Great facilities, premium rooms and great beach. The sea is very clear, not cold, only has large waves sometimes. The food and drinks are very good. The guest relations responsible was very hospitable. If you want a chill, relax and peaceful vacation, this is a perfect candidate.

Tout été absolument parfait ! Nous avons été surclassé pour notre lune de miel , le petit déjeuner en chambre nous a été offert , le champagne également le service , l’accueil, la qualité de la restauration , il n’a rien à redire c’est un vrai 5 étoiles et ça fait du bien ! Mention spéciale à Amalia qui s’occupait de notre chambre chaque jour qui a été au petit soin et avec une gentillesse et un sourire inégalable . La plage est superbe Le mieux est de loue un petit bateau pour la journée car les plages aux alentours sont magnifiques Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Cosa non mi è piaciuto (L'hotel): Esperienza allucinante e gestione del cliente totalmente inesistente. Mi sono presentato al desk per il check-in dopo aver regolarmente saldato l'intero soggiorno. Nonostante mi sia identificato di persona con passaporto biometrico e la carta di credito usata per il pagamento fosse a mio nome, la reception si è rifiutata di farmi entrare con scuse burocratiche assurde legate al nome del profilo. ​La prima sera mi hanno tenuto 5 ore in piedi davanti al desk a discutere inutilmente. ​La cosa più grave è che la situazione si è ripetuta anche il giorno dopo: nonostante l'assistenza clienti di Booking.com sia intervenuta chiedendo alla struttura di farci accedere, l'hotel ha continuato ostinatamente a negarmi l'ingresso. La cosa assurda: altre 2 ore perse alla reception. Con un'arroganza e un'incompetenza mai viste in 30 anni di viaggi, il personale ha cancellato la prenotazione al desk, costringendoci a cercare un altro hotel. È fondamentale sottolineare che l'operatrice del servizio clienti di Booking è intervenuta per ben quattro volte distinte, interfacciandosi direttamente sia con la reception della struttura, sia con il management durante la mattina successiva per cercare di gestire e risolvere la situazione. Una struttura da evitare assolutamente per la totale mancanza di rispetto e professionalità.

That was our second visit in August for a year. The view, the food, the water facilities, the beach, the service and the beverages are still excellent.

The wine degustation was not included in the all inclusive package unlike our first year. Furthermore we had a bigger junior suite and double room last year. During some of the nights we heard a loud music from the beach till 1:00 am.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Elix Mar-Bella Collection und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir außergewöhnlich herzlich empfangen. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben wir uns unglaublich willkommen gefühlt – das gesamte Team war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und absolut professionell, dabei aber immer authentisch und herzlich. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, modern, äußerst sauber und bot einen traumhaften Ausblick. Auch die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und weist überall einen spürbar hohen Hygienestandard auf. Der Strand ist wunderschön, nicht überlaufen und bietet inklusive des Handtuchservices exzellenten Komfort. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir an Stavroula richten, die unsere private Strandzeremonie mit anschließendem Dinner organisiert hat. Dank ihres unglaublichen Engagements und ihrer Herzlichkeit wurde dieser Tag für uns unvergesslich. Ebenso möchten wir Ioannis aus dem Küchenteam hervorheben: Da ich mich vegan ernähre, hat er sich täglich persönlich darum gekümmert, dass ich eine tolle Auswahl hatte, mir Speisen erklärt und sogar extra Gerichte für mich zubereitet. Das Essen war insgesamt ausgezeichnet, frisch und dank der klaren Kennzeichnung von Allergenen und Ernährungsformen extrem gastfreundlich. Wir haben jede Minute genossen!

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag auf hohem Niveau: Nur an einem einzigen Tag mussten wir etwa 15 Minuten auf freie Liegen am Strand warten. Zudem wäre es als i-Tüpfelchen beim ohnehin hervorragenden Essen schön, wenn es am Buffet (z. B. beim Frühstück oder Abendessen) noch 1–2 vegane süße Desserts geben würde.

