Ottima la posizione rispetto al luogo in cui dovevo andare e buona rispetto al centro.Nn so se ben fornita con i mezzi pubblici o se la struttura consente di fare biglietti. Stanze pulite, personale alla recpion e si pulizia gentile.Bene la.presenza di parcheggio interno.

Durante la colazione la macchinetta delle bevande nn erogava il cappuccino.Mi sarei aspettato un cartello o che senza dover chiedere qualcuno mi dicesse di poter usufruire dell'altra sala Mi sarei aspettato la stessa accoglienza anche per i vari turisti che scendevano; dopo aver fatto notare che alcune funzioni della macchinetta nn erano buone, mi è stato detto di poter andare a prendere il cappuccino nell'altra sala.Perchè dover andare io quando il disservizio era il vostro?Inoltre le bevande mancavano di acqua frizzante, bene più necessario rispetto a bacon, uova.Alla.mia richiesta di acqua frizzante mancante dall'erogatore mi è stato detto di andare a comprarla in reception, impensabile per una prima colazione!!Infine tra i salati, mi sarei aspettato meno cose, ma più tipiche toscane( prosciutto, affettati, pecorino, etc). Piccole cose, ma che fanno la differenza.Inoltre il parcheggio interno era molto piccolo; avete messo un porta biciclette in una postazione in cui sarebbe andata un'auto.Aggiungio che ritornati oltre la mezzanotte e avendo pagato per il servizio del parcheggio mi sarei aspettato di trovare posti contati entro le strisce; invece ho dovuto parcheggiare fuori strisce accanto ad un'altra auto.Dunque se fossi arrivato più tardi, forse nn avrei potuto usufruire del parcheggio? Le regole di immissione nel.parcheggio erano dunque poco chiare e il parcheggio un po' piccolo.La tastiera per accedere al parcheggio, quella con lettera E, era posizionata sia internamente, sia esternamente in posizione scomoda, in particolare quella interna. Un'ultima cosa.Meglio le chiavi classiche per le stanze: nn avendo nessuna informazione in caso di emergenze, nella malaugurata ipotesi di mancanza di corrente, come entro nella camera?Nel caso di emergenze è piu immediata una chiave!!

La personne a l’accueil était franchement désagréable(homme 30aine , brun). N’a fait aucun effort de communication et nous avions l’impression de le déranger… Tout petit parking privé qui n’avait selon ses dires plus de place (alors que visiblement c’était possible). Aucun renseignement pour nous orienter dans la visite de la ville. Heureusement, nous avons garé notre véhicule dans le b&b un peu plus loin : personnel d’accueil super sympa qui nous a bien accueilli , permis de garer la voiture et expliqué comment gérer le séjour. Top et merci à la demoiselle de l’accueil ! P’tit déjeuner sans plus, la chambre egalement… Je vous conseille d’aller 1km plus loin pour un meilleur service de la même chaîne d’hôtel

Nella stanza dove mi trovavo l'aria condizionata non funzionava (a Giugno), le finestre senza zanzariere hanno fatto si che la notte non riuscissi a dormire visto l'alto numero di zanzare che avevo in camera

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte, camera molto accogliente. Il top è stato Alessandro alla reception: gentile, disponibile, molto simpatico; ci ha consigliato il giro da fare e soprattutto dove mangiare 😊

Belle chambre, avec lit double et grande télé c’est pratique car on peut Chromecast depuis téléphone ou tablette directement sur la télé. La salle de bain a également tout ce dont on aurais besoin. La climatisation était déjà allumée quand je suis arrivée. Le staff est très accueillant merci à eux. Très pratique car proche du tram qui vous emmène directement au centre ville.

Le seul bémol serait le manque d’oreiller, j’ai l’habitude de dormir avec plusieurs et un seul m’a un peu mise en inconfort. On peut aussi entendre tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Un mini frigo aurait rendu cette chambre parfaite. À part ça tout est au top !

Clean room, easy and convenient access with tram. The receptionists were super sweet and helpful, they even gave us a map with the attractions!

Non mi è piaciuta la stanza, Un po' scadente, puzzava di fogna forse perché non usata da parecchio, a terra non pulito, lenzuola con peli e pelucchi... non è il massimo. Non lo consiglierei ma vista la cordialità di Alessandro ed in generale dei ragazzi in reception è un soggiorno che per il prezzo vale la pena.

Los baños de esta cadena de hoteles suelen ser pequeños. No teníamos plaza en el parking y en la calle solo se puede aparcar en zona azul ORA.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick vom Hotelzimmer aus war sehr schön.

