Die Lage des Zimmers. Straßenlärm. Lärm durch Jugendliche in der Nacht (Motorräder). Baustellenlärm. Die Einrichtung war nicht ganz unser Geschmack ;-). Es war deutlich zu warm im Zimmer und wir hatten zahlreiche Mücken. Fliegengitter wären am Fenster wünschenswert. Die Preise im Restaurant sind sehr hoch.

non c'era aria condizionata nella camera assegnataci all'ultimo piano quindi molto caldo, ma sono stati gentili e ci hanno fornito un potente ventilatore

Dotazione in camera un pò scarsa per un 4 stelle e bagno un pò datato. Arredamento delle parti comuni a volte piuttosto “pesante”, ma lì va a gusti

Frühstücksbuffet, es gab leider kein frisches Gebäck, sondern nur aufgebackene Semmeln und Weckerln, die viel zu hart waren (2 x aufgebacken), das Brot war auch aufgebacken; bei dem Preis erwarte ich mir frisches Gebäck zum Frühstück

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026La colazione super. La camera grande e confortevole. Con la prenotazione della camera, l'hotel offre la card per il trasporto pubblico gratuito nei dintorni, davvero comodo. La posizione dell'Hotel è fuori dal caos cittadino e a due passi dalla fermata del bus.
La ventola in bagno non funzionava (ed era un bagno cieco..) inoltre la sera abbiamo dovuto chiudere le finestre per via delle zanzare, e con il caldo di Agosto mancava l'aria..

Es war aufgrund der Wärme zu heiss im Schlafzimmer, hätte vielleicht ein Ventilator grosse Erleichterung gebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr angenehm.

L'absence de climatisation lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Le bruit du dehors lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte (voitures le soir et cloches de l'église à 7h du matin y compris le week-end).

C'est un hôtel typique du tyrol et l'intérieur de l'hôtel est superbe avec beaucoup de décoration de cœurs. On se croit au siècle dernier tout en ayant le confort. Un plus notre chien est admis en salle de restauration.

Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Understand it was hot for the area but there were no fans available and leaving the windows open in the evening just welcomed in mosquitos, cigarette smoke and car exhaust from the constant traffic all night.

Reviewed May 9, 2026I was a little apprehensive about the distance from the city center, but the hotel is very good! I think it's worth it for what it offers! The room and bathroom were very spacious! The bed was very comfortable! Everything was clean and organized. My room had a nice balcony! It's a hotel with a more traditional decor, but in our case, it was very pleasant. We really enjoyed it! The breakfast area is very spacious and pleasant, plus it had many options and was very well served!
Nothing that could affect a pleasant stay at the hotel!

Il proprietario è molto gentile ed attento alle nostre esigenze. I piatti che abbiamo consumato nel loro ristorante sono stati tutti buoni: menzione particolare l' apfelstrudel fatto in casa e le buonissime verdure servite da accompagnamento nei loro piatti di carne. Facilità di parcheggio pubblico gratuito.

It was a great location - around 15 minutes on the bus to the centre of Salzburg and plenty of hiking trails nearby. The breakfast wasn’t cooked but we really enjoyed it - there was plenty of choice: breads, cheeses, cakes, yogurt, fruit, cereals, meats, fish and eggs (sometimes scrambled sometimes boiled)
No kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. The room was very hot.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Ein wunderschönes romantisches Hotel mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, ein bisschen "wie früher" und somit sehr authentisch, das Personal war so freundlich, sie haben mich sogar auf einen Schal, den ich vergessen hatte, aufmerksam gemacht und ihn mir nach Deutschland nachgesendet, das fand ich wirklich sehr sehr freundlich
fällt mir nichts ein, was hätte besser sein können...ich fand während meines Aufenthaltest alles gut

Our room was warm, spacious, and cleaned daily, featuring a balcony with a mountain view. The staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable, though the pillows were slightly too soft for us. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant, which serves very good, albeit slightly expensive, food. Since there were few guests during our stay, the atmosphere was very relaxing.
Breakfast was just okay and could be improved, as we missed having hot dishes and more fresh vegetables and fruit. The main issue was parking. The hotel lot often filled up with non-guests attending events at the restaurant, leaving no space for us in the evenings. We usually had to wait for these events to finish to find a spot.

L'albergatore non trovata la mia prenotazione, la prenotazione era stata effettuata 2 mesi e mezzo fa'. Dice che come nominativo fornito c'era NULL, ma non mi ha neppure chiamato per verificare la mia identità né mi ha avvisato dell'errore, forse di BOOKING? Confesso che l'equivoco ha destato grande preoccupazione essendo in viaggio con l'intera famiglia e non sapendo cosa fare, se dover riprenotare all'ultimo momento, col rischio di non trovare un alloggio. Le camere fornite non erano quelle prenotate. Avevo chiesto una singola e una tripla con balcone, mi sono state date 2 matrimoniali Senza balcone. Non so se la tariffa era la stessa. Agli altri ospiti è stata fornita la guest card di Innsbruck che offriva alcuni servizi gratuiti (trasporti locali e alcune visite), a me non è stato fornito né proposto niente, nonostante io abbia pagato la tassa di soggiorno.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Завтрак хороший. Номер уютный и чистый. Большой балкон со столиком, но с одним стулом, хотя номер на двоих, поэтому мы из номера взяли второй стул. Вид с балкона красивый, хотя крыша дома перед отелем немного закрывала вид, но в целом хорошо. Добираться на машине удобно. Еда в ресторане при отеле тоже неплохая. Стоянка есть рядом с отелем, но там паркуются посетители ресторана и мест может не быть. Но немного дальше есть другая стоянка отеля, там мест было много.
Неудобные подушки. В номере не было ни халата, ни тапочек, как заявлено в бронировании. Оказалось, что халат и тапочки только в сауне. На завтраке нас заставили садиться за столик с другими гостями отеля, т.к. другие столы были уже сервированы под предстоящий вечером банкет. Сок из яблок и моркови делают сами постояльцы, что с моей точки зрения, не гигиенично. Ну и одна девушка из персонала на кухне показалась мне недружелюбной к гостям. Хотя на ресепшене все были гостеприимны.