Everything about our stay at Elix Mar-Bella in Parga was excellent! The location is beautiful, the entire property was very clean, and the food was great with plenty of variety. A very special mention goes to Lisa at the Kids’ Club. She was incredibly kind and caring toward both me and my son. She truly went above and beyond—playing with him, offering him healthy snacks, happily fulfilling his little requests, and making sure he was comfortable and having fun. As a mom, seeing someone treat your child with such genuine warmth and care makes you feel so at ease, and Lisa did exactly that. She made our experience even more special, and we are very grateful for her kindness. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property! ❤️

As soon as you step into the hotel lobby, you immediately realize that this place is something special, both aesthetically and in terms of its breathtaking setting. Through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, you are greeted by the vast expanse of the Ionian Sea, with the southern part of Corfu stretching to the left and the beautiful islands of Paxos and Antipaxos to the right. It is a picture-perfect panorama that instantly immerses you in a truly Greek Mediterranean experience. The hotel staff are exceptionally well-trained, highly professional, and remarkably consistent in both their service and communication. From the main lobby bar to the Saffron buffet restaurant, the fine dining Pearl Restaurant, the pool restaurant, and the beach bar restaurant, every member of the team is hardworking, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding service. The food is a work of art in itself. At Saffron, every dish is beautifully presented and thoughtfully selected to offer a balanced dining experience for guests of all ages. Above all, you can feel the premium standard in every meal, every day. Karavostasi Beach is a true gem of the Ionian coastline. With approximately one kilometer of crystal-clear waters, it offers an unforgettable beach experience. The hotel’s beach bar and complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas are located on the northern part of the beach, making it even more enjoyable. Every sunset is a spectacular event in itself, and it can be admired from virtually every corner and room of the hotel. The travel agency that has made our holidays possible is HS TRAVEL, based in Tirana, Albania. I can confidently say they offer the most competitive and exclusive prices. They are exceptionally professional and transparent, taking the time to explain every detail so their clients can avoid the unpleasant surprises that are unfortunately common with many travel agencies. Most importantly, they have an excellent and trustworthy relationship with the hotel itself, which, in my opinion, makes them the best partner for Marbella Elix and Marbella Corfu. To make a long story short, this was our fifth holiday at Marbella Elix, and I am already looking forward to returning for the sixth.

It was one if the best vacations, and i travel 6 times per year. Loved the hotel, the view, room was cleaned twice a day, good food. Although the hotel was full, it wasn’t crowded. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds at the beach. And the best part was the sea. The most clear turquoise water. We enjoyed the gym, table tennis, field tennis and the evening drinks watching the sunset in the lobby terace

The location is absolutely breathtaking. The views over the Ionian Sea are simply spectacular, and every morning feels like waking up in paradise. The food is, without a doubt, the best we have ever experienced at any hotel. Every meal is fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and offers an incredible variety. The quality is consistently outstanding year after year. The service is equally exceptional; every member of the staff is welcoming, kind, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel’s private beach is one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. The crystal-clear turquoise waters, the peaceful atmosphere, and the stunning surroundings make it truly special. We also want to give special thanks to HS Travel Agency, through whom we booked our holiday. Their professionalism, excellent communication, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made the entire booking process effortless. I saw Elix on HS Travel and I was captivated by its beauty and the location, but it really exceeded my expectations in person. Many thanks to HS Travel for the assistance and recommendation. My family and I had an awesome time. We booked for ten days and had the opportunity to try a la carte restaurants and a local restaurant nearby that served fresh fish all included in our package. The room was big, the amanties were new and the staff was caring and attentive. I will def go back.

I was disappointed by my stay at Elix Mar-Bella. While the facilities are beautiful and the location is stunning, this is not what I would expect from a five-star hotel.

The biggest issue was the service. In general, the staff seemed either poorly trained or simply unprepared to assist guests. On one occasion, I spent around 30 minutes at the beach trying to find an alternative way back to the hotel without having to climb the long staircase. I asked several staff members for directions, but no one was able to provide clear guidance. This was both frustrating and surprising for a hotel of this standard. Another recurring issue was the constant questioning about payment for drinks. My package included breakfast and dinner, but not beverages, which was perfectly understandable. However, every single time we ordered drinks—even a bottle of water on our first day—we were immediately asked how we intended to pay. This happened throughout our stay. I explained that repeatedly interrupting guests this way negatively affected the overall experience, but I was simply told that it was hotel policy. A five-star hotel should be able to implement such policies more discreetly. The dining experience was also disappointing. The buffet offered very limited variety, and there were virtually no gluten-free options available. For a five-star resort catering to international guests, I expected much better consideration for dietary requirements. The spa was another letdown. The treatments were average at best and significantly overpriced for the quality provided. There were a few staff members who were genuinely kind and helpful, but unfortunately they were the exception rather than the rule.

