I have already wrote the details in the other review which was for my daughter's room. I really liked the surroundings, everything was clean and secure. The room had almost everything you'd think of.. place to cook, coffe filter, you could iron your clothes if needed, a fridge and a small table. The staff was great, and as mentioned, many special thanks to the amazing client service who was super nice and helpful.

Size of the room, lack of any balcony in case you want to get some fresh air without going outside.. and the fact that the windows open very little ( i noticed that in other buildings so i don't think its just the hotel )

I liked very much the location of the hotel. It was very close to where I neeed to be and has great connections to public transport. The view from the window was not impressive..regular street and buildings.. quite plain but once you cross the street and walk ~10 min in any direction, you have amazing places to see. The little bay, the forest park.. the quiet streets with many trees. I loved that area. The hotel was quiet and clean and the store was super convenient. You have all the utilities you can think of. The staff was nice and the online customer support was amazing. I'd like to especially thank them for being so supportive and nice, answering with patience to all my silly questions :)

The room was nice but rather small for a longer stay. It was fine as we didn't went there to stay in the hotel but there were some rainy days where we wished there was more space or at least a balcony.. or at least being able to open the window more. That was the only thing that prevented our stay from being perfect.

V hotelu jsem strávila 4 noci - ubytování bylo velmi pohodlné a docela dobře zařízené. Velké plus je kuchyňka s vybavením, blízkost tramvaje (cca 10 minut k Lasipalatsi), supermarket v přízemí. Pokoj nemá klimatizaci, což jsem chtěla, okna otevřít nešla (nebo jsem na to nepřišla, v některých patrech jsem okna viděla otevřená). V pokoji bylo příjemné teplo, v noci ticho. Do hotelu jsem se bez problému dostala se zaslaným kódem. Okolí bylo bezpečné. Cena oproti ostatním hotelům v Helsinkách velmi výhodná.

Trochu mi chyběl otevřený odkládací prostor u dveří, vstupuje se přímo do "kuchyně". V létě to ale není velký problém. V koupelně je po sprchování vždy kaluž vody na zemi, prostor není ohrazen.

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent transport links for both bus and tram. Supermarket directly below was well stocked. I was grateful for the cleaning supplies. Easy access with the code. About a 5 minute walk away is the Valo Hotel which has a restuarant which was superb.

V budove sa nachádzal homeless. Ako je to možné? Vstupné dvere na kód. A smeti pred vstupom boli rozhádzané.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Całodobowy market w tym samym budynku. Las i plaża w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru, do centrum można pójść pieszo lub pojechać komunikacją miejską.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing.

The check-in time was very late, while the check-out time was very early, and the hotel was not flexible or helpful with either. For 2 pm check in they requested additional payment Which is normal in other hotels iWhat made the situation worse was that there was no luggage storage available before check-in or after check-out, which was very inconvenient for travelers. Compared with other hotels we have stayed at, the service was not welcoming. There were also no basic complimentary refreshments such as tea or tea bags in the room. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its customer service, flexibility, and basic hospitality. Unfortunately, we did not feel that guests were being well accommodated, and we would not choose to stay here again.

I honestly don’t recommend this place. The sofa bed was broken, so we had to sleep on the floor with our kids. They did provide us with an extra bed, but it was only for one person, which didn’t really help because we are a family of four. One of us still had to sleep on the floor. The kitchen wood stove didn’t work properly, and we were told that if the fire alarm went off while cooking, we would have to pay €2,000. The toaster was dirty, and the wood stove and kitchen area were also not clean. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially when travelling with children. I would not recommend this place.

Erinomaiset julkiset kulkuyhteydet niin Espooseen kuin Helsingin keskustaankin. Alakerran 24h kauppa on mahtava plussa. Tuttu kohde, jonne palaamme vuodesta toiseen. :)

El apartamento está bien ubicado, en pocos minutos en tranvía llegas al centro de la ciudad.

Las camas son algo incómodas y se veía un poco descuidado, pero estaba bien.

