Hotel Vista Bhowali, Nainital - Vegetarian

To be honest, I didn't like anything.

I did not like even a single thing. Sorry to say but it was not a good stay at all. I don't know what was wrong with the staff, instead of giving a normal reply there was a man who was showing attitude. Also , reception wasn't present 24/7. Check in time is too late. Washrooms had no ventilation, so they were stinking a lot after one use.

The location and the rooms .

We recently stayed at this hotel to visit Kainchi Dham. And Nainital.We reached the hotel around 8:00–9:30 AM, and since the official check-in time was 1:00 PM, we understood that we might have to wait. However, the room they eventually provided was in an extremely unacceptable condition. It was clearly not properly cleaned after the previous guest. The washroom was especially unhygienic, and we had to clean it ourselves three to four times just to make it usable. What was more disappointing was the complete lack of initiative from the hotel staff. There was no proper assistance or effort from their side to resolve the situation—we had to manage everything ourselves. We are paying for a hotel room specifically to receive a clean, hygienic and comfortable space. Having to clean a dirty washroom ourselves after travelling is honestly disgusting and completely defeats the purpose of staying at a hotel. The location may be convenient, but cleanliness, basic hygiene and guest service should never be compromised. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that rooms are properly inspected and cleaned before handing them over to guests.

Great location, centre of the bhowali , polite staff, parking facility, good quality is also satisfactory, will stay again n again 😇👍

Cooperative staff. They changed the stinking Water boiler immediately upon our reporting.

Some room layouts have windows and some did not have. Rooms of the same category should all have the same level of amenities.

Room heaters were charged extra. Hot Gyeser water was only available in bath tap, but not the hand wash tap. No bathroom slippers. It was hard to manage cold without a room heater. They also don’t accept credit cards which was a huge inconvenience.

We were playing music (not very loud) , and that too only at 10pm but still we received complaints about it. It was very strange

Breakfast Manu was very limited. Restaurant was not up to expectations level. Other things was ok.

Restaurant required improvement Old Mattresses required change. Toiletries kit was very low standard.

The hotel staff was super helpful and tried to address issues immediately. Hotel is clean surrounded by nice hilly scenic view. Vegetarian food is great, they also customize it as per your need, they serve freshly cooked hot food.

The washrooms and overall hotel room door latches should be repaired and checked thoroughly. I got stuck in the washroom, because the door latch fell off. Thankfully, I had my mobile inside the washroom to call the hotel staff. Room curtains were dirty and with stains, this could be changed, as it leaves a wrong impression.

It’s wonderful newly built or refurbished property. Not excellent but satisfactorily cleaned

The view from the balcony was the best. And the best part of the hotel is there botanical garden and number of plants and the variety of the flowers that they you can witness all around each and every floor. Best location hardly few metres from the main Bhowali bus and taxi stand. Everything is just nearby.

It’s so so amazing property, all the facilities are there, rooms are so clean with perfect mountain balcony view and the location is superb market is near. Kainchi dham is near. ❤️🙏🏻

I liked everything

Starting from the reception…a warm welcome by the staff Gaves us more confidence to carry on the reservation …as we specialy choosed this property because of Pet friendly.Room was big neat and clean spacious with all the required amenities..and the view from the balcony was breath taking. Food was finger licking good, thanku so much Vista Bhowali to made our trip memorable, see u soon😊😊

Very good experience

Extremely basic hotel. Water from Washbasin was leaking on the floor. Shower wasn't working properly. Absolutely no value for the Rs 5000 odd they charged for the night At the Receptio they said breakfast at 7.30 am. In the restaurant they said 8 am. Nothing was on the counters till 8.15 am

The property is located in main market area with parking facility. Also the Mountain View is excellent.

Helping, smiling and well mannered staff, nice vegetarian food with options in breakfast, considerate with dog accommodation.

Very very very bad smelling bathroom (room freshener provided didn't work), too much outside traffic noise, you have to go twice or thrice from your room to the parking lot move your car from one place to another in a day.

The kitchen staff should keep in mind that there are solo travelers, they can be more accommodating about portion sizes.

Great views with balcony rooms and monkeys visiting the room! Food and restaurant upstairs are brilliant for the western tummy that's prone to Delhi belly. Really enjoyed the company of the staff, all good boys and receptionist girl was nice too.

Heating and hot water could be an issue on a regular basis. Typical of most pahadi areas. Also bring some shades and slightly warm clothes.