Elix is an exceptional hotel! The beach is amazing the amenties are new and the staff is very polite and thoughtful. The room is cleaned everyday and is always spotless. The views are to die for. We had an amazing 10 days as a family and I would def come back again. 10/10

From the moment we arrived, Elix Mar-Bella exceeded our every expectation! Complimentary welcome drinks allowed us to take in the beauty of the coastline from the picturesque lobby before even checking into our room, with its own impeccable view. Of course we spent most of our time at the crown jewel of Karavostasi beach and never skipped a dip in the infinity pool on the way back. Beyond the unparalleled beauty of the beach itself, the wait staff and beach attendants made me feel cared for at every moment. We went for the premium all inclusive for our honeymoon and it was worth every penny. I have no doubt the other boarding options provide just as immaculate an experience, especially with the quality of the buffet restaurant, Saffron. That said, the fine dining restaurants are well worth a reservation - we had our best dinners of the trip at The Pearl and Indigo (make sure to check out Indigo for breakfast as well)! Elix’s convenient text reservation system, and friendly concierge staff, made it easy for us to experience a little taste of everything Elix has to offer. Highly recommend the spa services! Best massages of our lives! Amalia on the housekeeping staff also deserves a special shoutout - she did not skip a luxurious beat. Honestly, everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and created such a welcoming environment that it felt like family. Truly the perfect vacation.

We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation, and we would definitely love to come back!

Last minute decision to go to Elix and it didn’t disappoint at all. All the contrary. All the reviews and images we saw were exactly as they say! Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Super clean and friendly staff. The beach and waters are amazing. Organised trips by the hotel were the best, specially the one to Paxos and Antipaxos, a real 5 star that must be done. Just be aware that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. At first we thought, where are we??? but then realised it was hidden and surrounded by nature with breathtaking views to Corfu, Paxos and Antipaxos with the best sunsets and it was really worth it!! Wouldn’t hesitate in coming back!!

Wonderful location, incredible beach and beautiful sea. The food was varied and acceptable but the manner of the staff and the level of service, for a 5-star hotel was extremely underwhelming.

This was our second stay at Elix Mar-Bella. We chose to return because our experience last year set a very high benchmark. While the hotel itself remains beautiful, our overall impression is that the standards have declined. And that makes the difference between a true five-star experience and a very good four-star one. The property is stunning. The views are spectacular, the rooms are tastefully designed, and the food is genuinely very good. The biggest issue we encountered was privacy. Maintenance staff repeatedly slowed down, stopped and stared at us while we were relaxing by our private pool. We reported the issue and shared photo evidence with management. To their credit, they apologised, addressed it with the team and the behaviour stopped. The hotel also feels understaffed. At Indigo, we waited around 30 minutes for our dirty plates to be cleared before dessert could be served. With only three waiters covering a full restaurant, the slow service came as no surprise. This is not a reflection on the staff, who worked incredibly hard, but on management’s staffing decisions. Shared spaces were left completely unmanaged. Although the resort offers dedicated facilities for children, the main pool, jacuzzi and evening bar were routinely taken over by unsupervised children. During meals, videos and games were often played at full volume, while on the reception level children repeatedly rolled heavy brass tables around without any intervention from staff. Parents are responsible for their children, but the hotel is responsible for the guest experience. Housekeeping quality itself was excellent (thank you, Amalia, great job). However, a five-star hotel should consistently provide evening turndown service. Ours only resumed after we specifically asked why it had stopped. Our overall impression is that the management has changed since our previous stay and that the current strategy appears to be focused on cost-cutting. It is difficult to find another explanation for entering peak season without enough staff to provide the level of service the hotel’s occupancy clearly requires. Despite everything, our stay was made considerably more enjoyable by several outstanding members of the team. Eleni at Saffron was exceptional, professional, attentive and remarkably calm despite what often seemed like an overwhelming workload. Amber was always warm, energetic and welcoming. A very special thank you goes to Stavroula, the Customer Retention Manager. She is exceptional with guests, incredibly professional and genuinely invested in resolving issues. A real asset to this hotel. I’m sharing all of this because we know what Elix is capable of. We experienced it last year, and that’s exactly why we came back. It would be a shame to see those standards continue to slip. This is a hotel we genuinely want to return to and confidently recommend to our friends and family. We hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, because Elix has everything it takes to deliver the five-star experience it promises.