Es war zu warm im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage hat sich nicht verstellen lassen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La seule difficulté rencontrée concernait le parking : le premier jour, nous n’avons pas pu réserver de place, ni en ligne ni directement sur place. Mis à part ce petit désagrément, notre expérience a été très positive et nous avons été très satisfaits de l’accueil.

Nice, modern budget hotel with a relatively close walk to the tram and then another 20 minutes or so to the city center. The room is very spartan but it worked for us for one night.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! L'hotel è fuori dal centro di Firenze ma per noi era ottimale perché abbiamo partecipato ad un concerto alle cascine che dista 20 minuti a piedi, una bella passeggiata tranquilla. La zona è tranquilla anche di sera, non abbiamo avuto problemi. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno funzionale, il letto comodissimo e l'aria condizionata una manna dal cielo con il caldo di questi giorni. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori o disturbo. Colazione abbondante con opzioni vegane (fantastico!). Un ringraziamento ad Alessandro per la sua disponibilità e soprattutto simpatia!! Ottimo lavoro, così si sta in una reception! Bravo!

Excellent value for money in a not pretty, but convenient location just a short walk from the tram line, making it easy to travel to and from the airport, train station, and city centre. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention goes to Marie at reception, who greets every guest with a genuine smile and warm welcome. She is always happy to answer questions, offer helpful recommendations, and make guests feel at home.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, with Florence's central station only about 20 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

The room did not have a refrigerator, which would have been especially helpful during the heat wave we experienced while on vacation.

Pokój czysty, choć zdecydowanie wymaga remontu. Miły personel. To była jedna noc tranzytowa, więc nie mieliśmy wielkich wymagań.

Zabrakło dla nas miejsca parkingowego mimo deklaracji, ze chcemyskorzystać z parkingu, w związku z czym samochód musiał stać przy ulicy. Pokój wymaga remontu i to pilnego. Tak duża sieć powinna dbać o swoje obiekty.

La cama muy cómoda, tiene parking propio por 7€ al día. Y para ir al centro está la parada del tranvía (T2) a 3 minutos andando. El desayuno muy rico.

Immediately at the front desk you are greated by compationate, kind people. Alessandro who was on shift on 2nd July took one look at my data and immediately tried conversing with Ukrainian words. I was very touched at his attempt. The place itself is very cosy and friendly. The lobby has a free ice dispenser which was super useful in this scorching heat. Breakfasts are great, albeit repetitive. You get all the same foods as the day before, but for me as the person who eats the same way every day it wasn't an issues. The only lacking thing is a minifridge in the room, but they do offer foods in the vending machine in the lobby, including items like lasagna you can microwave on spot. Overall a great stay.

Podobała mi się niska cena. To jedyny powód, dla którego można wybrać ten hotel. A, no i klimatyzacja dawała radę pomimo 36 stopni na zewnątrz. I przyznam, że łóżko było duże i wygodne.

Brudna podłoga, grzybobranie w łazience i na suficie w pokoju, mebli praktycznie brak, w łazience nie ma gdzie powiesić ręcznika, w telewizorze działało kilka kanałów, ubogie śniadanie.

L’emplacement au top avec parking sécurisé, l’hôtel et très bien situé à la sortie de l’autoroute. Les chambres sont très propre on ne manque de rien. Buffet au petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix . Mention spéciale pour Alessandro le réceptionniste à l’accueil très gentil et souriant merci beaucoup vraiment 😁 je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés ☺️☺️

We travel quite a lot and this overnight stay met all our expectations. Close to airport with taxi and tram nearby. The young man at reception, Alejandro (?) was very helpful, courteous and genuine. He recommended a great steak restaurant for dinner and was very personable. Thank you!

Location was good but area a but sketchy. Easy to get to tram and my room had a nice view of the sunset. Water pressure in shower was really great.

There was some weird rubber shavings in the floor in the bathroom. Only one USB charger port worked and only one light worked.

Solo il Fatto che mi hanno cambiato stanza perché pareva di essere nel Vano motore dell’ascensore.

Non mi è piaciuto che la Struttura abbia stanze in linea con la Discesa dell’ascensore e quindi molto rumorose, soprattutto quella adiacenta al Vano motore ( stanza 808 ) e ne sono al corrente. Non mi è piaciuto sia stato permesso un Pigiama Party di bambine fino alle ore 1.30 di notte, con tanto di rincorse nei corridoi e porte che sbattevano, e il servizio notturno ne era al corrente , non pensando avesse disturbato altri utenti dell’hotel. Non mi è piaciuto che la Colazione salata a base di uova strapazzate e bacon sia stata servita fredda per “dimenticanza” … molta distrazione e superficialità in questo hotel, ne giro un po’ durante l’anno e come questo mai incontrato.

