Счёт за проживание в гостинице оказался выше, чем на сайте, из-за разницы в курсе доллара, пришлось дополнительно заплатить 1000 песо. Не работал лифт. Не подготовили завтрак с собой.

La tele funcionó algunos canales internacionales pero algunos de películas fallaban la segnal. Lo único que encontre que podria haber sido mejor la limpieza fue el lavamanos del baño. En el desayuno podrían servir una mayor cantidad de café y tener la opción de elegir con leche o crema y poner una porción de alguna fruta.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Mi experiencia en el Hotel Royal Palace fue completamente decepcionante. Desde el inicio hubo mala atención y muy poca organización. Me dieron un precio al momento del check-in y, después de haber pagado, me cobraron un valor adicional argumentando que el encargado se había equivocado. Esto me pareció una falta total de seriedad. Además, la seguridad y la privacidad malisima. Varias veces entraron a mi habitación sin tocar la puerta ni pedir autorización, lo cual me hizo sentir muy incómoda e insegura durante toda la estadía. Las instalaciones tampoco cumplen con lo que prometen: el televisor no funcionaba, el estado general del lugar es bastante deficiente y no invita para nada a una estancia agradable. Nunca utilicé el desayuno porque, sinceramente, no me sentía a gusto en el hotel. En resumen, una experiencia pésima: mala atención, cobros indebidos, instalaciones deficientes y cero respeto por la privacidad del huésped. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Não tinha cadeira para tomar o café da manhã. Não tinha variação no café da manhã trazido no quarto em um marmitex composto por duas fatias de pão de forma, ovo mexido, um pedacinho de queijo quente e suco artificial, o café preto tinha que pegar no hall de entrada quando sobrava. O chuveiro do banheiro estava vasando água pelo cano do chuveirinho que fica pendurado e que servia como chuveiro saindo pouca água para o banho. Cortinas das janelas não abrem. O hall de entrada é bem pequeno junto com a garagem. As redondezas do hotel é bem perigosa.

Perfect for those who are taken the USMLE exam in the Dominican Republic since the Prometric Center is right across the street. The staff is very professional and supportive. Good value for money.
It was my second stay at the place. I stayed for 5 days the last time and it was almost perfect. This time the bed sheets and the pillow covers weren't that clean. The toilet flushing mechanism did not work properly and I had to take the tank's lid off to deal with it.
