Großes ruhiges Zimmer

Für ein angebliches 4-Sterne Hotel keine ausreichende Ausstattung. Keine Steckdosen in der Nähe des Bettes. Teppich mit riesigen Flecken. Kühlschrank heizte die Getränke auf. Dazu einziger Kommentar der Rezeption: Es wäre vielleicht ein Heizschrank - keinerlei Entschuldigung! Parkplätze sind alle an Flugreisende Langzeit vermietet. Selbst wenn jemand vorgebucht und bezahlt hat, bekommt er keinen Parkplatz. Freie Parkplätze in der Umgebung gibt es nicht und wenn nicht das nebenan gelegene Holiday Inn Express seine Parkplätze auch an NH Kunden vermieten würde, bliebe einem nur die Chance seinen Wagen ins Parkverbot zu stellen. Frühstücksangebot auch eher im unteren Bereich.

Besonders gut hat mir die Hilfsbereitschaft gefallen, nachdem ich mein Handy im Zimmer vergessen hatte und ich es unversehens an der Rezeption in Empfang nehmen konnte, nachdem ich schon am Flughafen gewesen bin. Meinen herzlichen Dank dafür!

Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und eine ruhige Lage.Für eine Nacht war es okay.

Das Frühstück war für die Preisklasse sehr schlecht. Es gab kaum Auswahl. Selbst das Rührei war schon kalt. Minderwertige Qualität von Wurst und Käse. Kein Service zum Frühstück. Die zwei Damen haben sich die ganze Zeit hinter der Bar versteckt und dann sich selbst die Teller am Buffet gefüllt. Für ein Hotel in der Kategorie das schlechteste Frühstück was wir je hatten. Wir reisen wirklich viel und Frühstücken oft in Hotels. Die dreckige Wand im Zimmer benötigt neue Farbe.

Very close to motorway A3, good location. Great breakfast even for vegans. Online check-in option. Rooms for 3 people with proper bed for the 3rd person too.

The bed and overall room were pleasant; however, there was mould in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I also had a serious issue with the payment. Booking.com charged me three times for the stay and did not return all of the money. The hotel then charged me again. I asked the hotel staff to contact Booking.com and help resolve the issue. They said they could not call Booking.com at night, even though Booking.com customer service is available 24/7. The staff promised to call them in the morning after 7 a.m., but I checked out before then. It has now been a day, and I still haven’t heard anything from the hotel.

Het hotel staat bij een achterbuurt. Eten kun je beter bij een restaurantje in de buurt (hele goede pizzatent op 5 minuten lopen). Alles is een beetje oud. Voor een NH hotel had ik een hogere qualiteit verwacht.

I thought the shuttle bus to airport is free but it isn't. Also the check in took a long time when I arrived close to midnight as there was only one staff handling the check-in.

Wir hatten für das Geld nichts besonderes erwartet, fanden jedoch das es unsere Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen hat. Vom Flugverkehr war nichts zu hören. Sehr ruhig in der Nacht und die Betten waren super

Die parkplatzsituation. Man zahlt 16€ pro Tag hat aber keine Garantie das man einen Parkplatz bekommt. Mir mussten abends ( nachdem wir vor std bezahlt hatten) ewig suchen mit dem Ergebnis das wir an einem Seitenstreifen geparkt haben, was kein ausgewiesener Parkplatz war.

Bij booking.com stond het hotel als 4 sterren aangeschreven en een van de weinige hotels waar ze 3 persoons kamers hebben met 3 losse bedden. Daarnaast een restaurant en bar tot eind avond open. Dit ook op een bevestigende mail van het hotel gekregen.

