Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The host, Gerda, was professional. friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was great Room, bathroom and all other facilities were extremely clean and all in a working condition. Refreshments were 24/7 available.
As a person who enjoy coffee at 2 am / 4 am it was not convenient to share a coffee station with other occupants as walking to the Coffee station may wake others. A kettle in the room would have made a big difference.

Even though there was a tv in my room it was lovely to sit in the large lounge and watch, was almost tempted to try out snooker. But really enjoyed my stay. Thanks Gerdia

Glutenfreies Frühstück war kein Problem. Danke Gerda und gerne wieder. Sicherer Parkplatz vorhanden. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Our room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The garden was beautiful.

We communicated prior to arrival which was so helpful & in arranging our airport transfer. It was perfect for our late arrival into Cape Town. Won’t hesitate to book again next time we travel here.

My experience was like home-away-from-home. My vehicle was parked next to others behind a secure motor-gate. The guest house is located in a quiet suburb.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2023I think breakfast could have been to my usual, which is generally Eggs, bacon, pork sausages, fried tomato and plenty white toast. Coffee was very good. Sometimes I do prefer my own table, but again, all good.
Not much actually, I enjoyed the stay, and will return. I think on my return in the future maybe been able to sit back and enjoy a drink, again either in the room or the garden, will be awesome. Again my preference.
