Grande chambre parfaite juste en face de la piscine. Personnels très agréables et attentifs.

The location was great. Enjoyed the pool area and the staff was lovely. Could walk everywhere we wanted to go.
There is not anything that I did not like.
"Hiding in plain sight" in the corner of the main plaza, just behind the giant gorilla (iykyk), Casa Natalia is warm and welcoming. A 10/10 for ambience, charm, air conditioning, attentive service, and gorgeous courtyard with pool. Right in the middle of all the shops and galleries. Lovely host. Our room had a large bathroom and King bed, sitting area, small fridge, TV, and a fantastic private patio with a table and hammock. This all overlooked a stunning, serene pool with tasteful, colorful walls, fountain, and beautiful blue tile. There are cacti and trees in the terraced pool courtyard, all creating a vibe that's somehow simultaneously relaxing and energizing. Nice touches like locally made products in the gift shop, high quality bath products in the rooms, and traditional Mexican hearts in the trees. There is a free coffee/tea station for guests and a menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We only ate breakfast (delicious fresh avocado toast, interesting tomato marmalade) but the menu looked good--Only lacking in on-menu vegetarian offerings. There is a tasteful, resort-worthy tiki bar overlooking the courtyard, and live music Thursday nights. I'd recommend Casa Natalia for (1) Drinks or dinner at their restaurant Cocina during the Thursday Art Walk. (2) Upscsle, safe, personal, boutique accommodation for travelers of any age who can climb a few sets of 2-3 stairs. (3) An arts-loving guest who enjoys a beautiful, quiet pool, (4)Those seeking a more authentic Mexican experience who appreciate great service and English-speaking hosts. (5) A refreshing alternative to predictable corporate branded hotels
Perfect location. Helpful staff. Wonderfull breakfast.
Breakfast was excellent! The staff was thoughtful and friendly!
We also did dinner and ordered the Tacos pastor! These were not great by any means. Dinner was disappointing.
Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel. The pool was perfect. Great location near everything. We loved our visit. Room and especially bed were very comfortable. Having a private patio was great too.
It would be great if they included breakfast in the room rate
This lovely boutique hotel is in a prime location on the plaza. The hotel has a charming quaint homey feel. The staff are amazing and owner Natalie so sweet and welcoming. We have stayed a couple times now and just love the vibe, rooms, pool, staff. Tina is amazing and so welcoming to everyone. Angie and Caesar at the front desk, all the bar staff ( I can’t recall all of their names), we throughly enjoy our stays. The food is very good and a good value. Can’t say enough about this charming hotel. Pet friendly as well!
Can’t think of a thing.
The hotel was fairly quiet when I visited so for most of the stay there was no problem getting sun beds by the pool - the staff were fantastic the room was clean and comfortable and the food was very good. Great location for visiting local restaurants and the square always had some activities in the evening.
Quite a few stairs and no elevator so may present some challenges for people with mobility issues.
The property grounds are beautiful and the room was large and very comfortable.
My room was in the last building, on the top floor, right above the very busy street behind. It was extremely loud with traffic and people, and all the goings on into the wee hours of the morning for both nights that I was there. The room is called Arbol de la Vida, and make sure you do not get this one. I was surprised there wasn’t a small fridge in the room. There would be plenty of space to have this small convenience for guests.
In a great location near the Gallery area with a large restaurant scene Very friendly staff..
Rooms need an upgrade. Towels were rough and pool towels raggedy.Limited English TV. No room telephone to call front desk. Spotty housekeeping. No WiFi for two days w/o backup plan
Quaint boutique style hotel in the heart of San Jose, BCS. If your looking for the very best experience & tasty Margarita's drop by their happy hour, meet Tina your host and the amazing Arturo.. he'll make you any drink that will make you smile. HH .2 Classic Marg's, 290peso..delicious..stay for the food..great kitchen TREVOR B... Vancouver Canada
We loved the location and small size of the hotel. Very charming
Liked everything about it.
Location is perfect and staff are very attentive and accommodating.