This is my best choice I've ever did. From the first moment, a very nice reception lady gave us a warm welcome personally checked in, and followed us to our room. All the staffs are just great! We booked a double room with seaview, and upgraded to swim up room the last days. Both rooms were nice, big and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The sun beds are super good!!! The view is stunning. The foods from Saffron Buffé and A la Carte Pearl are delicious. The only thing I missed is smoking zone for smokers on the beach, at the pool... Overall this is a 5* of highest quality. We have enjoyed our stay every day and definitely love to come back 💯

We had shared swim up pool room, only 5 rooms used this pool and everyone was respectful and we mainly had the pool to ourselves. It had amazing views of the beach and felt like luxury. The staff were all excellent and could not do enough for you. The food was lovely especially at Indigo restaurant really lovely, burgers, pizza, pasta and sea bass… just fabulous. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the pool cleaned daily. Our room was so quiet and could not hear anyone walking the corridor or passing. Bed very comfy with huge pillars. Taxi into Parga was €57 one way so we hired a moped which was delivered to the hotel. 3 days for €78. Parga is stunning with trips to Paxos and Antipaxos highly recommended. We kayaked down the Acheron River which was a fabulous experience and saw baby beavers. Turtles and beautiful blue dragonflies. A huge thank you to all the amazing staff but have to mention Amber who looked after us in the adult only bar and George and Demitri from Indigo who never let us pour a glass of wine… fantastic staff x

No ventilation at the lift of the beach. You thought you were in a sauna There should be markings for the parking area .

This was our second visit to the Elix Hotel and it was as fantastic as we remembered. The location provided a good choice between a lovely beach and a great pool. We were fortunate enough to stay in a room which had a pool attached so on a couple of days we didn't even move from the balcony during the day. We had hired a car so we were also able to enjoy the local towns of Parga and Sivota and the pretty local bays that were all along the coastline. We went half board and found that that was enough for us. The dishes at the buffet were very tasty and varied so you were never bored. All staff were exceptionally attentive and polite, especially in the Saffron restaurant and the Ruby bar. The hotel and rooms were kept spotlessly clean and we had an exceptionally lovely Cleaning Lady (Amalia) who took good care of us and our rooms. She gave us an added bonus of taking the time to teach us some Greek words. All in all fabulous 10 days spent with friends chilling out at The Elix. hopefully we’ll be back soon.. 😎

One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. The views are unreal, the beach is stunning, the food is consistently great, and the staff genuinely make you feel welcome. Everything just feels relaxed and well thought out. Definitely a place I’d come back to!!!

I am quite demanding when it comes to the quality of service, but I always judge a hotel according to the standard and price it promises. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was simply excellent. The facilities are beautiful and impeccably maintained, the architecture and design create a wonderful atmosphere, and the location is great. The staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and helpful. The food was outstanding, with plenty of variety and excellent quality. What really stood out was the attention to detail—it’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority throughout the hotel. It’s rare to stay somewhere where absolutely nothing disappoints, but that was our experience here. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the overall quality was exceptional.

We recently visited this hotel in June on a half board basis to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. We had booked a room with a swim up pool and were not disappointed in the least. It was amazing. The view from our pool was just beautiful and we spent many an afternoon cooling off and enjoying the view. It was so peaceful and dreamy. We booked a deluxe double room and although a little compact, it had ample storage, a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. There is a kettle for tea making and also a coffee machine if that's your thing. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room for the first time by the lovely cake and bottle of wine for our anniversary. A very kind and thoughtful gesture. The loungers at the beach were some of the most comfiest ever with very attentive service from the staff - in fact, amazing service from every member of staff from reception, restaurant and maids. The buffet food was some of the best we have ever had at a hotel, very fresh and a fantastic choice. The planting around the hotel was just beautiful and in keeping with the stonework; it was a pleasure to wander around. The hotel is in quite a remote location, we hired a car so were able to venture out a little but to be quite honest would have been more than happy staying at the hotel for the whole week. Yes there are children at the hotel but my view is if you are not happy with children being around you then book an adults only hotel. We could not fault the hotel in any way and cannot wait to return next year, best holiday ever!

