The hotel is absolutely breathtaking- the lobby ist striking and the bar feels like an old private Library. The bedrooms are clean and comfy, would stay there again.

A lovely cosy spacious hotel. Food and drink excellent. The staff all over were excellent.

The bottom of the pool in places was like a yellow colour as were the vents in the actual pool on the different sides. It could be an age/wear thing. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

All the steps internally . As well as at entrance . Up & down to get to restaurant. I am on crutches , could manage but with difficulty. Breakfast way too expensive. Did not have at €25

Room very tired, needs complete makeover. Poor quality shower ……. No napkins/ tissues in bedroom. Fire alarm went off. Noisy Italian restaurant because of wedding. Only part of emergency stairs with carpet ….rest tiled. Only one disabled parking space. Main carpark too far away from hotel.

The breakfast was georgus.I liked.that you could have an omelette if you didnt want the full irish.Not all hotels give you this option.Also the staff were very efficent.8

Great rooms and facilities

Proximity to shopping centre car park meant there was cars doing donuts and revving until quite late.

Our room was far smaller than the first. Squashy. No where to put your bags.

We didn’t have cold water in the bathroom. Only hot water and was very bad to wash face because we couldn’t change the temperature. The bed was not good and wasn’t comfortable. There was a iron burn mark on the carpet

Quality of of the rooms, cleanliness and nice food.

I didn't like the absence of proper disability access and having to get assistance to get into the hotel. The entrance comprises a flight of steps and is not serviced by a ramp and so disability access is via the spa entrance and a back door to the hotel lobby and late at night even this is entrance locked so some one able bodied has to request access while the disabled person who can't climb the steps to the hotel has to wait outside on the street . That really is unacceptable in this day and age. 😡

Sehr schöner Eingangsbereich. SPA-Bereich hässlich. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Auf der Terrasse wäre eine Auffrischung nötig. Der SPA-Bereich ist der schlechteste den ich je gesehen habe. Garderobe muffelig, Schränklein können nicht abgeschlossen werden!!! Der Pool hat an diverses Stellen unter Wasser defekte Stellen!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and polite. The location for us was perfect. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was very good. I liked the fact that there was a hot food menu for breakfast rather than a hot buffet. There was a good choice for the cold breakfast buffet too. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Fabulous food and excellent value for money, staff exceptionally nice and friendly. Everywhere spotless. Very luxurious. Bedroom was perfect, clean and luxurious

Hotel car park a small walk away and not secure. Window had to be closed due to noise outside.

Very nice hotel, clean with good facilities and friendly staff.

Be warned the owners have not invested in aircon. The rooms on the second floor were incredibly hot during June, taking hours to sleep. It may not affect you but you’ve been warned!

Nice room, pool and sauna/steam

The pool, aerobics class, massage treatment 👌 food was excellent 👌 loved the cup in the room. A decent cuppa.

A bit noisy, in the early hrs of the morning

A glass accidentally fell and smashed, i went to the bar staff and explained, asked for some tissue to clear it up to which he replied "what kind of tissue". I hadn't even answered yet and he just gave me bar napkins. He stood there (not busy) and watched me, on my hands and knees clear it up picking the small bits from the carpet. No offer to help, I had my 9 month old baby with me. Ordered a standard Caesar salad from the other bar, and paid the extra €5 for the chicken. 3 (tiny) slices of deli chicken had been added- ice cold what felt like, from a freezer 😕 Pool area had a fair bit of mould and mildew. Left quite quick as i didn't feel comfortable having my baby around it. Very different experience this stay! Have been and stayed here many times over the years...

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren haben wir auch dort gegessen und auch das war gut. Das Frühstück wird teilweise serviert und war sehr gut. Das Personal war ebenfalls super freundlich Das Hotel hat auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz nur ein paar Meter hinter dem Hotel.

Check in war schnell und unkompliziert. Gute Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Hotel mit eigenem Schranken. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut.

Die Wifi-Verbindung war sehr schwach. Das Hotel wirkt von aussen sehr prächtig - auch die Empfangshalle, das Hotel ist aber in die Jahre gekommen.

hotel is very pleasant, with lots of nice places on the balcony to sit and enjoy the view.The foyer was comfortable too and we were able to have a light lunch there on arrival.

I found that in the leisure centre especially in the pool area there was a lot to be desired. It lacked the privacy in the showers in the ladies changing area. Those curtains were terrible and it would have been much better to have some place to hang a towel near the shower. Glass doors on the showers would have been much better. That way one could hang a towel on a hanger. I told you guys always my towel got all wet.

Lovely entrance. Nice seating in the public areas. Good bar. The wait staff were very nice. Parking was sufficient. Spa staff was pleasant.

The noise from outside was heard through the window casing. The carpet and fabric chairs in the room were severely stained. Very uninvited. The shower glass leaks onto the floor during a shower.

The hotel looks very impressive on arrival with a car park near by and lovely staff. Lots of places to sit and chill with a drink and the spa is also really nice. Room was spacious and clean with comfy beds.

Room 203 was next to lifts which were continuously noisy as are the thin walls where you can hear the next few rooms very well. Room was dated and in need of modernisation especially the bathroom.
