Internet was a little bit wired. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not work. It would work outside of the room, but not inside the room.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Es un sitio muy agradable, máximo porque ya colocaron la decoración navideña, y es todo un espectáculo de luces y color. la atención es excelente , la familia que atiende es muy querida, cálida y respetuosa. el desayuno es delicioso. sin duda alguna. volveremos a hospedarnos aquí. super recomendado para quien quiera espacio tranquilo, cómodo y acogedor. agradecemos mucho la atencion.

No tiene estacionamiento privado, sin embargo estacionamos en la calle frente a la entrada controlada por cámaras de vigilancia.

Reviewed May 14, 2025I booked a single room and when I checked in they asked me if I wanted a bigger room for the same price. The room was big and clean with a chair and a fan and TV. The bathroom was big and has an amazing shower, with high pressure hot shower. The best shower I have known. The included breakfast was excellent with many choices! When I was leaving I needed to get to Pereira, the guy helped me and walked with me to the Flota Occidental bus stop, thanks for that!
This is more of a Homestay than a Hotel. When I arrived I had to wait outside until someone who spoke English came. This might just be a misunderstanding, because I don't speak Spanish.

After checking out about 30 mins later , had the need to used their bathroom and one of the stuff / owner member had a problem with that and after using it , made an inappropriate remark.