It’s a beautiful oasis. I love that the main entrance is on a pedestrian square and the courtyard is so pretty. The restaurant is great. Loved the room with private terrace. Super comfortable mattress the best from our whole trip!
Next time I’ll ask for a different room. Our room was “Abuela” and it was at the top above the perimeter wall and over looking the road. Was a bit noisy for sleeping but but very beautiful overall.
Great staff, excellent location, cute little boutigue hotel. Our third time staying there.
Excellent location, lovely room, pool and breakfast included.
Location was amazing, staff were super friendly and helpful, restaurant was delicious and the overall ambiance was excellent!
Nothing!
Location by the historical and arts town is excellent
Our room was by the noisy road at the end of the hotel - would have preferred a quieter room
Dog friendly
Check out was very confusing
Our stay was for a couple of nights and I have to say we really enjoyed it. The rooms all overlook a long ‘narrowish’ palm tree lined terrace which also has a pool. The room itself offered all we really needed and had the added bonus of a balcony which had a jacuzzi which we made use of on the first night. We also had an evening meal in the hotel’s restaurant- the Mi Cocina - which we enjoyed as we did the breakfasts that we had. The staff we met were also helpful and friendly. The hotel is on a large plaza where there is a variety of shops, some of which are very touristy but there are others that offer high class art, be it pottery, jewellery, paintings and other craft related products. The same could also be found in the side streets as well where there was also a variety of restaurants. Well worth visiting.
We loved our 4-night stay at this sweet hotel on the Plaza in San Jose. Cesar and his staff were welcoming, helpful and quick to respond to our every need. The rooms are just darling. Our second-floor superior (the Barro Room) had a little balcony where we sat and enjoyed coffee and conversation. The martini bar is a nice touch. And you can’t beat the location.
My wife and I have just returned from our third stay at Casa Natalia and we are very much looking forward to more to come. First, people. It is impossible to pick out just one or two for particular praise. Every singe one there is terrific, welcoming, friendly, helpful and all the rest. To a person. Then there are the accommodations which are very comfortable in both the rooms and the public areas--the hotel is built alongside a lovely courtyard and pool and has also a lovely outside dining room. Our rooms have always had small terraces overlooking the central area which are reallly comfortable places to just relax. And then there is the hotel location which is right on the main plaza and so only steps from loads of great restaurants and the like. Sadly the art scene in the area seems to have shriveled from our first visit which was just before covid, but there still are interesting places to explore. The I need also mention that they have a tie-in to the Hotel Garza and its beach club which is just a short Uber ride away and which is lovely, with a nice and protected beach as well as very comfortable chaises with umbrellas and a limited but very nice bar and restaurant. For a relaxing vacation we would be hard pressed to be able to recommend anywhere better, and for us Cabo is just a couple of hours away from home by air. Writing this review makes me want to go back right away and see Nathalie and her colleagues again.
Casa Natalia is truly the cutest place to stay in San José del Cabo. It sits just on the main square, and the bright turquoise building immediately sets the tone for its vibrant and welcoming personality. The hotel has a boutique feel and offers everything you need, including a huge, comfortable bed sprinkled with fresh flowers, a modern bathroom with an excellent hot shower, and a small terrace overlooking the courtyard and pool area. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the courtyard at the restaurant Mi Cocina, and complimentary tea and coffee from the patio bar was such a lovely touch. There is also a small gift shop with beautiful locally made products. The entire ambiance feels warm and genuine, and you really sense that they want you to feel at home. They provide luggage storage, which was perfect for us when we arrived early and again at checkout. We spent the extra time relaxing in the large double hammocks by the pool before heading to the airport. The staff were accommodating, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, greeting us with a lemon drink and a hot towel on arrival. We stayed on the second level, and although there is no lift, carrying our bags up one flight of stairs was no issue. Highly recommended if you are looking for an authentic and charming stay in the heart of San José del Cabo. We will definitely stay again
Excellent experience from start to finish! We booked this hotel after a lot of research and are so happy we chose Casa Natalia. My husband and I traveled with our daughter and her partner and stayed for 5 nights. Casa Natalia staff were helpful with all of our arrangements including transfer from the airport and renting a car. We had to add an extra night at the last minute because of a winter storm in the US and they quickly helped us so we could travel in peace. Angelica, Cesar and all of the staff for both the hotel and restaurant were friendly, informative, professional, and responded promptly to every question and need we had. The rooms are beautiful and spotless. The ambiance is a special retreat with a small pool, sitting areas, artwork, landscaping, bar, restaurant, and gift shop. We stayed in a suite and enjoyed the private hot tub, terrace, and hammock. The bed was comfortable with great linens. The location is perfect -- walk out the door to the plaza and many shops and galleries. The breakfast was delicious. We had dinner in the hotel twice with welcoming waiters and wonderful food (the seafood risotto, the Argentinian flank steak, the guacamole, spicy mango martini, key lime pie, and chicken mole are remarkable). Thank you, Casa Natalia, for this home away from home. Highly recommend!
