The hotel is located right in the heart of Times Square, close to plenty of things to do. There are many restaurants, Broadway theaters, shops, and supermarkets nearby and, above all, it is close to the subway station.

The rooms could use a refresh, some of the furniture shows signs of wear and tear but since we only use the room for sleeping, it’s perfect. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious!

Location is fantastic. If you are looking for Times Square, Manhattan madness. Near Everything. 1st time NYC visitors will be blown away. The view from above is excellent. The price vs value for this hotel is fair to good.

I have been going to this hotel for 20 years. While I love the location and the action, this hotel is dated with a capital D. I am talking about furniture that is 25 yrs old. Wallpaper same. Bathrooms with loose toilets, shortie ones for little kids. Bath tubs with clogged drains, or no drain covers, just a hole. No fridge. And the icing on the cake, now that the ownership decided to do some renovations, there are only half of the elevators working. Imagine you are supposed to check out at 11, you get all packed up, kids ready, and you have to wait 30 min or more, till an elevator comes to your floor. Then, wait for it, it stops at EVERY single floor on the way down, because there are people there waiting the same. We were two couples, different floors, and both parties spent more than one hour with the elevators. Then, just to make things even more aggravating, we got to wait in long line to check out, with only one poor girl at the desk. She did her best, and I salute her. But both the elevators and the one person at the desk, at checkout time, is criminal. I asked the manager on duty and he mentioned very nonchelantly, that this was NY and they were in the UNION. This somehow excuses and justifies everything. And don't get me started with the Union in NY. Those who know, know. I say what I say, but to be honest and transparent, unless you go to a higher grade hotel, or brand new one, you will face similar challenges. NY is not the place where you are going to set your own expectations and have somebody jump to meet them. At least not for $300-$400 a night. So you kind of have to take the good with the bad. Just my opinion.

Situació si vas com a turística i vols veure midtown i la resta.sino la localització es molt sorollosa i atapeïda de gent.

Vam reservar aquest hotel amb moltes setmanes d’antelacio , i just 1 dia abans de que ja no podem anular i que estem a 48h d’arribar m’envien un correu dient que estan amb obres… deixant-nos sense pràcticament ja possibilitats de canvi. Ho vaig trobar molt deshonest, els hi vaig respondre explcant el meu disgust i encara avui espero que respongui.

Locatie. Direct in een zijweggetje van Time Square maar toch rustig. Mooi uitzicht en goede bedden. Direct naast de ingang (145th street) is een StarBucks, supermarkt en op de hoek van Time Square McDonalds. Verder op Time Square meer dan genoeg eetplekjes, diners, restaurants. Of je haalt zelf iets en gaat lekker zitten op Time Square of Bryant Park. Door de hele stad vindt je bistro stoeltjes met tafeltjes waar je gewoon kunt gaan zitten. Om de hoek is de metro en kun je alle kanten op en met de S line ben je zo op Grand Central waar je andere metro lines kunt nemen.

I have never ever stayed in a hotel without a bar fridge. Very disappointing For the whole stay our beds were never made. The rooms are dated and need to be refurbished.

Stan obiektu pozostawia bardzo wiele do życzenia. Większość mebli wygląda na zużyte i zmęczone. Z biurka same wysuwały się szuflady (jedna była na wstępie podparta krzesłem). W łazience widać że wiele rzeczy było niechlujnie wykańczane bardzo grubą warstwą silikonu. Na wstępie czystość pokoju też nie była w najlepszym stanie. Szyby z pięknym widokiem niestety były w tłustych plamach. Wi fi działało…. Okazjonalnie. Tv nie działało w ogóle, ale nie chciało mi się tego zgłaszać obsłudze, nie było to dla mnie ważne. Bardzo możliwe że byliby w stanie to naprawić.

Das Hotel war direkt am Times Square, was super war. Die Betten waren super bequem. Schalldichte Fenster. Im 36. Stock, wir mussten einen Aufschlag zahlen, hat man kaum was von der Straße gehört

Es gab keinen Kühlschrank, keine Zahnputz-Gläser oder irgendwelche anderen Gläser. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen.

I ve vyších patrech bylo slyšet projíždějící metro, které mělo tunely přímo pod hotelem, což v noci nebylo úplně příjemné.

L'hôtel était en travaux pendant notre séjour, difficile donc de l'évaluer objectivement... le personnel est très efficace et la situation géographique est idéale pour visiter la ville (même si, revers de la médaille, l'environnement est un peu bruyant). Pour le reste, il faudra voir après rénovation

Чек ин был не совсем, ждали с 10:00 АМ до 16:20 хотя я запрвшивал ранний заезд, о ремонте в отеле мне сообщили после того как я оплатил проживание, во временном лоби что не возможно назвать его лобби даже негде было сесть, что бы из комнаты попасть в регистрацию нужно было переходить из одного лифта в другой.когда мы получили комнату в ней не было одеял и мы спали всю ночь под одними простынками,пытались дозвониться до регистракции но ответа так и не получили. Чайника в номере не было хотя в описании номера он должен был быть. В ванной не стекала вода.

Only The Location, and the size of the room being in manhattan.