This was our first trip to the Greek mainland and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to stay at. The staff were warm, friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. We stayed in room 411, which was a swim up room. It had beautiful sea views, and we were able to sit out in the sun until early evening. It was also a short walk to the stairs and lift down to the beach. The room had really comfy beds (single beds pushed together) and pillows. The towels were also super soft. The toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap) were also really nice. The mini bar only gets topped up once a week. But to be honest that didn’t bother us because we just brought bottle of wine down from the restaurant. There was also a hairdryer in the room, we also asked for an iron and ironing board and the hotel were quick to provide this. When we arrived the hotel had already booked our in house à la cart dining experiences and had thoughtfully booked us in at times to avoid families with young children. Pearl restaurant was our favourite, lovely fresh fish on the menu. The trip to a local taverna was ok, nice to have a change of scenery, the staff were very friendly, the food was ok, but not the same standard as the hotel and not much to do after we ate, so one trip was fine, but we cancelled our second trip. The only problem we encountered was the funicular lift down to the beach broke down on at least 4 occasions whilst we were there. The hotel did put on a car to transport visitors to and from the hotel every 30 mins, but otherwise this meant a long walk up the very hot flight of stairs. We hired a car for a day during our 2 week stay. Very reasonably priced and easy to book via hotel reception. All in all a great holiday and we would highly recommend.

The view and the facilities were very comfortable. The food was very good.

The smell in certain areas in the direction of our room, the funicular stopped working for 3 days, the jacuzzi didn’t work. The internet wi-fi stopped working for a few days.

We stayed a week at Elix Mar-Bella with our two sons, 14 and 16 years. It was our best holiday so far. Already before we arrived, assist. guest relations manager Stavroula replied patiently to our inquiries and arranged chilled fresh sandwiches in our room since we missed the first dinner due to late arrival. We also received compensatory vouchers for buffet lunch on our day of departure as well as access to a courtesy room to shower and change before leaving. We stayed in a well-furnished one-bedroom suite without private pool with an amazing view of the beach, bay, and Ionian islands in the distance from both rooms and the large balcony with complete privacy. The room was thoroughly cleaned and 3 litres of bottled water were provided for free every day. Half board was fully sufficient fors us (the kids ordered light lunches at the beach bar). The breakfast buffet was excellent and contained anything you could wish for, including a large selection of fresh fruits and fresh juices. Any type of coffee/tea was served at the table. Also dinner buffet was extensive with a large selection of cold and warm dishes, including freshly prepared meat/poultry/fish, and had different themes every evening. We had planned to eat at the hotel's fine dining restaurant one evening, but due to the quality of the food at the buffet restaurant we refrained. The hotel's wine list is remarkable with a large selection of excellent Greek and international wines. In this context we want to thank Nektarios especially for his superb wine recommendations and for sharing his oenological knowledge with us. The lobby bar has a terrace where we enjoyed breath-taking sunsets, delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and a nice, rather low-key evening entertainment. Neither the pool area nor the beach felt crowded, and there was attentive staff at both sites. Sunbeds were comfortable, and in collaboration with Experience the Outside, the hotel provides a variety of waterspouts activities for reasonable prices. We rented SUPs, snorkeling equipment, and a private motorboat for one day, which gave us access to amazing sandy beaches where we were almost for ourselves. No licence is required in Greece for boats up to 30 hp. In addition to waterspouts, the hotel has a gym, a small multi-purpous court, and a separate tennis court, which can be booked for free, including equipment. We did not rent bikes due to the hot weather, but the sparsely trafficked roads in the valley are perfect for early morning runs among olive groves, mostly in the shade (my tour was 5 km on asphalt and gravel roads). We made excursions to Acheron springs, where you can wade and swim a long way through a dramatic river gorge, and to Meteora, which was definitely worth the three-hour trip (one way). Parga, on the other hand was mostly hot and crowded and made us long back to the secluded beauty of Elix and Karavostasi beach. So, was there nothing to criticise? Actually, it's hard to think of anything substantial. The unlockable bathroom glass doors (no see-through) were a bit unexpected and we had preferred a separate toilet, but this was manageable since the bathroom was in the entrance area of the room. Also, the funicular between the hotel and the beach was out of order for short periods on two days, but was quickly repaired. Thanks again to the staff and management at Elix Mar-Bella for this wonderful experience. We will certainly return to this beautiful place and its friendly people.