Heb in mijn leven minstens 1000 nachten in hotels geslapen maar dit was zeker geen 4 sterren hotel. 2 sterren maximaal. We hadden het hotel uitgezocht vanwege een terras, restaurant en kamers voor 3 personen met 3 losse bedden. Ondanks dat op de website en mails staat dat de bar en restaurant geoepend zijn, waren deze beide gesloten, na een lange dag geen fijne mededeling dat je alsnog savonds opzoek moet naar een restaurant. Parkeerplaats was een bende, groene prikkelbosjes waar je doorheen moest bij het uitstappen, en ze durfden er nog 16 euro per dag voor te vragen ook, die je alleen maar met credit card kon betalen met extra toeslag van 2 a 3 euro. En je moest geluk hebben dat je nog een plekje hebt terwijl je er wel voor hebt betaald. De receptiebalie zag er prima uit. De receptionist leek een vakantiemedewerker die 1 vraag tegelijk aan kon en niet snapt dat als je een kamer voor 3 personen reserveert, dat je dan ook een kamer voor 3 personen wil krijgen, na enig klagen toch gelukt. Het hotel was uitgeleefd, toe aan renovatie van de kamers. Vloer was te vies om aan te raken, badkamer zat vol vlekken van schimmels, knop van badstop zat los. De airco knop om de temperatuur te regelen zat los. Het hotel stonk op de gangen muf en naar fastfood die mensen meenemen naar de kamers. De kamers bleken niet ingericht als 3 losse bedden maar als een dubbel bed en een los bed. Bij het vragen om dan maar losse dekbedden, werd beloofd dat ze deze zouden brengen, maar nooit gekomen. Er was weinig stopcontacten beschikbaar om je telefoons etc. op te laden. Batterij van de afstandsbediening van de tv was leeg. Deze bleek verder ook alleen Duitse zenders te hebben, totaal niet internationaal ingesteld. Wifi zou gratis zijn, maar de gratis WiFi viel geen YouTube of netflix mee te starten op de tablet. De entree en ontbijtzaal zag er nog wel enigszins goed uit. Er was niet een uitgebreid assortiment zoals bij een normaal 4 sterren hotel.

Very convenient location to reach from Autobahn. They charged 16 euro per night for parking. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, AC was working properly. Breakfast was bit costly, 19 euro/person. But breakfast buffet was good with ample options. They are making fresh omletts as per your request.

Nothing really. May be they can do something with the elevator. The door sensor was not working properly. Also the telefon in our room was not working.

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Sie hat uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, weil der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert hat. Später am gleichen Tag und auch am nächsten Tag hat sie uns gefragt, ob bei uns alles okay ist. Also Top-Kundenservice! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles war in Betrieb. Das Frühstück war lecker mit großer Auswahl. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Immer wieder nettes Hotel, wenn wir unsere Freunde in Raunheim besuchen. Wir hatten immer ohne Frühstück gebucht, da wir bei unseren Freunden eingeladen waren. Allerdings hat es mir weniger gefallen, das wir für unsere süsse stubenreine Chihuahua 25 Euro zusätzlich bezahlen mussten. Wegen der zusätzlichen Reinigungsaufwand(ich wiederhole, sie ist stubenrein) hat es geheissen. Bei den meisten anderen Hotels hat sie nichts, manchmal 5 Euro bis höchstenfalls 10 Euro "Reinigungsaufwand" gekostet.Ich respektiere Hausregeln, ich hätte es nur gerne vorher informiert gekriegt haben wollen. Nichtsdesto Trotz, es ist eine saubere und bequeme Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

Alles war sehr gut, nach dem vorherige Erfahrungen in Paris, NH ist mein favoriten geworden, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Shuttle bus driver 22 JUL 17:30 from FRA airport to NH West left me alone at a bus stop. He never got out of a bus ,never announced “NH west ”or showed its name on a paper to me. I was kept 30 min more . When he came again a bus stop and picked me up, laughed aloud never apologized.

I enjoyed the stay and breakfast. I thought that was a good deal. We were close to restaurants so I didn’t mind not eating at the restaurant. Drinks at the front of course were pricey but it was worth the convenience.

We didn’t have a fridge. That was the only problem

Grosse Zimmer,. Klimaanlage gut. Fenster kann man öffnen. Bushaltestelle (72) vor der Tür Richtung Flughafen. Supermarkt auch. MItarbeiter SEHR freundlich, machen vieles wieder gut.

