Reviewed Aug 10, 2026アプリで予約した際は、大人2名と8歳の子ども1名で予約したつもりでしたが、ホテルに到着して確認したところ、大人2名のみの予約になっていました。 ホテル側は子どもの分の追加料金を請求することなく、親切に対応してくださいました。とても丁寧に対応していただき、安心して過ごすことができました。 また、朝食もとても美味しく、素晴らしかったです。 予約時の人数などの情報が正しく反映されるよう、アプリ側でももう少し確認・改善していただけると良いと思います。今回の件については、ホテル側の問題ではなかったと思います。 全体的に、とても気持ちよく利用することができました。ありがとうございました。

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026朝ご飯の評価が低く心配していたが、私は大丈夫だった。おかずが冷たいなどの意見もあるが、それは仕方ないと思う。 また、フロントにレンタル枕があり（無料）、部屋の枕があわないので借りた。（硬くて高かったので） もう少し低い枕がもっとあるといいが（低反発など）、普通、どのホテルもないからやむなし。まだレンタルがあるだけいい。 駅から近かったので電車で行ったが、自分の枕を持っていくのは荷物になる。このへんが難しい。 わたしたちにとって、ほかはすべてよかった。

Reviewed Sep 27, 2025勝田駅の賑やかじゃない方から降りてすぐなのでアクセスはいいです。フロント1名で対応しているので、電話しても音声ガイダンスのみで人は応対しないので 緊急連絡は伝わりません。また、エレベーターが1機しかないので時間に余裕を持って行動しましょうww お値段なりのホテルですが、水戸のホテルがバカ高いので泊まりました。