Huone piti vaihtaa kun ei ollu maksettua oleskelutilassa olevaa sohvaa ym, tilalla oli 2 ylimääräistä sänkyä. Huoneen vaihdossa illalla kaikki ovikoodit lakkautettiin ja jäin "jumiin" parkkihalliin. Ei päässyt etuovestakaa ja kello oli jo 24.00 niin aspaa ei saanu puoleen tuntiin kiinn vaan piti vähissä vaatteissa olla alakerran kaupan tuuletuskaapissa kun ulkona oli jo kylmä. Sai lopulta aspan kiinni ja ovet etänä auki. Kaikessa hiljaisuudessa yönaikana tai aamusta koodit saatu toimimaan ja ollaan kuin mitään ei olis sattunu. Tästä en pitänyt :D entisiä majoittujia huoneen oven takana kysymässä kenkiä, aamupalan hinta ei ollut mitä luvattiin, meni niin penkin alle kyllä tältä paikalta

Le logement est bien situé à proximité des transports vers le centre ville, du supermarché en bas de l'immeuble. La surface du logement est bien appréciable pour une famille.

We are family of 5 and there was space for 4,so we had trouble to sleep with comfy. There were two single beds and an open sofa. If there was a double bed, maybe it would be more comfortable for us

ヘルシンキど真ん中ではないが、バスもトラムも両方ホテルのすぐそばにあるのでアクセスが良くコスパが良いと感じた。 部屋も広く、3人滞在にちょうど良かった。 口コミには部屋にクーラーが無くて暑かったとあるが、8月7日から11日までの滞在期間中は適温で過ごしやすかった。 ベッドは狭めだが女性にはちょうど良い。男性には狭く感じそう。フカフカのマットが敷いてあったので、寝心地も良かった。 ホテルのキー番号なども直前に送られてきて、明け方もスムーズだった。

元々設置されてる、トイレットペーパーが少ない。ドライヤーが壊れていた。自分たちで用意していたため不便とは感じなかったため許容範囲かと思う。 水圧が弱い。電気が少し薄暗い。

Easy access with car, there is also tram and bus stop nearby, groceries and few nice small restaurants (despite being a bit out of the center). Room was spacious and nicely equipped, clean.

Free parking was advertised. Nevertheless I got a pretty substantial parking fine. Communication was definitely not sufficient in this respect. Oh and unformatted, unstructured plain text dump email is not a form of communication. There might have been info there but it was impossible to find. Using the stove required consulting ChatGPT - one of those weird old examples of Really Bad UI.

Elhelyezkedés: kiváló közlekedés. Nem a főútra nézett, így csöndes volt és ki lehetett nyitni az ablakot. Jól felszerelt konyha.

Gyengébb minőségű kinyitható kanapé. Négyen voltunk és két főnek ezen kellett aludni. Ez nem megfelelő 2 embernek. Holott van olyan apartman ahol 4 ágy van.

Buona la posizione; molte linee di bus e tram passano vicino alla struttura. Il monolocale è pulito ed ampio, fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Il servizio clienti risolve in breve tempo gli eventuali problemi (in camera mancavano il microonde ed una sedia; sono stati portati il giorno successivo)

Non si possono aprire le finestre, anche se il sistema di ricircolo funziona (però non è possibile modificare la temperatura)

Sijainti hyvä, julkisen liikenteen näkökummasta. Helppo sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen. Sale ihan vieressä.

Porrashuoneessa oli joku epämiellyttävä haju. Makuutilan jakaminen esim. Verholla olisi hyvä juttu. Poistuttaessa huoneistosta ei pitäisi enää tarvita tehdä mitään huomioiden kohteen hinta.

The place is clean and has a small kitchen. Beds are are comfortable. It has an underground garage if you need to park a car. 24/7 grochery shop in the building.

The windows can't be opend, which makes the room hot despite the outside temperature being low. No way to cool the room down, there is practicaly no ventilation. Also, the windows haven't been cleaned from the otside for ages, you can hardly see through them.

For just one night it is fine. They provide a parking space if you want, but it seems like they provide it for free, but you’ll have to pay (not that much).

Ilmastointi alaarvoinen ilma ei tosiaankaan vaihtunut huoneesta saatika sitten pesuhuoneesta jouduin säätämään ikkunan saranaa jotta saimme tuuletusikkunan ulkopuolisen pokan auki onneksi oli rautanen kenkälusikka mukana jolla sain kangettua pokan irti ulkopuolen alapellistä ei muuten oltu ihan äsken pyyhditty ikunan väliä eikä ulkopuoltakaan mutta se siitä kämppä oli tosi kuuma onneksi ei majoituttu heinäkuussa ikkunaa ei voinut pitää auki yöllä kun liikenteen äänet kuului häiritsevästi olisiko mahdollista varata edullinen hyrrä puhallin vaihtamaan ilmaa vaimoni ei saanut oikeastaan nukutuksi paljoakaan.