Abends nur ein Angestellter im Dienst. Der war äußerst nett und bemüht aber der Ärmste kann nicht alles machen. Wenn man noch was braucht muss man am besten selbst zur Rezeption gehen. Bei mir waren die Batterien für die Fernbedienung leer. Das Telefon war auch tot. Habe über das Handy die Rezeption angerufen, keiner ging ran. Die Box mit Kosmetiktüchern kam mir direkt entgegen und der Duschkopf war defekt und sprühte in alle Richtungen. Ich kenne das Hotel schon lange aber momentan hat es den Anschein, nicht besonders gepflegt zu werden.

Op de foto's in GOOGLE stond nog een zwembad. We hebben niet verder gelezen om te weten dat het zwembad er niet meer is. Het zwembad was wel 1 van de redenen waarom we het hebben geboekt. We begrepen dat de foto op GOOGLE van het zwembad ooit door een gast is ge-upload en dat het hotel deze foto niet kan verwijderen.

Estuvimos dos noches , el 2º día ni pasaron a limpiar , a pesar de cuando salimos , estaban dos housekeeping en la habitación de al lado y en frente … . La ubicación buena, con los supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca. Parking en la zona de pago ( calle ) puerta a 16€/ día

Das Hotel war dank der Nähe zur Autobahn schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen – ideal für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise. Das Personal am Empfang war freundlich und das Zimmer für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Etwas störend fand ich, dass die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel nicht kostenlos waren und von einem externen Unternehmen verwaltet wurden. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

I stayed at the hotel for two days. Check-in was quick, and the reception staff were always available. There is a mini-mart next to the reception where you can buy essentials. The room itself was spacious; I had a single room. The bathroom was even stocked with hair conditioner and body lotion. If you need a dental kit, you can ask for one at reception. The room featured a desk, a vanity table, a large bed, a TV, a kettle, and tea and coffee. The air conditioning was adjustable, so I could turn it off. I really liked the hotel and I will definitely recommend it to friends.

I stayed at this hotel as I attended a conference there. Firstly, the location is a distance away from the airport and their shuttle runs very limited hours, meaning that I had to use Uber to and from the airport. It is located in an industrial area a train ride from Frankfurt. The train station is a 10 minute walk. On arrival my room was ready early. As I was leaving to go sightseeing, I advised reception that I required an iron and ironing board to be left in my room. This was not done after 6 hours. I had to call reception on my return and it was provided 10 minutes after my call. To describe the room itself - the AC did not work properly the first night but did so on the second. There was nowhere to plug the kettle near the coffee/tea station so I had to locate a socket in the opposite corner of the room! The fridge had MOULD growing at the back. Thankfully I did not use it. On my second day, I returned to my room at around 17:30 after a day of sitting in a conference to find that the room had not been made up and the bathroom not cleaned. I called reception to be told that their 'policy' is to clean only every 4 days! I clean my bathrooms at home more frequently! What is the point of staying in a hotel if guests are expected to make their own bed and clean the bathroom themselves....without cleaning products? This policy together with the growth of mould in the fridge made me think that the room may never have been cleaned or was possibly done so over a year ago which is a very scary thought. When I complained to reception, I was told that I should have been told about the 'lack of cleaning' policy on check in and that I could have requested a room clean in advance; I was not told this. Owing to my complaint to a reception, a young man was sent up to make the bed who told me that it isn't his usual job. Housekeeping were obviously not there perhaps because they are only there part time (if at all) owing to their policy of not cleaning. He made the bed and changed the towels but the bathroom was not cleaned and the room not dusted or vacuumed. He looked at the mould in the fridge but could not do anything about it. I, in fact, felt sorry for this guy who was probably the maintenance man as the hotel is obviously cutting costs. The only good thing about the place is the breakfast which is a buffet with a wide selection of hot and cold options as well as baked goods.