I travel a lot, never had a better seaside and hotel experience. Dream holiday, every detail, truly professionals, real 5 star. Suite with a pool, clean, awesome food, top notch stuff, full support for smallest requests. Deff coming back.

Excellent all round Beautiful area Stunning hotel Amazing staff especially Amalea who looked after our room cleaning every day and Rolli who looked after us in the restaurant. Beach on the doorstep and accessible via the fun funicular Food fabulous Only grumble would be that drinks are very expensive if you are not all-inclusive. Large water bottles are €4.50 if bought around the pool and just €1 if bought from the hotel’s little shop! If you haven’t hired a car be prepared as the hotel is at the end of a winding road with nothing else close by. Lots of insects due to being such a lush area.

Absolutely stunning in every aspect. This was our second stay at the Elix and it continues to impress. Great food, lovely staff, incredible location and gorgeous rooms. Honestly can't fault anything about it.

this hotel is like a paradise on earth , the food is amazing , the buffet , Pearl and Indigo excellent!!!! the best part also there are the drinks and the Ruby bar, i want to mention some names of my fav people ; Elpida and Iraklis. The guest relations department is also exceptional, spyridoula in particular. They are all professionals and the best hotel staff ever.

Dacă ați ales opțiunea de HB pregătiți-vă să achitați pentru apă la cina si pentru cafea sau ceai la restaurantul cu servire tip bufet. Totuși in odai sunt espresoare cu cafea buna și ceai.

This is a great hotel. Rooms are huge with stunning views and balconies. Food is good, with only one occasion when we had to wait 10 minutes in the bar for a table. The drinks staff worked hard hard to keep you served - ask for a bottle not a glass. (They could do with a different outfit or apron to identify drinks staff in buffet). Beach is very good with comfy sunbeds and easy ordering to sunbeds. The funicular is efficient but preferred the walk through hundreds of butterflies. Parga and Sivota are good day trips and there is a lovely swimming cove on the road into hotel. Don’t do transfer - hire a car from Zeus Car Hire. Highly recommended.

Fabulous modern hotel and genuinely helpful friendly staff make for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Stayed for a week on full board so we dined in Saffron for our meals. (All inclusive offers more choice for dining) Although a little repetitious the food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Staff in Saffron were great and the terrace is really nice. We are inside only once. We had the option to dine at the local seafood restaurant one evening. We enjoyed our meal while watching the sunset in this quaint seaside village. Our family room overlooking the sea was spacious and very comfortable. Really good shower and quality toiletries. Towels were changed daily and the bed linen was changed half way during our stay. The a/c was quiet and effective. A large bottle of water was provided daily. We mostly visited the beach and swam in the sea. The pebble beach is beautiful with clear turquoise water. There are lifeguards in attendance. The hotel pool is very shallow and for the size of the hotel could in my view be larger. It’s popular with families with children so not a ‘swimmers’ pool. We didn’t spend much time at the pool as we preferred the beach. The guys at the beach provide and excellent waiter service bringing towels, drinks and food to guests. There were always sun beds available during our stay. There is also a small beach bar a short walk along the beach. A couple of points to consider. As this is a very family friendly hotel dining can be rather noisy particularly at breakfast and dinner. The catamaran cruise to Paxos at 180 euros per person looked super and is popular. It was full with a waiting list when we tried to book. This was disappointing as the next cruise to Paxos was on our day of departure. There were other trips/excursions but these were in my view prohibitively expensive.

As a person who has traveled to over 40 countries, and stayed in many hotel resorts! This resort hits the mark as one of the best resorts I have been! The welcoming, service and hospitality from the staff is nothing but outstanding! I will visit this resort again with my entire family!

L'ascensore per andare in spiaggia non funzionava. La camera per 3 persone non aveva un letto, ma un divano letto. Un uomo di 26 anni (187 e alto)non è riuscito a dormire lì.

