Viihtyisä ympäristö ja mökki.

Ei voi tehdä extempore-käyntejä, koska mökkiä ei voi varata samana päivänä. Johtunee bileseurueista. Tällä kertaa oli venetsialaisten viettäjiä, mutta mökkiin sisälle ei älämölö kylläkään pahemmin kuulu. Raketit voisi kieltää, koska hakeuduimme sinne rauhaan paukkuaran koiran vuoksi. Sauna/kylppärissä kaadot pielessä. Wc:ssä lievä viemärin haju. Makkarin sänky aika ankea.

La entrada al complejo es un poco confusa ya que nos dijeron que era a través del parque acuático pero estaba cerrado y eso nos confundió bastante. Creemos que debería estar mas señalizada la entrada a las villas.

Asukoht ja see, et võtmeid ei olnud ja kõik käis mugavalt koodiga.

What we didn’t like is that, there are lot of flies in the property.

Suurepärane asukoht ja imelise vaatega majake.

Siisteys, puhdas ja raikas ilma, ilmanvaihto. Etäisyys vesipuistosta. Sai lasten kans käydä välillä syömässä ja huilaamassa mökissä.

Very good location, cozy cottage

Vietimme juhannusta toista vuotta peräkkäin Serenassa. Mökki on tilaihme ja kaksi aikuista ja neljä lasta mahduimme hyvin. Mökin varustelu on hyvä.

Olimme mökki nro. 1 ja se oli jo aika kulunut.

The cottage was suprisingly well equipped. The surroundings were very nice and relaxing. Ordering additional services was easy and customer service relating to that was friendly.

Oli väga hubane, kõik vajalik olemas, saun suurepärane, toad soojad.

Mökkissä oli pölyä&hämähäkinseittejä vähän joka paikassa. Lattialaatat paikoin rikki, sekä yleisilme "kulahtanut". Peflettejä ei ollut edes 1kpl/hlö. Alakerran huoneen parisänky oli ihan surkea. Keittiö oli suhteellisen hyvin varusteltu. Astioita oli riittävästi, ja löytyi mm. leivinpaperia ja suolaa&pippuria. Suodatinpussit taas olivat liian pieniä. Roskille olisimme toivoneet lajittelumahdollisuutta. Vessapaperi olisi loppunut kesken, jos olisimme olleet mökillä lauantain. Riitti juuri ja juuri kahdelle illalle&aamulle.

The sauna was not working properly.

Mökki oli perussiisti ja mukava. Ympäristö oli hienoa. Sauna oli kiva lisä, ja mukavuutta toi parvi, jonne pääsi erikseen nukkumaan. Keittiö oli fiksu, vaikkakin pieni mutta perus mökkiolosuhteisiin ok. Kiva lisä oli, että kaikissa ikkunoissa oli pimennysverhot ja mökkinaapurit noudattivat hyvin hiljaisuutta.

Kahvinkeitin ei toiminut kunnolla. Kaikki keittiön puukot olivat aivan tylsiä, ja vain toinen paistinpannu käyttökelpoinen. Lisäksi edellisen siivouksen jäljiltä oli viemärit unohdettu putsata karvoista/hiuksista, joita oli isot tupot. Tiskikone piti itse tyhjentää ja täyttää, sängyt itse pedata ja roskat viedä. Sääntölista oli suuri. Vähän tuli sellainen olo, että mistä sitä oikein maksoi, kun suurin osa toimista tuli hoitaa itse. Lisäksi ohjekyltit mökille olisivat saaneet olla hieman tarkemmat.

The location is very good. The cottage had all the facilities you need for inhouse stay. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and refreshing time with the family.

Accidently we booked the stay during wter park closing days. Stiil, access to one swimming pool or at least a jacuzzi would have been nice. The breakfast was sufficient in quantity, but is not worth the money. Besides, it did not have any Finnish food. Some thing like Karelian pasteries and egg butter and/or yogurt and/or Finnish pancakes would have been very nice.

Nuostabi vieta. Puikiai praleidome laiką. Viskas apgalvota, galima buvo pasilepinti pirtele ir vandens parko paslaugomis. Buvome su šunimis, tai daug erdvės, yra prie pat miškas kur galima pasivaikščioti.

Lauko kepsninė yra, bet už papildomą mokestį.

Alles gut!

Ulkovaatetila oli liian ahdas. Kuuden henkilön laskettelu- ja ulkovaatteille. Ei mitään paikkaa pipoille ja hanskoille. Eteisessä olisi hyvä olla pieni taso esim. avaimille yms. Leikkuualustaa emme löytäneet. Laudeliinoja oli liian vähän. Muuten kaikki oli oikein hyvin. Viihdyimme !

Mukava yhden yön perheloma! Lapset nauttivat, vesipuistossa oli hauskaa, keittiössä kokkailtiin, saunassa käytiin. Kaikki löytyi mitä tarvittiin, paitsi laastari - ensiapulaatikko olisi hyvä olla siinä :)

Stunning location, nice cottage. Staff member we came into contact with was very nice and helpful.

One of the rooms downstairs was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep stay in but to be fair we did not tell the care takers about it. Upstairs was dusty and caused flare up of dust allergy symptoms of some of my children. Main reason for booking this cottage was because of fun activities for kids like swimming etc which were closed for the whole duration of our stay. Very far from Helsinki City Centre.

Overall house and location was super good! Had all we needed i would recommend and visit again myself .

Grill i had to pay extra and it was so dirty and greasy that it actually was in flames one point and i had to but out the fire. Few plastic bowls were also greasy and not washed good.

Cottage was nice, spacious and comfortable. We loved it. The terrace is big.

We went to serena Spa and the staff was treating us very poorly in the restaurant. We didn't feel welcomed there. Otherwise the staff was lovely everywhere else.

Nice, decent log cabin with everything that you need, in a beautiful location.🌲

Too expensive barbecue facilities :(

Location, staff, all the facilities, the cottage itself: everything was just fantastic. Fortunately, all the neighbors were the families as well, so we got a really peaceful stay.

The small window on the second floor is broken, so if you want to open it, you just need to take it off...

Cottage was very cozy and clean. It was really warm during winter. We used the fireplace both nights we stayed there, it was perfect. We liked that water park tickets are included, it is very convenient.

It is kind of far (800m maybe?) to walk to cottage from entrance of the park if you come by public transport. It is doable but it depends if you have people with low mobility or maybe a lot of luggage. Then best thing is to come by car. Also, we were unlucky with water park, there was a problem and water was cold so we could not enjoy the park that much. They gave us credit anyway but since we are not from Finland we will not be able to use it again.

Wonderful cottage. There is everything you need. Everything is very clean and tidy. Beautiful place.

Sisäänkirjautumisen muuttuminen kahteen kertaan, (myöhäisemmäksi) vaikeutti suuresti suunnitelmiamme.

Personell should be more flexible. We asked for a late checkout but even for money didn't get. Exuse was that they have quests coming but online bookings didn't show any reservations.
