Very short breakfast hours and it was usually it had run out of food

I paid for a premium 'luxury' room in order to ensure that my basic expectations were met. However two essentials were missing: 1) there was no kettle for tea in the room, although there were coffee making supplies provided. I am a tea drinker and this was a major disappointment and inconvenience. 2) the TV was not operational and despite repeated efforts by the hotel staff it was not fixed; this was also a major inconvenience as I had been on the road for some time and sorely wanted television distraction and news information (especially regarding the fire situation in the region). I asked for a partial refund in compensation for these inconveniences and was told this was not possible directly from the hotel because of having booked through your organization, Booking.com. I would like to have a partial refund of my room payment. How do I go about contacting your office to move this forward?

Loved the jet tub in the room. The large king sized bed was very comfortable and we couldnt hear the traffic from the road, so we slept great!

The breakfast needs help. I was there early, the eggs were freezing cold, the pancakes came out of the machine tearing apart. That was a weak link.

The room was comfortable, the check in was easy, the beds were clean and firm. The breakfast was okay, there were choices and it was basic.

The common area was not clean, the carpets were needing a vacuum and the windows and glass doors were quite dirty. The tea selection...well, there was no selection at the breakfast bar.

The air conditioner in the room sounded like a 747 taking off every time it kicked in. Sleep was spottie

The room was great. Big and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet even though it was a Saturday night. No hallway noise. The front desk man was very efficient and was a pleasure to deal with.

No hand or wash towels in room and ask the room cleaner for some. She was a bit rude and I explained no rush. Never did end up getting them. Had one bath towel that was super frayed and dingy like and old rag. Very odd. Found hairs on the bathroom floor as well. Breakfast consisted of basic toast yogurt etc. the only hot food was hash brown patties lol nothing else not even eggs. Hallway floors needed a good vacuum.

No towels & staff could have cared less!! Suggestion: Purchase 10 towels for such an occasion & keep them behind your reception. $187 & I couldn’t shower!! Parking lots was not full so I suspect there were towels in an empty room!!

Very clean, quiet, and convenient location. I slept well in the comfortable bed, which had exceptional bedsheets. The staff were friendly and professional. This is not luxury accommodation; but it was it exceeds expectations.

Nice location, staff were all very friendly. Room was clean.

Air conditioner was extremely old and noisy. Had to turn it off and get warm in my sleep instead. A/C kicking on or off both would wake me up each time. The room was clean, but just very old and could smell the cigarette aura and there was also an old pee smell in the bathroom but it was clean.

The room and facility were very nice and comfortable. It was clean and the location was great- right in town and close to everything.

Advertised free breakfast starting at 6a. Went down for breakfast at 6:45a and nothing was set up. Another couple and 2 other people were also there. One said he’d rang the counter bell repeatedly with no response. Eventually a person did come out and said he didn’t known what was going on. The person just didn’t show up. There was no apology, no customer service. No initiative to set out a few things himself for customers who were headed to work. I know a hotel can’t control if an employee just doesn’t show up for work, but a bit of empathy or customer service would’ve gone a long way. We ended buying our breakfast in town, but I’d booked this hotel partly because of the free breakfast so we could get in the road the quickly without having to go somewhere else.

It was better than expected so no real disappointment, I wouldn't stay here for an extended stay unless it was for work it is very basic.

No one ever standing at desk have to find them. Non knowledgeable staff about their city . Told restaurants open until 9. So waited to eat. Not a single restaurant open at 8 pm . Bfast needs help no bacon, ran out of jam and silverware and hit fruit juice in fridge no oj or apple juice

Cleanliness was not great throughout the building and breakfast was good however not filled and often had to ask for cutlery, refills etc.

The room was clean, and the beds were fairly comfy hotel beds. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog. The continental breakfast is very good with choices for diabetic with proteins like eggs , sausages, yogurt, and fresh fruits, not just carbs. Thank you to the staff for their part in making our visit more enjoyable. We have stayed several times and will continue to share their hospitality as we move around the province.

Close to everything and dog friendly

This property and room were the worst I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was almost non existent, couldn't turn around without bumping into the door. Ramada, very poor. No care for the customer or their facility. Never again.

It"s Good gives us an early start

It was a good price. It smells good. The people are nice. I felt safe. Fairly quiet. Could go for a walk in area.

I don't like the dark towels and comforter. Would prefer white so you feel it’s clean and new. The baseboards and plug ins are sirty so you don’t feel like it’s cleaned regularly. Noisy neighbours but that’s not the fault of the facility. Motels are like that sometimes.

The room was amazing! Clean, very comfortable and yes the hot tub was awesome!

Breakfast was not presented properly. Had to request Pancake batter for machine, cream for coffee and butter for toast. None of these were available at our breakfast time.

The overall impression is very good, starting from the convenient parking and friendly receptionist to the clean, comfortable room, and the tasty continental breakfast. I would stay here again if I have the chance. Dmitry

The Ramada was very clean, very quiet and very economical. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made checking in and checking out a seamless process.

Easy to access

Room was quiet so I slept well and it was nice to have eggs and hot coffee ready to eat at 6:30am. We left our suitcases in the car as the elevator was out of service

Cleaniness

Firstly, they allowed me to check in early. The staff were very helpful. Secondly, my room was far nicer than expected. Thirdly, my stay was nice and quiet, despite the hotel being filled to capacity and being located right on the highway. As a bonus, breakfast was adequate...especially being that I wasn't even aware breakfast was included when I booked the room. In conclusion, I would stay here again.

They were supposed to provide a continental breakfast but no food was available. When asked about food they said we would just have to wait. No very good as we were on a schedule

Room was clean and beds were good. Elevator was broken and we were booked on third floor. I received 11 emails after checking in online. I will never check in online again!!! I will reserve a hotel and pay for it when I get there or look for another hotel.

I felt very safe with parking on the property due too the police station close by. The hotel it self was decently quiet. I had to have the window open due to air conditioning bad on my arthritis. Even with the window open there wasn't much noise by traffic..Dining close by. Would recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast, Enjoyed the pancakes. Liked being able to load and unload car with the outside doors.

Front desk clerk was very accommodating to the mobility challenges and made it simple and easy. Reasonable prices for the area.

The staff was amazing helping me with my many bags and coolers. The kitchen is a bit small but workable. I used a box for garbage in the main room as there wasn't one there. Weird. There definitely needs to be a table to sit at and eat by the large empty space by the window. I used the other table for my work space. The beds are firm. It is very clean.

check in very pleasant. I am allergic to cats and was given a room with no pets ever in it..very appeciated. Clean and the bed was so comfy..

The hotel is easy to find, and surprisingly quiet for being near the highway. It was very clean and comfortable.Everyone was super friendly.

The breakfast wasn't very well stocked. The front desk clerks seemed to be running around the lobby, so we had to wait at the front desk to check in and check out.
