Loved everything , right from the location to the way it’s designed , the staff are all very courteous and food was good too . everything was super comfortable.

The bathroom are equipped with very average quality of jaquar and kerovit fittings , they don’t fit 4-5 star rating !

Overall the resort was excellent, its location, scenic beauty, room, total area, cleanliness, staff, spa, live music. Food taste was okay type, variety and taste can be improved.

From the top hill location to the most comfortable rooms to the quick housekeeping service, everything was topnotch.Also all the activities (indoor+ outdoor) was a good addition to the property. Also the variety of food items in breakfast were great plus the presentation style was beautifully amazing. In all very well planned & thoughfully crafted property. Keep it up, kudos to the entire team👏🏻

The dinner timing can be stretched a little late ( till 10 pm). Also some helping hands in loading of the luggage after checkout to the respective vehicle will be really appreciated.

An incredible location, wonderful views, very lovely hotel staff , from reception to restaurant to spa. We had an incredibly relaxing time , enjoying the beautiful infinity pool as well as trips to the Edakkel Caves and Phantom Rock. The food was delicious and a fabulous range of dishes. We really enjoyed the walk up the hill in the hotel grounds, following afternoon tea, to Paradise viewpoint to take in the sunset.

A superb experience from start to finish! The smiling staff were all super attentive and helpful. Our room (Royal Comfort Suite) was huge and gorgeous. The breakfast and dinner buffet meals were delicious and plentiful. We had two wonderful massages in the spa. We also enjoyed playing games, swimming in the beautiful pools and wandering around the gorgeous grounds. High tea at 5 o’clock on our day of arrival made a spectacular start, and a short climb up to the sunset viewing point made a wonderful end to our stay. We also recommend a visit to the local flower gardens at Ambalavayal Poopoli and the Edakkal Caves.

We would have loved a sunset cocktail, but of course alcohol is not served (as is typical for Kerala). Better for our health at least!

Our Deluxe room was very spacious and clean. New Year’s Eve dinner was delicious and plentiful. Gardens are beautifully kept with stunningly flowers. We were shown the way to a good hike up a steep rock just near the property, which is not for everyone as descent requires holding on to rope as slippery with dust on way down.

Advertised as tranquil honeymoon and a luxurious resort, it was anything but. Yes, the rooms are spacious and the resort is very clean and well kept, but there’s nothing tranquil for a couple wanting a romantic escape. Our room was above the restaurant and past 9:30 there was staff singing (very badly) to karaoke backing tracks. The room also faces on to the children’s playground, with kids screaming well past 9pm. Upon asking to move due to my wife’s disability we were kindly offered another room; except we would have to move on our second night: which was unclear why, as it was the same room type. We were told other rooms had potential same issues, including the biodomes which we are told have poor sound insulation. In the end, we just put up with the noise. Through the day there’s constant elevator type music playing through the resort; everywhere. So ignore the dream of listening to the birds or just quiet. Staff at restaurant is both over crowding (taking away plates before you have finished eating and looking at all times to see if they can help so you feel watched!) and unable: I asked for cappuccino and got tea and for Diet Pepsi or Coke got full fat Sprite. It’s one of those where they don’t say no and offer you a choice: they say yes and give you whatever. Same with asking for Naan and getting chapatti. They are very helpful. As long as you want what you are given, rather than being given what you want. Finally, our driver had to park kilometres away, down the hill from the hotel, which was an inconvenience having to wait for our car to arrive every time we wanted to go out. The site is already pretty full and they are building more domes and more buildings. This is a good family resort for people with kids around 8-14 years of age. Kids would have plenty to do without adults or in the company of fit grandparents (hills everywhere) around the property and the atmosphere is perfect for that. But it’s not tranquil.

Cleanliness, humble yet professional staffs who are highly helpful and surprisingly the view with lush greenery hills plus the property being surrounded with so many plants and trees and greenery, yet couldn’t find any bugs or insects whatsoever, which made my stay very relaxed and refreshing and peaceful.

It’s in the peak of hill, location was good, staffs r obident but there is no complementary snacks at evening. Pool, play ground, garden, greenery everything was super but want to improve in gym. Food is good but still need to improve in taste.

Calling me more than 6 times when I will arrive They disturb me alot Hotel policy sending reminders to me through the booking that i have to pay half amount to guarantee my booking, this is not acceptable hotel management should trust booking.com for each reservation I will raise this concern to booking team about this policy Housekeeping team should confirm all the stuff available in the room like slippers face towels why I should call them to bring for me This is 5 stars hotel not 3 star or 2 star

Location, view of mountains and lake, unique room designs and concepts. Far away from the city. A different side of wayanad with rocky mountains.

