Espaciodo y limpio. Centrico

The breakfast and dinner were absolutely brilliant, great selection and superbly brilliant. Reception were awesome and friendly re local insights. They also immediately moved us to a room with windows (one of only 8) as it was a hot day and the room thermo would not go below 21 degC. Very chatty, helpful all round also helpful with bikes and luggage..

Huippusijainti kaupungin ydinkeskustassa! Rauhallinen paikka silti.

The mattresses were v thin, the beds were uncomfortable. I sent a message, no response. Called 2nd staff member Lina at 4.30 pm yesterday, she organized that I collect 2 mattresses from an empty room on our floor. Really helped.

The shelf storing the microwave is loose. Room 323.

Huone sijaitsi loistavalla paikalla aivan Turun ytimessä.

Location, conveniences , comfort

Nothing really. Just of course there's no reception (only a customer service #) so if that bothers you, maybe go elsewhere. Also there's no info on where to find the door codes

Sijainti loistava ja huoneet siistit.

Sänky oli liian kapea omaan makuun.

Great location right downtown. Comfortable. Small kitchen is a plus.

The club right in front of the building was very loud until very late at night on the weekend.

Location was great, check-in rules easy to follow. Relatively clean. Staff on the phone was great and super helpful.

The place felt worn out. It was clean but felt off.

Location.style and quiet

Mancavano gli strofinacci per asciugare i piatti.

Kiva ja iso huone minikeittiöllä, sopi juuri meidän tarpeisiin.

Vuoteet olivat liian kovat.

It is very centrally located and quiet place. The room was clean and had everything I needed.

I liked everything about the property.

Right in the city centre, inside the biggest mall. Fully functional for short or even better for longer stays.

Location

It was ran down, AC did not work and fan was clearly loos inside, room door did not shut unless you really put some effort into it

Excellent location in the city centre. Easy to find with clear instructions. Easy to add early check in. Lovely room with great facilities including kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine.

Nothing.

Location was excellent and the room very clean with ample equipment for a brief stay.

The lift though practical was rather narrow. I wasn’t keen to use it.

Very conveniently located in town

Sijainti

Kylpyhuoneen slippers olisi tervetullut tarjonta

Da localização. Do aspeto clandestino e miminalista da decoração. Do. Check in automático.

Are aer condiționat, absolut necesar în sezonul cald.

Äänieristys on huono.

The location is great

This was a very unpleasant accommodation experience. The only advantage of this property is its very convenient location, right next to the Market Square. I specifically booked an apartment-style hotel because I wanted to be able to cook. However, none of the windows in the room could be opened. There was also a drop of more than 20 cm between the bathroom and the main room, which was very inconvenient and potentially dangerous. What made this experience even more disappointing was that many important details were not mentioned on the booking page. For example, there was no clear information that the windows could not be opened or that there was such a significant difference in floor level between the bathroom and the room. These are important details that guests should be informed about before making a reservation. Since there were no windows that could be opened to the outside, the air-conditioning fan was extremely loud. The extractor hood above the stove was even louder, making it very difficult to cook comfortably. At night, the noise from the air-conditioning fan was so loud that it seriously affected my sleep. I was unable to get a good night’s sleep during my stay. Another major problem was the customer service through Booking.com. The responses were all generated by AI, and when I encountered problems, I could not get any meaningful assistance or an effective response. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The lack of important information on the booking page, the excessive noise, and the poor customer service made the experience much worse than I expected. I would not recommend this accommodation.

Smack in the middle of the city. Digital keys. Very clean. Windows kept the traffic et c. noice outside. Comfy beds, nice bedding. Fridge, microwave, safe, cooking range, kitchen stuff (even wine opener). Small table w two chairs for eating. It was not “posh”, but had everything we needed for a few days stay. We’ll definitely try to book it next time in Turku.

Nothing to report here.

Locatie, schoon, ruim, keuken, makkelijke incheck.

Niets.

Really well setup room in convenient place

No luggage storage facilities and even though we paid for early check-in, we couldn't access our room until about 2pm

Sijainti keskeinen, aamiainen ei kuulunut hintaan.

-

The hotel is located in the city center which is very convenient for sightseeing. The room was also well equipped if you want to make your own food. The room was pretty spacious.

The kitchen setup was a bit odd. The hotel is located inside a mall, so our window was facing the inside of the mall. However, we knew about this, but it was still a bit annoying. The hotel hall is extremely dark which feels a bit depressing.

Lokacija blizu centra.

Nedostaje mi ljudski kontakt.

Great location, clean room, good bed.

I liked everything

Loistava sijainti. Siisti ja erittäin toimiva majoitus. Huoneiston varustus hyvä.

Erinomainen sijainti Turun keskustassa. Siisti ja viihtyisä huone. Tehokas ilmastointi myös helteellä.

Vauvan sänky ja syöttötuoli huoneeseen olisi maksanut yli 60€/kpl, mikä on aika kova hinta muutaman yön vierailusta. Vauvaa ei myöskään oltu huomioitu esim pyyhkeiden määrässä. Ilmastointilaite todella kovaääninen ja rämisevä. Kylpyhuoneessa ajoittain viemärin haju.

Hyvät tyynyt! Helppo asiointi, ovikoodin sai ajoissa.
