Exe Plaza

Desayuno buffet exquisito. Personal muy amable. Habitación muy cómoda.

Big rooms and big toilet, strong AC, clean, location close to the metro so you are in the city center in 20ish minutes

No toilet brush in the toilet :(

A gentileza dos funcionários

Não ouve nada que não gostei

TODO PERFECTO, VOLVERIA SIN DUDAR, MUY CERCA DE LA ESTACION DE TREN DE CHAMARTIN. EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION MUY AMABLE.

Excelente ubicación, limpio y amplio.

Good location convenient to transport links. Excellent breakfast

Hermoso hotel, la ubicación está bien. Super recomendable

Position - not much else.

Tired fittings and furnishings, unwelcoming lobby and reception.

Personal

I didn’t book for breakfast, but I paid for it over there and I think it was very decent breakfast Also, the receptionist that took me in was a very decent helpful young lady

Really more outlet more amenities in the room

Everything. The room, the bed, the location, the breakfast buffet

Nothing that I didn't like. Would book again

Everything was perfect. We came for a stay in August 28th and we were absolutely pleased by our stay! Very big room with super comfortable king size bed, really clean, lots of services and a really kind and helpful stuff! I believe if some day we are to come back we will definitely chose this hotel! Thank you!!

We were happy with everything!

Brak ekspresu w pokoju.

Clean and friendly staff the second time we were there the room was much better than the first one.

The lift was just one working.

Nada

The hotel is super clean and the beds are very comfortable! It’s also located right next to a metro station on the same line that connects you to all the important stations like Gran Via or Sol. The breakfast was amazing as well, a great variety of food to choose from. Special thanks to Alexandra from the reception desk who was lovely and extremely helpful to us during our entire stay there!!

Some slippers provided would’ve been nice, but it’s not a big deal

We only stay 8 hours, it has a great breakfast buffet and the receptionist was very kind

Niets is mij tegen gevallen

Nice

Nice

Muy bueno

The staff, very courteous and helpful. A 2 .5 star hotel with a friendly staff

Located a little bit away, half an hour walking from the Termini station

Excellent stay at Exe Plaza! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and very well located. I genuinely felt that the money spent was completely worth it, and I had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The only thing I missed was the breakfast, which was included in my booking, as I was running late to catch my train in the morning. Hopefully I can try it on a next future stay! Overall, a great amazing experience and I would definitely highly recommend Exe Plaza when staying in Madrid.

Everything was great

Nada

ubicacion por mis circunstancias

Amazing room for a family

Everything

Just right!

Poloha.

Great location and good communications, with metro station, bus station a train station nearby.

I missed coffee/the making facilities, but don't know if this is normal in Spain.

Perfect for our stop over. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even gave us an upgrade which was very kind. Thank you!

Great hotel, very clean and super friendly staff. Location is superb, very close to a Metro station and the nearby train station

Hotel położony blisko stacji metra i dworca Chamartin. Spacerem na stadion Bernabeu.

Perfectly well located, very close to Chamartin train station, Bernabéu Stadium and La Castellana shopping and restaurant area. Strong internet access, high-quality breakfast. Quiet room. Front desk employees were very helpful.

Unfortunately Metro line 10 was not fully operative due to updates and that made our moves less efficient.

Staff welcoming. Held luggage for 2 days prior to our stay so that we didn't have to take it on the train (for the total solar eclipse in Burgos). Big room on the 10th floor with excellent AC. Large comfortable bed. Breakfast varied and was tasty.

Nothing really (maybe the pillows were a little thin, but it was only for one night)

Ubicación e instalaciones

Muy bueno todo

.

Everything is perfect. The rooms are big and comfortable, and beds are perfect, I had a very good night of sleep. Air conditioning works perfectly, much needed during the hot summer. Location is great, 10 min walk from the Chamartín station if you come by train from the north, and 1 hour walk to the city center.

Bien

Great location. Very close to Chamartín station. Very good breakfast. Very good room size. They also kept our luggage even after checkout because our flight was late in the evening and we didn't want to drag our luggage for final Madrid sightseeing.

The charging points inside the room are not beside the beds. That was a little bit annoying.

Situación

La cama super cómoda. Una estancia super

Todo bien

Świetna lokalizacja - blisko metra, przystanków autobusowych i dworca kolejowego. Poķój czysty, wygodne łóżka. Smaczne śniadanie

Location and comfortable
