, there were plenty of smiles and Google Translate saved the day. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. I liked the Smart TV and free fast WiFi. The room had a lovely view, a little balcony and quiet aircon. I was travelling with a group for an art workshop and the hotel offered us breakfast earlier than their usual time so we could have an early start - and the breakfast was excellent and a little bit different each day. I like the artwork on the walls & in the dining room and the lovely tote bag, fresh fruit and olives that were offered as gifts to us guests.

The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim for make-up application. The lights in the corridors came on automatically and sometimes turned themselves off too soon, making it hard to unlock the room. Generally, it was dim in the corridors which made the place look a bit sad and spooky.

I stayed one night more than planned so this room wasn't as nice as the one I originally booked. Although the room was a good size it was at the back without a view.

The Pool is only open to use from 10-12pm and then 14:30-17:30 when no sun available anymore.

the beds are incredibly comfortable! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool area is nice and shaded for much of the day.

We utilized the laundry service for an extra fee and they lost a pair of our pants.

pretty much everything. We got absolutely scammed by the staff. this is the first ever review I do on booking and this is motivated by how bad our experience was. we booked a 87 square meter room with pool view. we got a room that was half this size with a view on a wall. charming. when we asked why , they said our room was being renovated but they still made us pay the full price and never wanted a discount. the shower was not fixed properly on the wall and almost fell when I was showering. they advertised that they have a swimming pool but this is wrong . this is only available at certain time of the year and this is not advertised on the website . scam again. pretty much the worse experience to chat with the staff too. they don’t speak English, don’t propose any solution. definitely if you happen to be in Finike, don’t go there. there are so many other places worth the try .

Мы путешествовали на машине с друзьями, долго искали отель для остановки в Демре, но ничего стоящего не нашли, поэтому решили остановиться на 1 ночь в Финике и выбрали отель Фортунелла Сьют. И остались очень довольны своим выбором. Отель новый, чистота везде, номера большие, все работает, есть 2 русских канала. Очень приветливый персонал. Очень понравился завтрак. У нас уточнили время удобное для нашего завтрака, и когда мы пришли на завтрак для нас уже был накрыт стол, все очень красиво сервировано и очень вкусно приготовлено. При выезде нам подарили пакеты с фруктами, что тоже очень было приятно. Мы остались очень довольны. Отель просто превзошел наши ожидания. Изначально думали просто где-нибудь остановиться отдохнуть на ночь, но в итоге даже пожалели, что не задержались подольше. Ребята, спасибо вам огромное, вы придали нашему путешествию очень позитивный окрас.

Breakfast was good. They were supposed to clean every 4th day according to the literature in the villa, but we only had someone come in on the 5th day. No replenishment of toiletries, paper or cleaning supplies for kitchen.

We were there to visit friends and there was not enough seating. I told our fiends I felt like I was in a TV show where you had 1/2 of the tools that you needed to cook with. Bedding for the bed was too small; my husband and I fought over the spread all night long...it needs to be larger.

This is a beautiful property with a great view. The apartments are nicely furnished and kitted out with everything we needed. Convenient location to the marina, shops and transport.

Very nice, modern, comfortable apartment above the marina with a partial view of the sea for a 'pool view room', #26. Kitchen will equipted with utensils. Cleaning is provide only every 4 days so toilet paper and toiletries maybe a problen, There is a supermarket on the street below for all needed things, alcohol, meat and vegetable if you wish to self cater. Large bathroom with washer. We washed clothes that dried in one day but bought our washing soap in super market below. There was a dishwasher and soap for that but we used sponge and dish soap provided. Lots of space to put away clothes. The very kind staff at reception does not speak English but proficiently uses translation site to communicate. They responded via Booking text quickly and in English. Both kind young ladies help me get a taxi to Myra and told me the price. Wifi fast and easy to connect to. I asked for breakfast to be delivered in the evening since normal time starts at 9:00 too late for me. Interesting plate of all sorts of things. Coffee in packets but no renewed every day so had to got to suppermarket. All and all, a really nice stay and highly recommend.

Toilet paper and shower gell not renewed every day. The safe was a tiny box not secured to wall or shelf and so anyone cuould put in a back pack or grocery bag