Staff weren't very professional. Especially those at the reception were new and inexperienced. They mixed up our rooms. This created difficulty for my parents who couldn't climb stairs. However, my Jojo who we met at the buffet area was very welcoming and friendly Another issue, was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. The water wasn't very clean, and there was some brown residue/froth even after running the clean function.

Overall the property experience was excellent.The room was well groomed,the staff was very courteous.Food spread was good. Perfect gateway for family stays

Easy access to the Resort. One of the Best Views we have ever witnessed from a Resort in Kerala. Incredible staff who are always available to assist with a smile. Upgrade of Rooms were done from their side complementary. It is definitely a must visit Resort in Wayanad, Kerala.

Mediocre and basic food, annoying loud live singing in the evening that bombarded to travelers who doesn’t like the music to be heard from their rooms. Non temperature controlled pool, namesake gym, poorly maintained rooms and not renovated. Place is really old and gotta revamp.

The resort has many astonishing view points . The rooms are very new and different.Buffet food was good but ala carte is not that good.

The staff are not that much friendly . There is no coordination among themselves . One person says one word and another person says one word . Its better to make a conversation with full clarity with them. The property is located on a hill and reaching it without any vehicle is highly difficult. One has to definitely come in their own vehicle or hire a cab from outside and then go for sightseeing . Dont opt for cabs from the resort . They are highly manipulative . We hired an outside cab the next day and it was pleasant . But when we took a cab from the resort it was very disappointing. So either come in ur own vehicle or hire outslde cab

We stayed at the Mountain Exotic Glamps at Mount Xanadu Resort for 3 nights. It was a splendid experience for us. The glamp stay was awesome, with luxurious inside, amenities and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The staff were really professional and helpful . They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Special shout out to the gentlemen who was doing the live music at dinner, his songs made dinner time all the more enjoyable. Another highlight was High Tea , with the view of the beautiful surroundings. They have an ayurvedic spa which will surely leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. We had an early check out, so the staff packed fruits and water for us for the trip back. These small gestures elevate Xanadu's service to another level. Highly recommended! Suggestions to improve: Increase size of TV. Leave a booklet with local activities inside the room for guests to review.

Secluded and serene

The jacuzzi outside the glamp was not covered and the staff had to actually put up a temporary curtain. The incharge was very open to the feedback and the temporary fix still worked.

No room service or outside food not allowed in my own room does not make sense. So ultimately felt like I was in prison . Even the food from their own restaurant were not allowed to be eaten in glamp..so it is not a place to enjoy…or relax ..

Top-Notch Hospitality: The staff, especially Abhirami at the front desk and Prabin in the restaurant, are worth special mention. They personify the resort's commitment to service – always attentive, endlessly polite, and incredibly helpful. Their smiles and professionalism significantly elevate the overall experience. 5. Entertainment: The restaurant's live music is a delightful touch, creating a vibrant atmosphere, while the open campfires at night bring about a cozy charm to the mountain evenings. 6. Hi-Tea Experience: The Hi-Tea at the viewpoint is a delightful affair and is highly recommended.

1. Food Quality: While most aspects of the stay impressed, the food quality was average and could benefit from a bit of elevation. 2. Pool Maintenance: The beautiful infinity pool unfortunately lacked in maintenance. While guests should ideally respect the rules, the resort must have vigilant staff on-hand to enforce them. The water quality left much to be desired. While there were clearly stated rules and a dress code for the pool, many guests disregarded them. We even noticed some children in the pool still wearing diapers, which was quite uncomfortable to see 3. Pool Amenities: The absence of towels and attentive staff around the pool area was a noticeable lapse. For a pool that boasts such visual appeal, the experience around it should match its aesthetics.

Pool was super cold. It should have been temperature-controlled considering cold climate of Wayanad.

Variety in breakfast buffet and dinner buffet was too good. Staff was very well behaved. Resort has it's own hiking trail to reach Cheengeri mala peak.

Good atmosphere and services

Unbelievably beautiful location. The resort clearly looks like a labour of love. There are so many little nooks and corners in this place that I felt my 2 day visit didn't do justice to it. Listing all of the best bits. + The view is just incredible. + The food though limited was excellent. + The staff were always smiling and accommodating. + Great night time live entertainment. + Nice play area for children. + open campfires at night + Adventure sports within. + Beautiful infinity pool But really my favourite spot was the library. Limited book collection but if you are particular carry your own.

What we didn't like were: + spotty WiFi. Barely worked at night so if you're WFH then make sure to carry backup. + Hot water would come and go sometimes. + Breakfast buffet is limited.