Last year we stayed at the other NH hotel near Frankfurt Airport, and in light of our recent stay this year I think there is no reason to stay at either of those hotels considering the numerous other choices in the vicinity of the airport.  I dislike both NH properties near FRA airport.  Upon arrival I was informed no upgrade available for GHA Titanium, but they would give free breakfast instead.  In fairness, it was a nice gesture. Also they gave free shuttle bus the next day to go back to the airport based on Titanium status, I was not aware of this perk.  The taxi to the hotel was something like 35 EUR so that benefit alone was half of the room rate, it's probably the main positive of this hotel.  The room was a bit better than the other NH hotel and air conditioning was weak although it worked better than the other NH where we sweat like pigs in 2025.  But...  there were holes in the bedsheets, the shower head was broken and splashing water weirdly and unable to change the settings.  Also housekeeping briefly knocked and immediately walked into our room before 9am despite the fact that I had activated the lock.  I am not sure it even works? Also staffing is bare bones, the poor guy at reception he was all alone having to deal with various requests for guests. It's not his fault, it's management who decides to save money. The result is a low price tag but I would rather not deal with the consequences of their cost saving measures and stay elsewhere next time instead.

The bed was very comfy. The breakfast featured many choices that were very tasty. The bathroom was quite clean.

The property desperately needed a deep cleaning. It was a bit grimy and unkempt, lacking maintenance. The grounds were extremely poorly maintained. The decor was more reminiscent of a low budget Hotel.

This was my first stay at this hotel. The room was nice, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the room felt quite warm, and the air conditioning didn't seem to be working very effectively. I also wasn't a fan of having the shower over the bath, but everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und klimatisiert. Der Übernachtungspreis inkl. Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung (2 Personen-Zimmer 92,-)

Die Preise für Getränke und Speisen empfand ich als deutlich überteuert. Eine kleine Flasche Bier (0,33) im Self Service kostet 4,69. Ein großes Bier an der Bar 6,95.

We appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was quite a spread. The staff was courteous and helpful. It had a decently well equipped fitness area.

We picked this hotel because it was air conditioned, but it seemed like the temperature was preset to a degree that was less than comfortable. We tried to adjust it in the room, but it didn't seem to make a difference. There was a heat wave when we visited, so maybe their unit just couldn't keep up. The other reason we picked the hotel was because it offered a shuttle tobthe airport; we found out upon check-in that the shuttle only drops off at Terminal 1. We needed Terminal 3. We rode a bus to Terminal 3 after being dropped off at Terminal 1. It's a good thing we left 3 hours early, because it took 2 hours plus to get to our gate.

Es war ein Hotel.

Ich finde es frech, mit "Parkplatz" zu werben, und dann ist der Parkplatz von einem externer Anbieter der auch keinen irgendwie gearteten Rabatt für Hotelkunden gibt. Ich hätte auch im Nachbarhotel schlafen können, das nicht mit "Parkplatz" wirbt. Dadurch hat sich der tatsächliche Preis für die Übernachtung um 25% erhöht so mirnichtsdirnichts. Ich bin erbost.

Ist ja nicht das erste mal wie immer Top, sehr nettes Personal und sehr Sauber sehr empfehlenswert immer Gerne wieder DANKE!!

Das Hotel was sehr gut, das personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und es wurde sogar beim frühstück auf allergien geachtet und wir konnten morgends glutenfreie Brödchen bekommen.

Die ausstatung ist etwas älter aber sehr sauber und schön. Etwas wenige steckdosen im zimmer

Das Personal ist, abgesehen von den Damen im Frühstücksraum die sich gerne mal darüber aufregen dass Gäste sich an noch nicht gereinigte Tische setzen aufregen, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas abgewohnt aber sauber und gut in Schuss. Die Sauberkeit ist herausragend. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker.

Eigentlich kann ich nur den etwas abgewohnten Gesamtzustand des Hotels bemängeln sowie die oft mürrischen Damen vom Frühstückraum die manchmal zu laut sagen was man eigentlich leise sagen sollte...

Das Zimmer war sehr verschmutzt. Große Spritzer an den Wänden, Handspuren von gewissen Aktivitäten an den Wänden, verschmiertes Fenster. Man hatte uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, aufgrund der Kürze des Aufenthaltes, hatten wir das abgelehnt.