Casa Natalia was nothing short of amazing. A group of us (11 rooms) stayed there for a small wedding in San Jose del Cabo. To anyone wondering about a place- book this for your wedding or reunion. It was perfect. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the pictures don't do justice to the hotel - it has a wonderful, low key Mexican vibe. The food was great, staff outstanding, and our group of 20 was incredibly happy with everything, enough that they are hoping for a reunion in a few years. The location is central and walkable to everything, they are affiliated with a beach club, the town is very safe, and there were loads of activities to do (or not do, and just enjoy the hammocks, pool, and food). The value was great. We are all grateful to the owner and staff for providing us with such an amazing experience, and I'm sure you'll see many of us in the future.
Great hotel. Great location on town square. Quiet oasis. Nice small pool to cool off in. Rooms lovely and clean. Clean. Restaurant in hotel excellent. A bar in hotel and drinks available by pool.
We have been to hotel, Natalia, three years running and are never disappointed. It’s small, quaint, comfortable, and very pleasant. Located downtown on the Square makes it a perfect place.
Awesome
Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable rooms & chaises by the pool.
Bed could have been more comfortable if mattress didn't have dip in the middle. Found pics a bit misleading due to pic of bar with beach view.
Beautiful and well maintained in great location near square and parking outside of central zone. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful pool for cooling off.
It’s a beautiful little boutique hotel right on the main square. Lots of good restaurants and shopping all around. We loved the room and the pool and the grounds.
Decor and layout
The Hotel is marketed as luxury boutique hotel. Unfortunately I could not see the luxury and was disappointed. The hotel is well located in the heart of the city, so you can walk to the main points in the city. Most staff members are very friendly, this fact was really appreciated. However we are far from a luxury hotel. The rooms are very basic, water in the shower is running extremely slow, the furniture of the room is very dated and needs an urgent upgrade. Breakfast is very simple and basic. There was a problem with my reservation (they did not find it) and the way this was handled was a bit unpleasant. The room cost including taxes was 450 USD. This is definitely too much for this dated and simple place. It is a pity because most staff members are very nice… maybe they can upgrade it, then it could be nice.
Staff was great and the room was very charming. Restaurant was very good as well.
Nothing I can think of. It was a 10+ experience
Location, right on the square. Nice room . Good size. Porch. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. TV with US networks, US cable channels have an option to change language to English.
Shower water not hot.
This was our fourth time staying at Casa Natalia. As always, the staff are friendly and very accommodating. The food amazing. The location super convenient. Mellow atmosphere. A little problem with lack of hot water in one room, but they graciously moved us to a better room. We will be back.
This little hotel has everything you need. The pool is lovely, the food is amazing and the people are so friendly they felt like family after a few short days. Just at the edge of the plaza you are near all of the action and just a short ride to the beach.
Loved the central location. The staff made us feel like family. Always friendly and eager to help. Great to have an in house restaurant when we didn't want to leave and go out. You must try the chooxlate chicken!
