Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren sauber und gepflegt. Im Zimmer wurden einige Hygieneartikel zur Verfügung gestellt, mehr als üblich. Wir hatten sogar Meerblick. Der Außenpool war sehr warm geheizt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt.

Die Liegen am Pool könnten mal erneuert werden, aber es war noch in Ordnung. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum und wieder zurück zum Hotel hat sich etwas gezogen, aber wir hätten ja auch den Bus nehmen oder Fahrräder im Hotel ausleihen können. 20 EUR für einen Parkplatz für zwei Motorräder hinter dem Haus - angeblich videoüberwacht - fanden wir sehr teuer, vor allem, weil wir danach festgestellt haben, dass nur ein paar Meter weiter ein kostenloser Motorradparkplatz war.

La situation géographique, le personnel à l'écoute et réactif. Un joli hôtel qui aurait besoin de travaux et de rafraîchissement. La literie confortable, la chambre spacieuse avec rangements. Le coffre-fort.

Le petit déjeuner... j'aurai souhaité du vrai miel, de la margarine pour remplacer le beurre... buffet pourtant varié mais pas de qualité... la viennoiserie était décevante... pour un 4 étoiles en Italie, c'est dommage. Un bon coup de rafraîchissement et des travaux ... notamment sur l'isolation phonique... Le ménage à revoir... du sable ... la cabine de douche au sol aurait besoin de Javel tout comme le mur blanc du WC avec des traces.

The space around the pool was limited for sunbathing. The corridors looked like they needed new carpets. Pool toilet area needs modernising.

We arrived early and they let us check in to the room early. The room was clean. We had a sea view from the balcony

Only paper cups, which were not replaced. The rain fall shower was broken and we just had to hold the hand held shower head to shower. We were told we had to buy swimming caps to use the pool, but no one else wore them and nothing was said. The pool was very shaded for most of the day.

L’emplacement est génial et le personnel est très gentil. Une jeune femme avec des cheveux bordeaux avec des lunettes s’occupait de nous servir au bar de la piscine et elle est adorable et très serviable et fait des mojitos excellents !!! Merci à elle !

L’odeur dans la salle de bain est très prenante et il n’y a pas d’aération. La chambre « premium » avec vue sur la mer a une vue très lointaine de la mer donc un peu déçus. La piscine semble également beaucoup plus grande sur les photos mais ne l’est pas tant que ça et il y a très peu de chaises autour. Elle n’est pas couverte contrairement à ce que l’on pourrait penser.

Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda, közel a beach, az erkélyről a tengert láttuk, csodálatos volt! A személyzet rendkívüli, Mindenki nagyon kedves! A reggeli kitűnő, bőséges, van választék és finom.

Az erkélyen egy ruhaszárító jó lenne, egyéként minden tökéletes volt.

Petit bémol pour le ménage où il faut souvent réclamer des serviettes et du PQ (oubliés plusieurs jours) Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel, alors que c'est indiqué sur le site web de l'hôtel (seulement snack à la piscine).

Everything was very nice, a big advantage close to the sea, restaurants. The staff was well trained except for the cleaning staff.

The cleaning lady didn't vacuum at all while I was there, she didn't really wipe the sink in the bathroom. And a very important detail, I noticed that she searched through the clothes drawers.

I letti potevano essere un po' più comodi.

Tutto lo staff è molto professionale e disponibile ad aiutare e rispondere ad ogni domanda; il buffet della colazione è eccezionale e variegato di dolci e salati (uno dei migliori croissant che abbia mai mangiato in alberghi). La posizione è ottima, vicina a tanti ristoranti, negozi e al mare.

La palestra avrebbe bisogno di un aggiornamento, attrezzi molto datati e scarsi per allenarsi.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Interieur, aber sehr gut gepflegt, sauber und mit modernem Bad und sehr guten Betten aufgewertet. Das Highlight ist der Frühstücksraum im 5. Stock mit einer Panorama-Fensterfront, die Ausblick über den gesamten Strand von Rimini bietet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Strand direkt vor der Tür.

Naprosto skvělý personál. Slečna na recepci se jmenovala Macarena a byla kouzelná. Vše jsme si užili. Snídaně skvělé, výhled nádherný. Bazén byl fajn - na nás moc teplý. Ale bodl hned po ránu, když tam nikdo nebyl. Pokoj malý, ale na 4 noci stačil. Koupelna byla rekonstruovaná, na posteli se skvěle spalo. Klima regulovatelná, bez té by se to nedalo zvládnout. Každý den čisté ručníky. Plný minibar, který jsme nevyužili. Fén, bidet samozřejmost. K pláži 2 minuty, super zázemí a lehátka. Pro 3 lidi 26e. Všude v okolí restaurace, bary, gelato... Jako my si to opravdu užili.

Starší oprýskaný nábytek, u balkonových dveří vypadávalo těsnění, nám čechům chybí deky na přikrytí (ta prostěradla jsou hrozná). Ale cestovali jsme autem, takže jsme měli své. Horší odhlučnění mezi pokoji, první noc jsem spala se špunty do uší. Ve sprcháči malý tlak a jela ruční i horní dohromady. Neustalé mlácení dveřmi. A řev vášnivých italek na chodbách. To bylo neustále a furt jim ta pusa jela 😃 To jsou drobnosti, se kterými se dalo žít těch pár dní.

In Abend und Nacht laut auf der Straße gegenüber. Feueralarm zu leise. Viel Lärm von Zimmer über uns. Spielende kleine Kinder. Frühstück sehr gut.

