приехала моя знакомая и заселилсь с 18.08.26 по 20.08.26г и я оплатил за нее через мою карту Visa и она решила выселиться завтрашный день, то есть 19.08.26 по 20.08.26г, сдала номер в 11-00 ресепшне обещали вернуть деньги за одну ночь и сделали заявку, денег до настоящего дня не поступили на мою карту прошу разобраться и решить данный вопрос

I had to change rooms three times during my stay. The first room was uncomfortably hot at night. The second room was cooler, but it was extremely noisy because of cars hitting the speed bump outside, which kept me from sleeping. I finally had to move to a room on a higher floor its so nuisance. I received an alert from my bank that you attempted to charge a higher amount than my Booking.com confirmation. I need to know why this amount does not match my original booking. I have already instructed my bank to decline this transaction because it is incorrect. *This should not happen!!!

Reviewed Nov 12, 2019This hotel is very new and clean. But the best thing about it is the friendly and helpful staff. Simon is the manager and speaks good English and very helpful. Catherine also speaks English and is always ready to help out. The location is close to subway station, but west of Shanghai and not very high end.
