Star Gate Hotel Kansai Airport

Close proximity to airport and train line. Really loved the buffet breakfast each morning. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful

The view, the service and the hospitality.

The location of the hôtel. It's a not a place really handy to move in Osaka. At least Izumisano is not far and it's quite enjoyable.

great location great view

Perfekte Lage, Shuttlebus zum Flughafen

Lovely hotel to stay close to airport. Great outlet shopping. Bus shuttle takes you to your terminal.

Maybe bed and pillows.

Good location if you have a plane to catch early in the morning. There's a free shuttle bus though the timing may not suit everyone. The breakfast was excellent as was the view. The price of the breakfast however unless you include it in your booking is no bargain at 3800 yen. My room was spacious more like a small apartment.

The hotel is a bit dated however for the price it's a bargain.

Near the airport, stunning views, large room

Location, service and facilities were great.

I chose Star Gate Hotel for the location. It was a good option for us to have a good night sleep after taking a long flight and landed in Kansai Airport. Breakfast is very good, better than a lot of other hotels we stayed during this trip. And the view of the breakfast area is magnificent, which also is another selling point of the hotel.

I only stayed for one night. And most things they provided met our expectation.

It is very close to KIX airport so it’s convenient. I was given a spacious twin room, even though I was a solo traveller. There is a convenience store on the second floor of the hotel, which was also very nice.

The building/facilities are a little old. When I checked into my room, I found a cockroach in my bathroom. Thankfully, the staff were happy to move me to a new room.

Very convenient. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff and reasonable.

Nothing in particular. Everything was fine.

Nice and spacious room

View from hotel room

The free airport shuttle from the hotel was very useful especially when you have an early flight. The Rinku Premium Outlet was also within walking distance, so you can do some last minute shopping before flying home.

The facilities in the room was a bit 'old', need to upgrade. And there's a weird smell in the bathroom.

Location was convenient, nearby Rinku Town and premium outlet stores (shopping and food choices). Free Shuttle to airport was very helpful. Room was large and spacious.

The room carpet requires refreshing and furniture needs an update. For me, the pillows were very small (though I'm grateful that there were 2 pillows per person). Finally please operate Free Shuttle from airport to your hotel. I'm puzzled why this service was not available since there is one "to" the airport.

My corner room with best view. My room comes with breakfast.

The view from 41st/46th Floor overlooking the sea was fabulous. Although the room needs a refurbishment, it was very spacious and comfortable. The location being next to Rinku Town Station was great and enjoyed walking into the shopping outlets. The breakfast was excellent as well as the complimentary Airport Shuttle!

Restaurants closing early. Not enough vegetarian options in any of the restaurants. Rooftop bar was closed. Toilets were far away in the lobby.

Very close to Kansas airport and the premium shopping

Bathroom is outdated .

beside this hotel has a big shopping mall and very convenient to buy before fly out.

Good view, location, downstairs’ convenient store.

A little bit outdated

Location

The elevator was very loud making vibration sound in my room that was several rooms away from the elevators. The room had wear and tear in need of upgrade

Location is excellent, front desk staff was very respectful and helpful.

Needs renovation, looks very used and a bit old.

Breakfast was fine

The costing of staying at your hotel seems to be a bit on the high side
