Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Desde el inicio la atención fue muy buena, desde el celador, la administradora, y el personal de cocina. Desayuno delicioso, muy completo y generoso. Habitación supremamente confortable y limpia, cero ruido. Lo único malo fue la ducha pues la caída de agua no era pareja, pero es un detalle mínimo para todo lo bueno del hotel.
Que el parqueadero no quedaba en el mismo lugar del hotel, así que tuvimos que caminar desde el parking a el hotel en la noche y pues el sector no se sentía 100% seguro, aunque no tuvimos ningún percance, mejoraría un montón que el parkin quedara en la misma área del hotel

Es muy dificil el acceso en carro hasta la puerta del hotel debido a la gran cantidad de vendedores ambulantes y habitantes de calle que permanecen alrededor. Nos tocó cambiarnos de hotel. Nunca nos registramos. Agradecemos la buena disposición del personal del hotel para entender nuestra situación y no hacer efectiva la penalidad.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Muy amables todos y en general justo el precio. Las opciones para desayunar no son tan variadas pero la calidad es muy buena entonces es suficiente.
A la hora de hacer la reserva no nos avisaron que ni el jacuzzi ni el sauna estaban en funcionamiento. Hicimos la reserva ahí mismo en el lobby a través de Booking y en ningún momento se les ocurrió decir que justo las estaban reparando, cosa que nos parece deshonesta ya que reservamos ahí por la zona húmeda. Recomendamos preguntar antes de reservar. El agua de la ducha no calentaba prácticamente nada y fluctuaba la temperatura (en ambos dormitorios), bastante regular por no decir mala. El parqueadero no queda en el mismo edificio entonces toca salir del hotel para ir al carro. Las almohadas demasiado altas. La zona algo intimidante. Se escuchó mucho ruido de la calle por las noches (en un 5to piso) hasta más de las 10 pm.

No AC and room faced the afternoon sun. Sauna! Also the one reason I chose this hotel was for the hot tub for my children. No mention on booking that the hot tub is no longer in service.

Notified front desk, and after a lot of back and forth, finally received a refund to go stay somewhere else. This particular day, it was very difficult and spent several hours searching for another place to stay. False advertising, won’t return.
