Summit Hotel Greenhills

The location was very close to my business meetings. It was a bonus that the hotel was so close to Greenhills Mall as well! The LRT-3 station is also close. Very convenience.

The pool area could have been a bit more tidy.

Parts of the hotel smell bad, for example lifts. Network problems on my last night stay, presumably caused by rain. "Fix" was to physically replace the router in my room.... Which ofc fixed nothing.. No view.

I really liked the attitude of the whole staff. They were really friendly and helpful to the guests there. The hospitality at Summit hotel is excellent.

There was just a little bad smell in the bathroom I was staying in. It was cleaned very well by the staff, but I think the smell was coming from the pipes/drain.

The location was perfect, close to the Greenhills Shopping Centre. I was surprised that it was a Muslim-friendly hotel, even catering with round-the-clock room service to assist with guests who were fasting (although I had already prepared my own sahur meal, so I didn't partake). The room (junior suite) was clean and comfortable. My wife especially found the bed extremely comfortable - the best sleep we had in our trip, counting all other locations we visited. Will definitely book again if/when we return.

Some areas in room needed more cleaning (some nooks in bathroom/shower).

The rooms and corridor areas have a strong damp smell, which makes the stay very uncomfortable.

The spacious rooms and clean rooms. The staff, especially Precious was very accommodating and very helpful! The guards were very attentive to the people coming in and out of the property. Summit greenhills will always be my go to hotel when in the Philippines.

There was a bad smell coming out of the sewage piping system. Would recommend the maintenance team review the reason for the smell coming out of the sewage piping

The room smelt bad but i did not complain coz it's already 1am when i checked in. I just slept with my nose covered and checked out the next day. I lost one night and one breakfast.

The staff were warm and accommodating. The room was clean, and toiletries and other essentials were replenished regularly, which added to the comfort and convenience.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that persisted during the stay.

I stayed at this hotel before in 2019 and had a much better experience back then. Unfortunately, my recent stay was quite disappointing. Dinner was terrible. I ordered the noodles and specifically requested it to be less salty, but it was served extremely salty. When I gave feedback to the waiter, he only smiled and did nothing to resolve the issue, which felt unprofessional. The facilities have also gone downhill since my last visit. The lift was shaking and felt unsafe, and the bathroom water pressure was very low, making showers uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate to see the hotel’s quality drop so much since 2019. I really hope management takes these issues seriously and works on improving food quality, staff training, and maintenance.

14樓1409號房，馬桶上的天花板一直漏水，本來想說維修一次就不會再漏水了，所以就沒有想說換房，而且我要的是大床房欸，他給我兩張單人床我想說兩個床可以合併就不計較了，睡5天四夜維修就來4次，等維修人員離開我才能去做我的事情，那我跟免費的監工有什麼兩樣他們飯店要付我一筆監工費欸， 1、蓮蓬頭的架子壞掉有修好。 2、水壓超小有跟他們的維修人員說就是用不好（我也不計較了），，洗澡就要洗3個小時，尤其是對長頭髮的女生很不友善 3、馬桶上面天花板一直漏水、很誇張 4、我要大床房，酒店給兩張單人床房（產品不實） 為什麼沒有換房？因為我一開始以為他們維修一次就結束了，所以也一直很願意給機會，而且我行李很多也不喜歡搬來搬去的，誰知道當了好幾天的免費監工，我私人事情也滿多的也只住5天4夜就不想計較，該給的評論也是要給的，Google 評論我也會去評論的讓大家誤踩雷。

Staff at the front desk are really kind and helpful. I was even upgraded a room and I was able to have an early check-in too. The accomodation itself is well presented, my room was very spacious with a great view window too.

The first room we were checked in was filthy floor, stinky and no towels/ wash cloths and soap available. They didn’t provide any water, extra toilet paper when the one hanging was almost out.

Buffet breakfast was okay, not much choices but hearty enough to fill one up for the day. Hotel was just 2 blocks away from the newly renovated Greenhills mall. Staff were polite. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV remote battery died. Phoned front desk for replacement but I had to call again the next morning before it was replaced. No TV overnight, very limited channels btw. Only local channels and CNN. No Netflix and YouTube. The water pressure was really really weak, taking a shower was a challenge.Also, the toilet bowl was filthy inside and gave off bad smell.

Super clean and spacious room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

The aircon in our room (1216) was a bit noisy. Also, the smell from the bathroom was not so nice. You smell it as soon as you enter the door. Thankfully, it didn't permeate the entire room.

The location was ideal for us as it was near my mum who we were visiting while on holiday. We also didn’t mind walking to the Greenhills Tiange and shops. Our bed itself was very comfortable but the aircon was oversized for the room and felt very cold all the time. We had to switch it off in the middle of the night.

The room was shabby with paint chipping off the wall it definitely needed a bit of care. Honestly it wouldn’t take much to make it SO much better. The smell in the corridors is off putting - it smelled rancid and mouldy.

Very limited parking. The counter, table, and remote controls were dusty and dirty. Breakfast buffet selection was very limited too.