Tämä on erittäin valitettava tapaus ja väärinkäsitys. Muilta osin huone on ihan asuttava: televisio, Wi-Fi, peilit, vedenkeitin ja kahvinkeitin toimivat hyvin. Toivoisin kuitenkin, että huoneeseen jätettäisiin edes jonkinlainen perustarvike-setti, kuten sokeria, teetä ja kahvia. Siitä olisi paljon apua, jos näitä tuotteita ei ehdi ostaa heti tai jos haluaa saada hieman lisäenergiaa pitkän matkan jälkeen.

Lauter als vorher vermutet, Fenster konnte man nicht offen lassen. Im Sommer bestimmt auch heiss, da Fenster zur Südseite.

Huone oli erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä. Yhdelle henkilölle sopivan kokoinen. Paljon kaappitilaa. Alakerran kauppa auki 24/7, joten esim. aamupalatarvikkeet ja kahvin saa kätevästi kaupasta. Sijainti on hyvä. Ratikka ja bussit menevät aivan liki.

Huoneessa oli kuuma. Ikkunan sai kyllä auki mutta se oli niin painava, kun sen aukaisi, että pelkäsin sen rysähtävän kokonaan alas. Ikkuna kun aukeni alaspäin. Lisäksi huoneen koodin piti toimia oveen, mikä vei jätehuoneeseen vaan eipä toiminut. QR- koodin kautta sain tietää mihin viedä roskat mutta eipä sinne päässyt. Sunnuntai aamuna ei saa mihinkään aspaan yhteyttä. Laitoin sitten ne yleiseen pieneen roskikseen.

Appartamento pulito e dimensione giusta. C'è tutto quello che serve, staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Per esempio la prima sera avevo chiesto il cambio coperta perchè c'era un odore strano ed è stato fatto il giorno dopo.

Unica pecca secondo me è la lontananza dal centro anche se i mezzi funzionano bene. Magari il prezzo un pò alto per la lontanza dal centro.

Hinta ja laatu kohtasi! Helppo tulla ja olla, erityis pisteet leikkihuoneesta ja hyvästä äänieristyksestä sekä pimennysverhoista!☺️ Saimme todella hyvät yöunet! Ranta ja leikkikentät lähellä sekä 24h kauppa samassa rakennuksessa, joka teki oleilusta vaivatonta!

Lemmikkimaksu kohtuuton kun piti maksaa joka vuorokaudesta erikseen vaikka huoneistoissa ei tehdä välisiivouksia! Kaipasimme myös huoneistoon pottaa mutta tämä onneksi löytyi leikkihuoneesta.😅

Samo miejsce w porządku, czysto, schludnie, bez fajerwerków, ale i bez zastrzeżeń. Ale dla 2 nie 4 osób.

Wynajęliśmy miejsce dla 4 osób. Nie powinno być takiej oferty, gdyż sofa dla dwóch osób nie nadaje się do spania. Jest wygodna do siedzenia, ale po rozłożeniu jest zapadnięta, rozwalona. zwyczajnie nie wolno tak oszukiwać gości.

Pyyhkeet olivat ummehtuneen hajuiset enkä löytänyt uunin ja lieden käyttöohjeita. Ei ollut myöskään syviä lautasia, pieniä kulhoja vain.

Die Lage abseits des Zentrums ist dennoch gut: Man ist mit Bus und Tram schnell und günstig im Zentrum oder an den Bahnhöfen zur Weiterreise und direkt unten im Haus ist ein gut ausgestatteter 24h-Supermarkt. Das Apartment ist reduziert gestaltet, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarage ist groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für viele Fahrzeuge.

Die Matratzen sind extrem weich. Die Abzughaube des Herds funktionierte nicht. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig durch die dünnen Wände und die Lüftung. Die Tiefgarage müsste deutlich besser gepflegt werden. Es ist sehr warm, selbst bei niedriger Außentemperatur, sodass ich hier im Sommer nicht sein möchte.

Der Supermarket in der Nähe war super. Die Möglichkeit seiner Wäsche in dem Wäscheraum zu waschen und zu trochnen, war super. Auch die Lage war gut, da man einfach mit der Straßenbahn in die Stadt kam.

Die Schlafcouch für die Kinder war etwas unbequem.