Nice view from the 8th floor. Sort of comfortable beds as well.

First and foremost, the receptionist was rude and unwilling. A little kindness goes a long way and maybe if the staff was willing to help we would overlook some of the problems. When we entered the property we were met with the long face of the receptionist who did not even say hello, let alone welcome us, and immediately asked for our documents and to pay the city tax. Then, in the room, the air conditioning was automatically set to 28 degrees and was barely working while the city was burning in the heatwave. When mentioned to the receptionist, he said the ac system is old, that he would "check" and basically nothing can be done about it. All this with a mocking smile on his face. 2nd and most important: ANTS! there were hundreds of ants wich we didnt notice until the next morning and ruined all the food we had on us, filled our backpacks and we were carrying them around for days. 3rd: we stayed for one night, but we did not use the towels. They provided only one set for 2 people, the towels did not feel or smell clean and had weird stains on them. The location is kind of close to the airport, but there's nothing nearby but gas stations.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmern. Es waren zwischen den Zimmern im Lüftungsbereich ein Gitter mit einem Riesen Loch/Wandöffnung. Man hat alles verstanden was die Nachbarn geredet haben. Dazu kommt das die Nachbarn dazu noch sehr Laut waren und bis in die Nacht laut gesprochen haben und am frühen Morgen wieder sehr laut waren. Ausruhen/Schlafen war so nicht möglich.

- direkt die Straße runter befindet sich eine Tram-Station. Mit dieser kommt man sowohl in die Innenstadt von Florenz, als auch zum Flughafen. - das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - die Zimmer sind normal groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber - da wir nur für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp dort übernachtet haben, kann ich jetzt nicht wirklich mehr dazu sagen. Für uns war es mehr als ausreichend.

- Bis man wirklich in der Altstadt ist, dauert es eine Weile. Vor allem weil Uber und Taxis in Florenz absurd teuer sind. Wenn man sehr flexibel die Stadt erkunden möchte, sollte man vielleicht eher in der Altstadt ein Hotel nehmen.

La struttura non è al centro ma è vicinissima alle fermate dei mezzi urbani. Siamo arrivati abbiamo lasciato la macchina nel loro parcheggio e poi ci siamo mossi a piedi. Lo staff gentilissimo e la ragazza alla reception che ci ha accolto molto simpatica. Punto in più perché dopo aver effettuato il chekout ci hanno permesso di lasciare la macchina al parcheggio. Veramente ottima soluzione!

Todo estuvo perfecto. Mary la recepcionista que nos recibió y luego la vimos en varias ocasiones nos trató y estuvo muy atenta siempre.

Qualche piccola problema con la TV ma risolto subito

Nada salvou nessa estadia, nenhuma tomada do quarto funcionava direito, iluminação ruim, chuveiro péssimo e com vazamento de água que alagava tudo, camas ruins, localização mais ou menos, distante de muitas coisas. Não recomendo.

The hotel is located in a very accessible location, near the airport, major highways and within two to three minutes of a tram stop to the city centre. The hotel also offers private parking, an ice dispenser, and a vendor in the lobby, which are appreciated during the summer season. Moreover, you meet with very friendly and competent reception staff. Efficient, properly directed room air conditioning and the possibility of making your own fresh orange juice at breakfast are very welcome. If you find a suitable car accessible location and a good value-for-money ratio, the hotel is the right choice.

Tiny corridors in the room stories and the breakfast room. The other European or American visitors must accept that the breakfast variety is focused on the traditional Italian breakfast. Enjoy it as it is, and do not expect a plethora of variety of breads, etc. :)

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto delle perdite dal soffitto nel corso della notte

Quando abbiamo prenotato per noi era importante il parcheggio, invece non avevano posto libero😔e neanche vicino non lo abbiamo trovato neanche a pagamento, primo giorno è stato un problema per noi. Il giorno dopo si è liberato e abbiamo potuto usarlo. Dovrebbero scriverlo come nota che non sempre sono posti liberi ho sonno limitati.

La struttura era vicina alla fermata della tranvia, molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, la colazione era abbondante e buona!

Il fatto che le camere siano garantite fino alle 19:00, cosa che ne su Booking né sul loro sito è scritta, almeno mandare un messaggio su Booking visto che ho fatto la prenotazione con pagamento diretto in Hotel e nessun tipo di pagamento anticipato. Formiche nella stanza