2nd time we have stayed there. We really enjoyed our first stay. This time, mixed feelings. Pros: Best location in San Jose. Right on the square. Close to EVERYTHING! Excellent staff Good parking Great pool Small and attentive Cons Didn’t care for the room. Upstairs . ( downstairs are much better). Weird painted face on the wall. Their take on making it an art pierce failed. Makes you feel like someone is watching you. Display case on the outside of the room depicted “ small various statues of devils”. Strange taste in art. One small bottle of water in the room. They said just to “fill up the bottle at the bar downstairs when needed. ( when 92 degrees it’s a lot of trips). We stayed 2 nights and they never replaced the water. Complementary margaritas when checking in, along with a refreshing iced non alcoholic drink. Good call. Very welcoming staff. Gave it 3 stars this time because of those things afore mentioned. Things I believe important but may not be to others. Most likely would stay there again ( with a room downstairs). The location alone is worth it.
It was a complete disaster staying at this location. Do not book this hotel at all. Unless you want jump through your own window to get in through the hotel. Be outside with no accommodations when the power goes out. So if you want do all of those things, please book with them.
The day we arrived there was a power outage, not the hotels fault but the way it was handled was awful. We were sitting at the pool for over 5 hours since it was too hot in the room and there was no running water. We were checked in on 1x, there was no other customers at the hotel so not sure why nobody could come update us or just offer some ice water since we were dying in the heat. Also if you have mobility issues, this is not a great hotel for you. My mother has limited mobility and there are stairs everywhere, to the rooms to the pool to the front desk, everywhere! Then my sister in law got locked out of her room and they couldn't get the door open, she had to jump through a window to open it herself because they said they couldn't get a locksmith. After sharing our concerns the manager offered us a single hotel room at another hotel for the night while things were fixed. We originally booked 2 rooms with them, once I pointed that out she offered us 2 rooms. We ended up staying at the other hotel because we didn't want any more stress or tension on our trip. Again there are things that hotels can't control like power outages, but the way you handle it or customer concerns makes a huge difference.
It's a beautiful hotel that is centrally located with shops and restaurants around.
The hotel is nice. The food is terrible. And overpriced Also, the Wi-Fi is horrific if you’re staying in a room that is below the pool be prepared to not be able to do anything. They also should upgrade their TV so that people can use their own Netflix accounts and what not.
Really cool hotel with a great pool in the patio. The staff was very friendly during check in and at the bar/restaurant. I liked my room, but it had almost no natural light (not their fault). I didn't love that it was a shared balcony with the room next door (it didn't feel super secure as a solo woman traveler). Room was very clean and spacious and had good air conditioning. The first night there was some huge event going on until late into the night with music blasting, which they apologized for and said that it was not normal at all to have the noise. Sure enough, it was really quiet the next night. I would definitely recommend this spot for people who want to interact with San Jose del Cabo instead of being at the beach resorts.
Casa Natalia is a wonderful boutique hotel nestled in art distric t of San Jose de Cabo. There are a number of wonderful restaurants around and it's ambience is amazing. The surrounding plaza is great for exploring the culture and experience of Cabo.
A great location in centro. Amazing staff from April (Abril) to Fernando and Christian. A very special mention goes to Tina. She is such a ball of energy and sunshine. Always a smile on her face and always happy to see you. We love her ❤️ We booked a suite with a SPA tub on the patio. Great space, clean. The only downside about our suite is it backs into a main street so you hear all the traffic noise day and night. Thank goodness for ear plugs. Food service is very good. They even accommodated some request for our vegan diet.
