Decor was nice.

The parking fee charge. The air quality in the halls and room not great. The bed was too firm which cut off blood circulation. Guests in the next room had the television on all night.

As always the hotel was perfect. Ate at the restaurant and Robert and Olivia were so much fun. Awesome experience. A joy to visit with.

The Pub offers a comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing atmosphere that makes it an excellent place to enjoy a meal. The staff, especially Stacey, were friendly, attentive, and professional, making every guest feel welcome and well cared for throughout the dining experience. The combination of outstanding customer service, good menu choices, and a warm, inviting atmosphere made my visit truly enjoyable, and I would gladly recommend The Pub to others.

My visit to the Hilton Marietta Hotel/Conference Center was great! All interactions with staff were positive. The location and atmosphere were also great! The guest room I stayed in could use a bit of updating but it was still comfortable.

We were at the Hilton Marietta/Atlanta for a convention and had an excellent experience. The meeting rooms are spacious and clean. The views of the golf course are beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Try to catch an incredible sunset if you are able to visit!

Our stay started of well, even before we checked in thanks to Debra who did her absolute best to ensure our needs and requests were accommodated. Check in was smooth but things changed when we got to our room. The view was not great and the sound from the door closing was horrible. The door was heavy and hit the catch extremely hard causing us to be alarmed everytime we entered or left. We also had to pull/push the door to ensure it was securely closed everytime. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was completely full do to the holiday. But BIG THANKS TO VICKIE T for going above and beyond by accommodating us and making sure we were at ease!!! She took specific care of us and her warm personality made us feel like we were all family. She definitely saved our stay and we will definitely return because of her great efforts and gracious hospitality!!!

The property was clean, polished & picturesque. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was exceptional; friendly, helpful, responsive to requests.

A few items that could use improvement: 1) The parking charge should be noted BEFORE booking & check in. We didn’t realize there was a nightly charge until check out. 2) There was no doorman 3) No easy access to coffee. A coffee station in the lobby would suffice.

Paying for parking if I’m booked in the hotel I thought was unfair

The breakfast Linda L. Was very attentive and really nice. The little Hispanic ladies that refilled all breakfast items was also attentive and kept areas clean and presentable. Overall had a wonderful experience! We’ll be back again.

Beautiful atmosphere very friendly

We checked out the Hamilton restaurant for Easter brunch buffet with my mother and daughter. It was an awesome selection of food from lamb shank, spiked ham, salmon, charcuterie board, shrimp, etc. The service was great. They had a big room for the kiddos to play too and the Easter Bunny was here to take pictures as well. The view was nice, it looks out to their golf coarse. We will back for Mother’s Day. Overall I rate it 5 stars.

Robert is the MAN! He is what you want when serving someone. He will talk but also value service first. Great guy and even better bartender.

Robert was fabulous! He was so easy to chat with and made us feel welcome! We loved being here and Robert made the experience so great!

Clean room, friendly staff.

Could not get the A/C to cool the room. Was on the warm side, uncomfortable to sleep. Restaurants had limited hours, especially just to get a good cup of coffee.

Saleh was extremely professional, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and management checked up on us frequently without annoying. Definitely a pleasurable experience.

Wonderful location for an annual conference with friends and colleagues. Gerrod and Stacy did a great job accommodating my allergies at dinner!!

We came into town for a wedding and let me tell you it was such a great experience! The staff is top tier!! Everyone is so happy and helpful. From the front desk to restaurant staff. Side note-The food at the Pub is very good!! Highly recommend booking your next stay here!!

From the greeting at the door until the check was presented, the service was superb. The wait staff and bartender did an outstanding job. Thank you for such great service. The food was good. With a few minor tweaks, it can be great as well.

Delicious Valentine’s Day dinner

I would to give a good review on Stacy (supervisor) and Jared which was our server did a outstanding job. It was a unique experience. The food was amazing. It has truly been a unique for our Valentines celebration.

Visiting, found myself alone at the bar watching football. Met Olivia, the bartender who provided me with great service and suggestions for the evening. We need more like her, will recommend.

Mucho dinero versus calidad, para bañarse casi ni te puedes mover los espacios son reducidos, las camas pequeñas la verdad es puro nombre o en su momento fue bien pero en estos tiempos uno consigue por ese precio hoteles mejores, estos cuartos no tenían ni microonda la cafetera abajo hasta incómodo hacer un café casi no espacio donde colocar las maletas les anexaré fotos para que vean como conseguí el cuarto en resumen no me quedaría de vuelta en ese hotel

Stacy the bartender was great! She was friendly and on top of everything. She made our stay special. The food was good and the Old fashion was superb.

It is a massive, extremely beautiful and exotic property. The rooms are old and sound outdated. The restaurants are hardly operational for full day and have a very limited menu. The most terrible part is the boring and poor brekfast spread which is the same each day you stay for as long as possible. The staff at the breakfast is rude, indifferent and certainly need a reorientation course in hospitality and how to deal or behave with guests. The bar staff are very good. Hillton certainly needs to invest in sorting out the mess.

Dinner in the Pub was great. Stacy our server was so nice and our grandson loved her. She gave great food suggestions and we ate e everything!

We really enjoyed the food. It was cooked to perfection. The service from Stacy was also top notch and made the meal that much better!! This was our first family Christmas here and we had the best time!

We are local but stopped in for dinner on a weeknight. Stacy was so attentive and helped us relax after a very busy day. Both of our meals were delicious. We’ll be back soon for sure!

I’m a Diamond member and typically rely on TripAdvisor reviews to choose the hotel. The reviews were okay but not great for this hotel but they deserve to be much higher rated. The rooms were clean, fitness center was better than most, housekeeping was excellent and the staff (particularly Jorge) were kind and patient. Received $15 per night food credit for being diamond. Recommend staying here!

This location is easy to get to, clean facility with outdoor activities. Food in the bar (and I’m sure the restaurant) was very good. Stacey waited on us, it was Thanksgiving night, and she helped guide us to the perfect small bite we needed!
