Everything we got here,there was never the middle price range whiskey,always the more expensive.its always finished.i eventually took my business partner to Bossa the restaurant next door and had supper aswell.

The area its situated very close to FNB stadium where I was going. And a nice place to chill next door

The food was so cold , I really did not enjoy my food at all.

Bedding was dirty. When i reported it to ground staff, they quickly assisted, but what i was disgusted by was the fact that the management did not reach out to call , check in or apologize.

Charmaine and her team are fantastic ! Friendly helpful staff .. I loved the bathroom and the bed was pure luxury!

The bed and sheets are super comfortable, best sleep I have ever had in a hotel/BnB and that's telling because I always struggle to sleep in foreign environments. The hotel is in a very nice area, easily accessible. Room was very clean (appreciate the cleaning staff)

The food from the restaurant was not the best, but I'm a picky eater so don't rule it out.

The bed was comfortable and clean

We couldn't check in on-time as our room was not ready, which made us late for the meeting and the receptionist was quite rude about it, also not very helpful in assisting us with clothes that needed to be steamed or ironed for a function, just said they couldn't help. The other guests were noisy and nothing was done about it, also the Bossa next door kept us up most of the night with the drunk noisy patrons sauntering around in the parking lot outside the establishment. The TV didn't work properly, we couldn't access YouTube etc. and the nightlight on my side of the bed didn't work.

Clean and the bedding is refreshing; the bad service was when coming to the issue of food in the evening, this matter of ordering what you must eat is irritating, I had to wait for my food for two (2) hours My colleagues ate and finish in front of me and had to wait with me for my food ended up eating only ice cream and taking doggy bag to eat at the room that must be reviewed rather save buffer

The family room was warm and cosy however you could tell that it wasn't used for some time.

The TV remote batteries were finished and had to switch the TV manually while waiting for a good hour for the new batteries from reception, there was no shower caps provided yet you only have showers, one bottle of water for a family is ridiculous.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean plus spacious. Breakfast was on point every day. We arw definitely coming back

Conveniently located to main routes. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was huge and beds and linen were excellent. Lovely bathroom and shower and fluffy towels. Good blockout curtains for a comfortable sleep. Smart TV with many channels and streaming services loaded. In room coffee machine and mini fridge that kept drinks nice and cold. Convenient free secure parking.

Not much to complain about, as all round very good. However, the establishment next door can get a bit rowdy and the noise did overflow a little at times.

I was in an inter-leading room although the door between the rooms was locked. Unfortunately the doors are not sound proof and the neighbouring family were very noisy which meant a very poor nights sleep.

The staff is more efficient; they are trying their best to satisfy everyone. Overall great improvement across the business. Charmaine, thanks for going extra mile, your "LEADERSHIP ROCKS" and LINDO was great - he will shine with time.

The hotel staff were great, service excellent. They even allowed us to check in early as we arrived at the hotel early in the morning. Also the location is really great.

Took time to check me in. The room wasn't ready by two, had to wait. The room was next to the exit door, thus draft was coming in from under the door, making my room very cold. Bedroom door lock wasn't working properly. Had to check out few hours after check in. The staff was not so helpful in making my stay comfortable. Room was not properly cleaned. Coffee machine not so user friendly. Had a awful overall experience.

The location was very close to the Roodepoort Theatre which is where we needed to be. There is a lovely restaurant called BOSSA next to the hotel which serves amazing food and their service was excellent.

The basin plug in the bathroom was faulty and the complimentary water that was in the room could not be opened

Best stay at Anew with with my wife, we had a great time. The reception was warm welcoming, the food was nice we enjoyed comfortable beds the room was clean.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel with 33 boys on a choir tour. The staff were so patient and accommodating, at one point waiting until 10pm to give us supper after our performance. The manager, Charmaine, could not have been kinder and more willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would need. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff professional and helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in JHB.

The food was not great. The cheesecake i ordered didn't taste fresh, it had notes of fridge in it. Some aspects of the meals were ok but not great. The bar fridge made so much noise at night and there was traffic noise in the passages at night.

The first time I visited ANEW Hotel was in Greenpoint, Cape Town and I had a great time there as everything was perfect, so I came to this one expecting the same service and I was disappointed especially by the cleanliness of the room they placed me in!
