es un hotel con excelente ubicación, puedes entrar y salir todo el dia ya que está super cerca de todos los atractivos, con excelente locomoción colectiva ahi mismo. super buen desayuno. el aseo excelente. el personal amable y el restaurante en la noche muy rica comida.

Hemos tenido una estancia fantástica, y ha superado nuestras expectativas. La amabilidad de todo el personal,siempre pendientes de los huéspedes. La habitación estaba genial, extremadamente limpia, amplia, luminosa, y las camas comodísimas. Nos asignaron una con terraza que daba a patio grande y muy tranquilo. Todos los días, nos dejaban dos botellines de agua de cortesía , zapatillas, y reponían los productos de aseo. Además en la habitación había hervidor de agua, con sobres de café y de infusiones. El desayuno buffet muy variado y buenos productos, pudiendo escoger mesa en terraza . A destacar el encargado del comedor, todas las mañanas recibiéndote con una sonrisa y buen humor, muy pendiente de lo que pudieras necesitar. En general, todo el personal encantador. El último día nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano y nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar. ¡¡Todo de 10!!. en cuanto a la ubicación, inmejorable: al lado de muchas atracciones turísticas y de la parada del tranvía 1, muy cómodo para desplazarse a sitios más alejados. Zona con muchos bares y restaurantes pero a la vez tranquila. Recomendable 100%. Quedamos encantados con nuestra estancia.

I stayed at Antusa Hotel for two nights and couldn’t get a good night’s sleep either night because the loud early-morning call to prayer woke me up. The room was also below average and did not meet my expectations. Although the hotel is close to the main tourist attractions, access was difficult. The road was blocked, so I had to carry my suitcases over cobblestone streets, which was exhausting and inconvenient. The staff were the only real positive—they were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room quality, disrupted sleep, and difficult access made this a disappointing stay overall.

Сподобалось місце розташування. Транспорт поруч. З готелю зручно добиратися у будь-яке місце. У пішій доступності визначні памʼятки для екскурсій. Привітний персонал. Сніданок на терасі шостого поверху з гарним видом на місто. Номер був маленький, але чистий. Кожен день прибирали та змінювали полотенця.

Побажання щоб зробили більш різноманітними сніданки.

Location! This property is perfectly located so you can easily visit all the attractions in Sultan Ahmet without breaking a sweat. We were able to return to the hotel to rest up before going back out. It’s a 5 min walk to the tram that whisks you the other parts. The street outside has minimal traffic so quieter than most other properties and lots of friendly dining options on your doorstep as well as the rooftop restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient and spoke good English. The breakfast had so much variety ( great coffee) and is included in the rate and served on the roof top overlooking the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Restaurant staff were also super friendly. In the evening we would meet for drinks and watch the sun set over the Bosporus. Property was super clean and all staff took pride in their work.

Great hotel and a very pleasant stay! The room was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast service was excellent, thanks especially to Mr. Hasan who was very kind and attentive. At the reception, Mr. Furkan was also very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent, close to the main tourist attractions. Everything was great. Highly recommended!

The property was very clean, and the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was a good size, and the bed was very large and incredibly comfortable. The location is one of the best if you want to explore the historic center. It’s very close to everything, and the hotel is located on a lively street with many restaurants and gift shops. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, and we were able to sleep very comfortably. The rooftop restaurant served an amazing breakfast with beautiful views of the entire city. We also had dinner there twice, and both times the food was fresh, delicious, and very well prepared.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and an excellent breakfast is served in a restaurant with a spectacular view. The hotel is situated close to Sultanahmet square and tram stations. Highly recommended.

De gastvrijheid en service van het personeel en voornamelijk onze gastheer Hassan bij het ontbijt. Hij bezorgde elke dag weer een glimlach op ons gezicht. De locatie was echt uitstekend! En elke dag werd onze kamer en badkamer schoongemaakt met schone handdoeken. Met 8 personen heerlijke dagen gehad.

Alles was perfect!

The hotel is in a fantastic position, a couple of minutes’ walk to the Agia Sophia Mosque and the nearby Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern. It also has a fabulous view from the roof terrace restaurant where you enjoy a free breakfast with a wide range of food options. We also had dinner on the same rooftop terrace at the Zeugma Terrace Restaurant on our last night and enjoyed delicious food (including food cooked in front of us in a clay pot) and sunset views over the Agia Sophia and Blue Mosques. We had excellent massages at the Spa that restored our tired legs and backs after all the walking. We must commend the wonderful service we received by hotel staff, especially Hasan in the breakfast room, and Hamdullah at the reception desk. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our family and friends.

The only thing we had to adjust to was placing toilet paper in the adjacent bin instead of the toilet due to the old sewerage system in this part of the city. However, this was a very minor inconvenience compared to all the benefits of the reasonably priced hotel in such a fabulous location.

This hotel made the whole Istanbul experience very special. Firstly, the location is unbeatable, you can walk almost everywhere and if not, you take the tram 1 at the door. The area is safe at night and full of life, even though the hotel is very quiet and rest is perfect. Second, the people in the hotel will go to the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. A special call for Hasan and his team at breakfast and the Front Desk, all of them are so helpful! The breakfast itself is a fantastic way to start the day, you have the Turkish and international buffet and the choices are fresh, tasty, and everyday different! The views from the terrace with a coffee are breathtaking. The hotel is pristine clean, my room was very very comfortable, spacious and with a small balcony. The restaurant was okay for me, nothing very special to remark further than the views, and the spa experience in the hotel is also very good, with the additional perk of the 20% discount in the price! Over all this is a great hotel in the area and I do strongly recommend.