Disponibilitatea personalului pentru a răspunde la toate întrebările/cerințele noastre. La același preț, ni s-a oferit o cameră superioară, fără a solicita noi, ca gest de curtoazie presupun. Curățenie zilnic. Restaurant la ultimul etaj, cu vedere superbă spre mare și cu un meniu variat și, mai important, de calitate a produselor, inclusiv cu elemente noi de la o zi la alta. Plaja asociată hotelului cu acces imediat, suficientă pentru toți clienții hotelului, cu o mică reducere pentru rezervare pe perioadă mai mare și cu posibilitatea de a alege și zona mai apropiată de mare cu plata unei diferențe la plajă, oricum acceptabil față de alte zonă de plajă. Plaja are toate facilitățile, inclusiv în apropiere un bar-restaurant de plajă extrem de binevenit, cu prețuri absolut ok și cu un personal foarte serviabil.

Centrul vechi al orașului Rimini este la 30 de minute de zona hotelurilor de pe plajă, noi am avut două rezervări la spectacole în centru (în zona castelului), iar întoarcerea la ore deja târzii (dupa 11 p.m.) este recomandabil să fie cu taxiul, mult mai scump decât în alte zone, fiind extrem de dificil de găsit locuri de parcare (cu plată) în jurul centrului vechi, deci neputând folosi mașina... dar între o poziție mai apropiată de centru și poziția excelentă în prima linie de hoteluri pe plajă, avantajul este indiscutabil pentru plajă!

La piscina

Strávili sme tu krátku dovolenku. Asi najväčší plus tohto hotela sú bohaté raňajky s krásnym výhľadom na pláže do 11:00. Hotel je menší a kľudný. Boli sme tu počas oslavy letného slnovratu. Prvú noc sa nám pokazila na izbe klimatizácia. Bola nám poskytnutá výmena izby aj s ovocnou misou ako odškodné. Hotel poskytuje zdarma mestské bicykle v dobrom stave, na ktorých sa dá preskúmať niekoľko kilometrova plážová promenáda. Bazén je staršieho typu ale je otvorený a prístupný aj večer. Personál je veľmi milý a ochotný. Batožinu sme si mohli na recepcii uskladniť aj pred ubytovaním aj po. Boli sme spokojní.

bellissimo hotel, accanto alla spiaggia e con tutti i comfort, la piscina 24h è la cosa che mi ha fatto scegliere questa struttura e non ne son rimasta per nulla delusa, soprattutto perché non era fredda ma una temperatura davvero accogliente, consigliatissima la colazione, le creme spalmabili erano incredibili

l'unico difetto per me è stata la doccia, tornando dal mare e facendo subito la doccia a volte cadeva fuori dalla doccia (che non è chiusa e non ha il rialzo) un po' di sabbia ed essendo senza un mocio toccava aspettare il giorno dopo per farlo pulire, per il resto io ho adorato questo posto

La disponibilità del personale, l'ambiente, la piscina aperta h24 e la posizione. Prenotando prima non abbiamo speso cifre eccessive.

L’hotel è molto bello. Ha una piscina privata e l’insonorizzazione della camera è buona. La sera fuori c’era molto rumore, ma una volta chiusa la porta del balcone non si sentiva più niente. La sala colazione è al quinto piano e si vede tutta la spiaggia: il panorama è davvero bellissimo. Anche il personale della reception è stato molto gentile.

Nella descrizione dell’hotel c’è scritto che c’è una piscina interna, ma noi non l’abbiamo trovata. Ne abbiamo vista una, però era vuota. L’insonorizzazione verso l’esterno è ottima, ma si sentono abbastanza i rumori che arrivano dal corridoio dell’hotel.

La disponibilità dello staff e ottimo per la vicinanza al Parco Fellini.

Good location

Got there and spa was closed. Staff said it was an issue from the previous week but never reached out to warn me. Parking seemed like it was included but turned out to be 20euro per night. So I paid 40 euros for parking and no spa access. Was very disappointing

Es war sehr kreativ und hatte viel zu bieten. Wenn man Informationen oder Fragen hatte, wurde einem immer geholfen. Alles war stets sauber, und die Mitarbeitenden der Hauswirtschaft bzw. die Reinigungskräfte haben ihre Arbeit hervorragend gemacht. Bitte richten Sie ihnen einen herzlichen Gruss von mir aus. Sie haben alles getan, was man von ihnen erwarten kann, und waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat gemerkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Sorgfalt und Engagement ausführen. Dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken. Ich hoffe, dass sich ihre Arbeit lohnt und sie nicht so sehr kämpfen müssen. Sie haben ihre Arbeit wirklich klasse gemacht. Gott segne eure Hände.

Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war, dass wir ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten bestellt hatten, dieses aber nicht erhielten. Stattdessen bekamen wir ein Doppelbett. Ich hätte ausserdem gedacht, dass für 1000 CHF auch ein grösseres Zimmer angeboten würde. Ich hätte mir auch mehr Informationen gewünscht. Denn ich kann mich erinnern, dass bei der Reservierung über Booking stand, dass das Frühstück inklusive sei. Während unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir das Frühstück jedoch zusätzlich bezahlen. Ich finde, ein grösserer Überblick oder eine spezifische Infokarte zu dem jeweiligen Paket, das man reserviert hat, wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Es lag nicht an den Hotelangestellten – sie wussten ebenfalls nichts davon und konnten auch nicht sehen, dass wir getrennte Betten angegeben hatten, obwohl dies bei der Buchung ausgewählt wurde. Das fand ich überhaupt nicht gut. Ich frage mich daher, wie das passieren konnte. Normalerweise sollten entweder wir oder die Hotelangestellten darüber Bescheid wissen.

The breakfast was excellent - even for a vegetarian - and the view from the breakfast room was fantastic. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The swimming pool was excellent (although the route through the spa was a little dark and poorly labelled). The lounge area was very pleasant. We also used the beach provided by the hotel, which was also excellent.
