I didn't think the room was great considering how much we paid for just 2 nights. Pretty small beds and standard facilities. I was also disappointed with the customer service in the restaurant on the evening of 12th September. We queued for 25 mins with barely an acknowledgement - yes clearly the restaurant was very busy, but not to even update the customers queueing with any updates on the table situation was poor.

Temizlik biraz daha iyilestirilebilir ozellikle odalarda banyolar daha temiz.olabilir.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Convenient location—right next to Oslo’s central station and an enjoyable walk to the castle. Very easy access to the airport. Staff anticipated our arrival and had everything ready for us even though we got in extra late due to a delayed flight. Loved that they had a room large enough for our whole family, and the breakfast buffet was excellent!
On the pricey side, but still a better value than other hotels in the same area.

We have booked sea view room in booking.com and received wall view room. At the reception we were told that they can not do anything about that, because the room was booked not directly from Scandic. The lady at reception was very rude with us. Moreover, the room we got was small and not very clean.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Het hotel is heel centraal gelegen, handig dat je direct de T-baan kan nemen onder het winkelcentrum. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en lekker!
's Nachts hoor je wel de trams die voorbijrijden, maar dat is logisch want je verblijft eigenlijk op het drukste punt van Oslo. Het hotel is ook wel vrij duur, maar dat is ook weer typisch Oslo.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Super beliggenhet, så man slipper å gå så langt når man kommer og skal reise igjen . Stille og rolig, selv om man var midt i sentrum. Lite lyd/bråk inne på hotellet.
Badet og særlig dusjen var ganske lite. Alt for kaldt der inne og kaldt gulv..... burde kunne sette opp varmen der selv. Senga *sklei* på gulvet, når vi snudde oss i den. Fikk ikke kobla nettbrett eller tlf til tv, for å se film...selv om det sto i info att det skulle gå ann.

Nessun albergo/struttura visitati in Norvegia ha i tappetini per la doccia. O si bagna tutto il bagno o si deve usare un asciugamano a terra.

We didn’t get the room we had booked with 2 twin beds. However the front desk staff gave us a larger room with a king bed and a sofa bed and made up the sofa bed themselves as it was late.

Le fait que nous n'avons pas été prévenu de la manière de rentrer dans l'hôtel quand la porte pivotante était condamnée ! Le fait qu'il fallait repasser la carte pour que la chambre soit verrouillée.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Accès à l'intérieur de la gare qui se situe, en fait, dans un immense contre commercial avec plein de petits restaurants. La sortie extérieure se trouve sur une grande place très animée, face à l'immense avenue piétonne qui mène vers de nombreux édifices historiques. Excellent et abondant déjeuner-buffet.
Le comptoir d'accueil est petit pour la grandeur de l'hôtel. C'est très encombré à l'heure du "check-in" ( 3h PM).

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026v Oslo jsme si dali jen jednu noc při přestupu letadlem ze severu na jih, měli jsme málo času, tak jsme hledali ubytování v blízkosti nádraží, lokalita je výjimečná, v pěší dostupnosti hlavních památek, snídaně skvělá.
měli jsme rezervaci přes booking, při příjezdu ale nemohli naši rezervaci najít, byť jsem měl potvrzení v aplikaci. Po chvíli bylo ale vyřešeno.

We had the twin beds/extra bunk bed room for two of us. The twin beds were not really separate, it was one double bed. So if you want your own beds for two people you should either pick a much bigger room or a different hotel. It was pretty squishy.

O quarto não tem ar-condicionado. Banheiro muito pequeno. O banheiro não respondeu minhas expectativas porque quando eu selecionei o quarto dizia que tinha banheira, mas não tinha.
