Büffet von mäßiger Qualität sowohl morgens als auch Abends, jeweils kein frisches Obst, kaum Alternati en für Vegetarier. Großer Pluspunkt: schöne Panoramaterrasse.

The whole property was overlooking the valley and had a beautiful view of the sunset. The staff was so nice and the breakfast buffet had so many different foods

A beautiful location above the valley, perfect to explore the surroundings, and a beautiful kasbah on the inside. Nice dinner and breakfast options, though we still had to pay 15 euros for each of the 2 children when they tried a tiny portion of rice (2 spoons) but stopped eating immediately after. Beautiful rooms with closed (walled) balconies. Nice swimming pool area.

Eve though we booked a room with a double bed and 2 twin beds, our room for 2 + 2 grown up children had only one double bed and some small sofas in the 1,00 - 1,20 m length (adapted for small babies). We have been given a far away room in the back of the main building, among the bus drivers rooms, which was of a different standard.

Fizeram uma linda surpresa por ser aniversário de um dos hóspedes, embora tivesse pedido antecipadamente um bolo. O espaço tem um potencial incrível e não está bem aproveitado. Na comida podia haver mais diversidade, em particular no pequeno almoço. Vale a pena e dentro da oferta local que já conheço, está entre os 2 melhores

The location is spectacular, with a magnificent view on the Atlas mountains and the Dades Gorge not far from here.

A palatial family owned establishment with excellent facilities, built on the edge of a cliff overlooking the town and there also incredible views over the Atlas Mountains. Some rooms are built into 2500 year old caves which are very interesting. Rooms are luxurious, spacious and comfortable. Staff very welcoming.

La suciedad del baño. Olía fatal haciendo imposible nuestro sueño. Actually the bathroom was dirty. It smelled awful, making our sleep impossible.

We loved the bedrooms, and the pool surrounds were lovely. The view from the pool area would have been great but unfortunately we didn't see it due to the weather being really foggy! The set meal was great value and the tagine and huge fruit platter were really tasty.

Despite us being asked what time we wanted breakfast, there were no staff around anywhere 15/20 minutes after this, the staff then brought in more breakfast they had made as we were finishing but it was a bit late! The wifi wasn't available in many areas.

The position at the sunset Is amaizing. Great dinner and breakfast.

Calidad promedio del hotel, mas preocupados por el cobro de los extras que por brindar mejor servicio. El servicio en el comedor es nulo, hay solo una persona que atiende, la comida en general se sirve fría y de no muy buen sabor. La habitación es amplia y cómoda.

Great property once inside the walls of the Kasbah. Fabulous view across the valley from the pool area and terraces. Rooms very comfortable and well appointed.

Food was “typical” of the region with little choice.

Diner is buffet for 15 euros per person, but the quality is poor. The restaurant looks like a poor episode of faulty towers. There was more staff than guests in the restaurant. For that money you can better offer a la carte menu. The hotel has not even got icecubes available, and drinks are not chilled. Served with straws.....

We booked a Cave Room for the unique experience. The beds were very hard and lack of air movement made it difficult to sleep. There was a small window in the door and an electric heater (for winter) but no fan. We were glad we stayed in the Cave Room but for one night only. The pool area was wonderful. Water was refreshing and had nice seating.

Need more outlets and a fan in the Cave Room. Breakfast could be better.

Beautiful location. We hadn't really expected this, but it's an entire huge walled domain, with all sorts of places where you relax, a huge central swimming pool, etc. The food - both the (included) breakfast and (paid) luch - are all-you-can-eat buffets, and were truly delicious; we advise to eat there!

The whole place is drenched in this awkward colonial vibe. If only they'd ditch those costumes for their personnel, and refurbished the dining room, removing all that cloth.

Kasbah Tizzarouine is a large facility catered towards stopovers of travel groups. It is a nice hotel spread out over a fairly large property. The dinner and breakfast buffets were good and provided a variety of Moroccan and European food. The view from the property over the mountains is amazing.

Reception and staff were rather formal. No tea was offered and no helping hand finding our room or carrying luggage to.our room. This is perhaps not the best place for individual travellers, but still a good place to relax and enjoy the space.

A good location just out of town with views across the valley. A large complex of buildings and courtyards with plenty of space to relax. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cave rooms as expected with all facilities and heaters for the cold nights.

The Cave rooms were as expected - quite small but with heaters and all facilities. A bit of a walk from the car park with a few sets of steep steps to reach them. The dining room was unheated so at dinner everyone had to wear outdoor hats and coats to keep warm - although this was during an exceptionally cold spell. We should have been warned that they would not accept Visa card payments, even though it was stated that they did on the booking information. We had to make a trip to a bank to withdraw enough cash for a four night stay.

It was like a castle on the cliff! Definitely need to check the back of the castle! Very beautiful view! We only book one night but it's the place that you could stay longer to explore and relax.