It was my second time here, the rooms were heavily in need of maintenance, worn out tables, furniture, even my room door didn’t close properly on its own. They have not mentioned any construction in their description, they only message before 2 days of arriving that that is construction work and if you need you could cancel. Really disappointed by the rooms.

We got room 4418, overlooking Times Square, bed was very comfortable. Location is great. Price was good.

Decoration is a bit outdated. You can still hear the noise from the street.

The location of this hotel was very good and central. There were many public transport options around to move around the city easily. The staff were very kind. The beds were very comfy, and the view was amazing as we were on a higher floor.

The room wasn’t very clean, there was lots of dust and stains around the room. The bathroom certainly needs updating and was also unclean.

The hotel is undergoing renovation. There is no proper lobby. Things are bit chaotic. I would NOT recommend it until renovation is completed.

The only positive about this hotel was the close proximity to the concert venue that I was going to.

The rooms were very dirty and outdated. Our first room smelled of mold and mildew so badly that I couldn’t stay in it. They moved us to another room and it was also moldy smelling, but covered with a strong bleach aroma.

عدم توفر ثلاجه او جهاز قهوه الا بعد الطلب منهم وعدم تنظيف وفتح مجرى مياه الشاور ( الدش ) رغم طلب الصيانه لكن لم يعمل بشكل جيد كما انه لم يتم اعادة مبلغ التامين 250 دولار الى الان ايضاً ازعاج موظفين التنظيف يومياً حيث ان باب خدماتهم بجانب الغرفه ويقوموا با غلاق الباب بشكل مزعج

The location is great, but the noise is really loud around this area; however, the higher up you go, the better it is. Next door is Starbucks, Maccas is close, everything is super close, including access to a lot of the subways.

I felt the bathroom could've been cleaner. I also think the pictures accurately represented the room. The price point was high, but on the other hand, it is a 1-minute walk to Times Square.

La ubicación, comodidad y relación calidad-precio. El hotel superó mis expectativas, había leído que el hotel se veía antiguo pero a mi me pareció excelente, cogí una habitación con dos camas dobles para mi familia y estuvimos muy cómodos, era una habitación grande, el mobiliario clásico pero excelente, baño correcto, vistas increíbles, y lo más importante camas muy cómodas. En recepción fueron muy agradables, pedimos cafetera en la habitación y nos la trajeron enseguida. El gym estaba bien. La entrada y salida con los ascensores no me pareció que se colapsara en ningún momento, iban bastante rápidos, he estado en otros hoteles en Nueva York y hay que tener un poco de paciencia a veces con los ascensores, pero eso ocurre en todos y en éste hotel los vi genial. Un acierto. Gracias por todo.

Bathroom was dirty, didn't get 2 bed room as requested, kids slept on sofa bed. Constructions was disclosed last minute so there wasn't anything "nice" about it. City view was the corner of a street looking left out the window-hardly what I paid for.

The location is absolutely fantastic. The price was good.

If I could have walked away from the check-in desk when I first arrived, I would have. Never have I seen a check-in situation like this or in general a lobby situation like this. Because of the hard check-in at 4pm, the lobby fills with people from the morning. It looks like an encampment with people sitting on the floor for most of the day. Of course, once check-in is permitted, the wait is long. Luggage facilities are overwhelmed and I take my hat off to the single gentleman that has to manage this. I hope he can find a better employer as practically everyone else is miserable. Fortunately, no breakfast facilities are on offer as the hotel is not very clean. I would not wish to eat there. The rooms are dated, but ok. The wait for the lifts is always long. The man at the door from the street is too busy chatting. You can struggle alone with your luggage to open it. The hotel is totally understaffed in all areas for the number of rooms they have.

Very old furniture. Very old toilets / showers. Very old elevators. We were debited a deposit of $250 per room at check in… we were told we would be refunded with 5-7 days… been over 10 days now and no refund and no reply to follow up mails.

Water leak in the toilet, the shower partially goes to the upper position, very outdated hotel, lobby on the 7th floor, then you have to go down to floor 0 and go up to your room, clearly unhelpful staff

Top Lage !

Zimmer im upper Level (Etage 40 bis 52) mit Zuschlag gebucht. Leider nicht bekommen. Unser Zimmer befand sich auf der 32. Etage. Dafür etwas größer, was leider nicht im Verhältnis stand inx und keinerlei Vorteile gebracht hat. Schade.

Got a room at 42nd floor and the “city view” means more like a peak rather than a proper view. AC was pretty bad. Before I even went I asked ahead of time if they have a microwave as I needed that for something but no response. When i got there, I was told that the whole building doesnt have a microwave.

È un ottimo albergo per posizione (all' angolo di Times Square), per dimensioni e pulizia della camera, per disponibilità del personale di servizio. Lo consiglio per chi vuole visitare New York e trovarsi nel cuore di Manhattan con tanti luoghi ed edifici iconici.

Peccato che la hall era in ristrutturazione. I lavori non hanno interferito affatto con l'ospitalità, ma è mancata la possibilità di godere della lobby.

This hotel is so dated, the room wasn't clean, there was no refrigerator and the view was of a filthy balcony that had soiled undergarments strewn across it. The TV didn't work. It was expensive and definitely wasn't value for money
