部屋が広い　キレイ スタッフがキチンとしていた 朝食もとても良かった

良くないのではないのですが、周辺ホテルには大浴場があったりして、ここにはないのでそれが惜しいです

駅近くで雨が降っていても濡れずにいけました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトと共に対応していただいた接客が笑顔、声のトーンともに満足でした。 外食してホテルに帰ってから飲み直すのに、氷が無料であるのでとてもよかったです

フロントのお姉さんも、案内のオジサマがとても丁寧で優しかった。

早餐的品項非常多，且多是日式食材料理，以此價位來說物超所值。位置非常好，就在JR和歌山站旁邊，和近鐵百貨同一棟建築，交通與購物都是非常方便。無線網路很快。

整體裝潢較舊並顯得老派。只給一個枕頭太少了(前一晚住的旅館給了四個枕頭!!)。

交通太方便了，到机场、旅游景点有多种交通工具选择，旁边的超商便利店饭店也不错。

5階でウェルカム珈琲を楽しめたこと、7階のテラスで夕涼みがてら街や和歌山城を眺めたこと、風はあったが暑い日で長居は出来なかった。とにかく朝食のメニューも豊富で美味しかった。

シャワーの出がよくなかった。ホテル専用エレベーターが使いづらかった。部屋からの眺望がいまいち西陽が強く当たりカーテンを開けられなかった。

エレベーターで上階の部屋に行くときのカードキーをエレベーターのセンサーにかざすことの説明が無かったので部屋の階になかなか行けずに困った

地點非常好，公車到站地點在飯店門口，在火車站旁邊而已，房間隔音不錯，公共區域有製冰機，也有房客專屬休息區，可免費喝咖啡泡茶，帶回房間享用也行

Patogi vieta, šalia JR stotis, kir stoja visi miesto autobusai. Didelis kambarys ir toks kilo noras išsikrauti kuprinę, nes jaukiai pasijutau. Paslaugus personalas.

Jaitėsi provincialumas. Personalas stovi prie lifto, sutinka, bet nėra skalbyklių, nepritaikyta turistui su kuprine.

הדבר היחיד זה המוכנות כביסה, אין במלון ואם אין זמן להשאיר כביסה לשירות בגלל זמנים, אז צריך ללכת למלון אחר מרחק הליכה של כמה דקות זה טיפה פחות נוח

Great location close to the train station. Clean rooms, good value for money. Did not book to include the (pricey) breakfast, went instead for some other options nearby.

・受付はどの方も温かく対応して下さいました。説明も丁寧で、出かける時にはカウンターから声を掛けてくださり、シングル泊まりの寂しさが和らぎました。 ・和歌山駅に近く、セブンイレブン、KIOSKあり、近鉄、MIOで食事、買い物が完了。 おまけにホテルを出て1〜2分で親切なバス、タクシーを利用できます。

良くなかったのはこの２つだけ。 枕が硬くて肩に当たって2時間毎に起きてしまったこと、窓のカーテンがレースだけなので朝早くから目が覚めてしまいました。もしかしたら、遮光カーテンが、どこかに収納されていたのかも？

和歌山駅から近く、分かりやすい立地にある。

This was my soft landing after a journey of over 24hours from Europe, continuing by ferry to Shikoku. I had stayed at the excellent S3 in the same building before but the S3 was full, so I upgraded myself to this solid hotel next to Wakayama Station. With trains running until midnight, Wakayama is a great option if you are arriving in Kansai and want somewhere quieter to spend the night - especially when travelling to Koyasan. Room was comfortable, quiet, all one needs for a good night's sleep. I arrived too late and left too early to use any other facilities. I slept well, and checked in and out with great ease, which is all I wanted from this stay. There is a Lawson across the square and a decent 7-11 inside the station. Buses leave from outside the hotel the station is less than 50m away, and it is excellent if you need onward transport.

The hotel is rated 5 stars but felt more like a good three-star. The lobby is impressive, my room was just a standard business hotel room, maybe comparable to a Dormy Inn or an S-Peria in terms of quality and decor. Decor felt a bit aged, the bathroom was very small and the unit bath - well, I very much struggled with it as a slightly tall Westerner. There is no public bath, which would be nice given the bathrooms are so tiny and it is rated 5 stars.

駐車場が1000円と安く停められた。バス＆トイレの広さもちょうど良い。シャワーの水圧も普通に違和感なく使用できた。部屋の階に自販機、喫煙場、無料の氷が出てくる機械があり無料の紙コップに入れて部屋で飲み物を入れて美味しく飲む事が出来ました。

ドライヤーはもう少し風量が欲しいです。 2人で色々、充電するのにコンセントが足りないので延長コードなど沢山、充電できるのが欲しいです。

チェックインする時に、気持ち良く迎えて頂き、友人と昼食を食べに行く間、荷物を預かってくれて助かりました。地元に住む自分は初めての宿泊でしたが、友人達は喜んで寛いでくれて良かったです。

朝食を申し込んで無かったので、コーヒーが飲みたかったけど、12時からとかで、朝、チェックアウト前にモーニングを食べようと、パスワードに行くつもりでしたが、10時からの営業で、近くの喫茶店も空いてなくて残念。最近は喫茶店が少ないのを痛感しました。観光に、和歌山城や和歌浦を案内して、ランチにはパスワードでの割引き券を利用しました。朝に飲み物の提供の場所が有ればと思いました。

Great location, right next to the JR station and shopping mall. Free coffee and tea at Guest Lounge from noon to 9pm. Helpful staff and comfortable room.

The hotel being right next to Wakayama Station was fantastic. Super easy to get from the hotel to any train or bus I wished to take. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good, offering a variety of food.

The rooms are quite small and cramped. There was not much of a view of the city from my room. The bathrooms were also somewhat small. I fit my luggage in the hallway of the room, with just enough room to walk past and keep things organized.

The room was spacious enough so i had a very comfy stay. The location was great, right beside the station yet still quiet. The staff are very pleasant and polite even when they are not that fluent in english, their effort is very encouraging!

ツインベッドを希望したつもりが、ダブルだった。確認が分かりにくい。ファブリーズを置いてほしい。少し臭い気になった。部屋のエアコンが、ききにくい。 わかりましたが、探しました。飲食店の案内、観光の案内などあってもよかった。朝食のお皿が使い煩かった。

It is the best hotel in Wakayama City main area. I prefer it as it is at the JR main railway station of Wakayama, so it is possible to get out of bed and be in a train 10 minutes later. Similarly, taxis are right outside. All is as you would expect for a top quality hotel in Japan. The single room bed is pretty much a double, and very comfortable for 1 person. All in all a great stay. My third time with Granvia. I did not use the roof top terrace or coffee areas, but the view from the 9th floor bedroom over the evening skyline was very good. Thank you for a nice stay. The Granvia chain of luxury hotels is always reliably good in Japan and well worth the little extra.