The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, cannot speak highly enough! Hamdullah on reception spent so much time helping us through some complicated directions, he was truly a highlight! Breakfast was the best selection I've ever had - cannot speak highly enough. Beatiful rooftop location for breakfast. Hotel location absolutely perfect for walking everywhere. Loved it!

I was travelling alone to Turkey and a bit nervous because it was my first time. This hotel put me instantly at ease. The staff are really accommodating and kind. They do all they can to ensure that you're comfortable. The breakfast and restaurant area is amazing. You never have to pay for a rooftop Turkish breakfast-- this one has a view of Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque included. If I wasn't so tight on time, I could've sat there for hours and people-watched. The beds are big and comfortable too. The facility is nice and clean, which is the important part.

The decor in the bedroom needs updating. The bathroom is very small and not very clean (mould) between the shower doors.

There was a wide choice, the place was very clean and most of all the staff were very approachable and friendly. We all like the food very tasty. It was nice to just chill out with a good view of the town.

We were moved to another hotel because some guest could not checkout due to illness. This was a natural cause but had an impact on us.

The hotel is in a fantastic and strategic location, just a two-minute walk from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Basilica Cistern, as well as the T1 tram stop, which makes it very easy and convenient to get around the city. The hotel itself is welcoming and well equipped with all the necessary services, and our room was exactly as described and booked. We also used the airport shuttle service arranged by the hotel, which was very convenient, and enjoyed the excellent breakfast on the terrace. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful and professional. We asked for a hair dryer twice during our stay and they were always happy to help. A special mention definitely goes to Hasan, the real star of the breakfast! He immediately makes you feel at home, is incredibly friendly and always happy to let you try traditional Turkish food and share some local recommendations. Having breakfast with Hasan is an experience in itself! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Hotel ubicato nel quartiere turistico a poca distanza pedonale da alcune delle attrazioni più emblematiche di Istanbul. 50 camere distribuite su 6 piani con magnifico oltre che ottimo ristorante roof top. Concierge molto competente che sa dare consigli sulle cose migliore da fare. Tutte le camere molto silenziose sono dotate di a/c. La colazione con vista sul Bosforo è molto varia.

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé à quelques pas de Sainte-Sophie et du palais de Topkapi. Le personnel est très arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité avec énormément de produits locaux. La vue depuis le restaurant où nous prenions notre petit déjeuner était à couper le souffle. Les chambres étaient très bien ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

The staff are amazing! Any problem or issue was not only quickly addressed, but solutions were found and followed through. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to visit the old town of Istanbul. The hotel in general was OK, but not fantastic.

The breakfast was plentiful, but not very interesting. Comfort was only OK, with AC dripping condensation next to the bed, and pillows a bit old.

Big room. Excellent location in the Sultanahmet area - restaurants, shops, grand bazaar, tram, main attractions all within walking distance. Kind and helpful staff who spoke English. Steakhouse on top floor open until 11pm if you wanted to dine in.

Bathroom lighting dark. Not a lot of variety for breakfast, especially if you have allergies/dietary restrictions. Steakhouse on top floor a bit costly for what you get.

Great location, close to most of the tourist attraction and public transport stations. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and quiet and we had an amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was also great, with a lot of options. Water bottles are free and always available, if you ask the staff for some.

The infrastructure, needs a renovation, specially the carpet and the main areas. The booking pictures don't represent the real status of the building.

The hotel was close to all the main attractions, the hotel room itself was nice (small but did the job). The lifts were working, all services were good.

The walls were very thin, could hear people from the next room. The bidet tap cap was damaged so it fell off a fair few times. The AC on day 5 started leaking but did not cause me an issue.

The best location, a walking distance to all Sultan Ahmed facilities including Blue Mosque, haya sofya and others. Price was acceptable.

Die Lage des Hotels ist äußerst günstig, da zentral und dennoch ruhig. Das Personal, ob am Empfang, im Restaurant, Spa oder Zimmer ist absolut hilfsbereit, freundlich, zuvorkommend und nett.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to main attractions. Breakfast was good, cant complain. The man working at the breakfast area was always nice and welcoming. The room size , and we stayed at family room, was good.

First of all - the smell of cigarettes when you approach to the elevator. Second - the room design. Its very plain and for that money I was expecting it to be way better. I also believe they need some room renovations (paint job). Pillows - were very flat. I had to ask for couple more. And AC - no matter what temperature you trying to set up - 18 or 24 - it blows the same. Also - the light by the bed from one side didn't work at all.

Excellent séjour ! Équipe formidable, accueillante, souriante et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. En partant de la réception jusqu’à l’équipe du restaurant tout était parfait. Un grand merci à Hasan de la restauration et Muhamet de la reception pour leur gentillesse. Très bien situé, à proximité des lieux historiques et du tramway (3min à pied). Enfin, le restaurant offre une vue magnifique sur la mosquée bleu qui met de bonne humeur le petit déjeuner. Je recommande sans hésiter et j’ai hâte d’y retourner !

It is at the center of most of the tourist attractions. We walked to all the places. Perfect for walking. The people at the hotel are very professional, kind,respectful, and helpful. I definitely recommend it to anyone. The rooms have everything, even a travel kit. Change towels every day. It is a great hotel.