We recently returned from a week-long stay at Elix and, overall, had a very enjoyable holiday. The lady who checked us in was welcoming, efficient, and provided a clear explanation of the facilities and services, which ensured a positive start to our stay. We stayed in Room 803 with a private pool, which was one of the highlights of our visit and something we enjoyed every day. The room offered excellent views of the beach. Although it did not receive full sun throughout the day, this was not an issue for us as we spent most of our time at the beach. The room was comfortable, and the minibar was generously stocked. However, we felt additional drawer and storage space would have been beneficial, particularly for a stay of one week. We are not especially fond of open-plan bathroom layouts. While the toilet was enclosed and the shower featured a glass door, the bathroom area itself was open to the bedroom. For a room in the Deluxe category, we would also have preferred double sinks rather than a single basin. While this is largely a matter of personal preference, it did make the room feel slightly less luxurious than anticipated. We also found the bean bags on the terrace to be somewhat impractical and difficult to get in and out of, particularly when compared with more traditional outdoor seating. We spent many evenings in the Ruby Bar enjoying the views and sunsets. A special thank you to Elpida, who was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. Her thoughtful service, including remembering our preferred drinks, contributed greatly to our enjoyment of the evenings. We would also like to acknowledge Spyridoula in Guest Relations, who was always friendly, professional, and eager to assist. The beach staff were excellent throughout our stay—consistently polite, efficient, and helpful, with no request seeming too much trouble. The beach restaurant was also very good, with food arriving promptly even during busy periods. Unfortunately, the funicular was out of service during our stay, which was disappointing, although the beach remained accessible via the stairs. The return journey from the beach involved approximately 250 steps, making it quite a climb. The beach itself is beautiful, although the shoreline is fairly shingly, so beach shoes were particularly useful. Pearl was our favourite restaurant of the week. The food, setting, and service were all excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed both visits. We also enjoyed the buffet and found there was a good variety of food available throughout our stay. In addition, we tried the dine-out experience. While enjoyable overall, we were somewhat surprised that the restaurant was described as a seafood venue given the limited selection of fish dishes on the menu. We made use of the gym but found it uncomfortably warm. On most mornings, we also needed to request access, as it does not officially open until 8:00 a.m. Overall, we had a wonderful week, made use of our private pool, and returned home feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay, and we would like to thank the entire team for helping make it such an enjoyable holiday.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Tip Top. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and professionally managed. Everything felt tidy and in good condition. The staff was particularly noteworthy — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We felt genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

The Guest Relationship Management was a bit disappointing. While the team was clearly making an effort, they were unfortunately not very helpful when it came to clarifying questions. We were especially irritated by the procedure at breakfast. Every time we ordered coffee, the waiter asked for our room number. Since we had booked half-board, we assumed that hot drinks were not included. This led to unnecessary confusion and a slightly uncomfortable feeling. Only at the end of our stay did we learn that coffee was in fact included in the half-board arrangement. When we asked for clarification, we only received vague and evasive answers (“bla bla bla”), which left us rather unsatisfied.

My experience at Marbella Elix was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. After a long drive, we reached the hotel tired and very hungry, expecting to be able to relax and have something to eat. Unfortunately, we were informed that no food could be ordered until the restaurant officially opened. There were no alternatives offered, not even a simple snack or light meal, which was very frustrating considering guests may arrive after hours of travel. The check-in process was also surprisingly slow and inefficient. We spent far too much time waiting instead of being welcomed and settled into the hotel. First impressions matter, and unfortunately the experience started off poorly and never really improved. To make matters worse, the elevator that provides access to the beach was not working. This was a major inconvenience, especially at a resort that promotes its beach access as one of its key attractions. Guests should not have to deal with basic facilities being unavailable without proper solutions in place. For a hotel that positions itself as a luxury destination, the level of service and organization fell well below expectations. Better communication, faster service, and more consideration for guests’ needs would make a huge difference. Sadly, our stay began with frustration rather than relaxation, and it left a very negative impression overall. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. ⭐☆☆☆☆

We are very happy with our stay and choosing this hotel was a great decision! The sea is crystal clear and there is even a small hidden beach that we almost had all to ourselves. The food was good to very good, even though I am usually quite picky. The room facilities were also very nice, and we really appreciated that a bottle of water was provided every day. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the guys at the beach bar — Aleks, Omar and Arestis — who were always very friendly and attentive! We also loved the activities and sports facilities such as tennis, football and ping pong, including the equipment provided. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking and made the whole experience even more special. Even though the drive from the airport takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes, it is absolutely worth it! We will definitely come back again!!!