We came down for breakfast one day, requested the same thing as we did every day (fruits and small salad and we mentioned avocado toast) immediately Cesar stated "i will have to charge you $10 US dollars for each!" Not saying let me see what was done before and come back to us. He just wanted the money. And $10 for a tiny bowl of arugula and some tomatoes is a rip off. He was argumentative, rude and obnoxious about it. After that run in, we saw him not even 5 minutes later and asked him to cancel. He told us it was already done and ready and went away to get it. He returned 15 minutes later with it. So much for being ready. He later apologized to my wife and I refused to have any dealings with him. The thing for me is not the money. If it was, I would not have stayed for a week here. It was the way he approached the situation. He should have checked first what was done then tell us about the money. Had he done so, I would not have had any issues. Needs some people skills training to tone it down a bit.
Very cool design hotel with a lot of taste. Very friendly staff. Very clean.
location was great bar staff great pool was amazing
clothing items went missing , I'm thinking they were taken with the towels or something? but it included colorful linen pants, and I turned the room upside down and could never find them cleaning staff also left our room unlocked
Nice rooms, great owner, friendly staff, excellent food
Great location and wonderful hotel!
It is a great property for walking around San Jose during the day or night. Very safe.
They could not find my prepaid reservation for quite some time and we stay there are a regular basis. Very disappointed. We love this hotel and will stay there again. The usual manager is much more efficient. We will stay there again soon. Hopefully this will be fixed
I was looking for a place that was quiet and quaint and this was it!
Modern Mexican design with all the comforts you could desire. Fantastic location and very attentive staff.
Was a bit more pricey than we normally would spend, but worth it.
The environment the location and the food
Nice environment and location good food and good service
Best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Super romantic, private. Staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable. Bar service outstanding. Didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return!
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Beautiful and boutique style property with helpful service. Was exactly like the photos, clean, and well upkept. Really enjoyed the amenities and found it very quiet after the dinner music. The pillows could be a bit more plush.
We love coming to Casa Natalia so much, we brought our friends. They loved it as much as we do. Quiet, quaint, and relaxing.
A great location in centro. Amazing staff from April (Abril) to Fernando and Christian. A very special mention goes to Tina. She is such a ball of energy and sunshine. The only downside about our suite is it backs into a main street so you hear all the traffic noise day and night. Thank goodness for ear plugs. Food service is very good. The even accommodated some request for our vegan diet. All in all, I would have given the place 5 out of 5 if it was not for an incident with Cesar. We came down for breakfast one day, requested the same thing as we did every day (fruits and small salad and we mentioned avocado toast) immediately he stated i will have to charge you $10 US dollars for each! Not saying let me see what was done before and come back to us. He just wanted the money. And $10 for a tiny bowl of arugula and some tomatoes is a rip off. After visiting Cabos San Lucas several times, we selected San Jose Del Cabo for a different vibe. We hadn’t stayed in San Jose for about 20 years. We selected Casa Natalie for its super central location and walkability. CHECK IN: We arrived early and met with Fernando who was working the front desk. Fernando was fantastic and assisted us with booking a beach club day pass for the following day at the Hotel El Ganzo to which they have an affiliation. We waited a couple of ours, and our room was ready. ROOM: We were assigned a “superior” room, which was called the Romantica on the ground level. The room was well-decorated with ceramic or pottery cherubs and other eclectic decor on the walls. To enter the room, you first had enter a lockable solid wood door that led to an open air patio. To enter the actual room, you have to enter a sliding glass door that doesn’t lock. As the room being on the ground floor, this was a security concern. I reported the concern, and a different person working the evening shift at the front desk gave me a key. The key fit the sliding glass door lock, but the locking mechanism would not allow the key to turn. As a result, we couldn’t secure it. We reported this to the same person who said maintenance would look at it the following day. This never occurred. It seems the sliding glass doors are not intended to be locked. Again, this is a security issue as the room is on the ground floor. The four foot wall to the patio could easily be jumped by an intruder. BREAKFAST: Our breakfast was included in our stay. The menu was limited, but it was very good. Regarding the breakfast service, it was fantastic. We had the same female server each day, but I didn’t note her name. POOL: The pool is somewhat small but perfect for the hotel size. The water temperature appeared to be around 85 Fahrenheit, which was great. Occupancy appeared to be low, so the pool was never crowded. We actually only interacted with three people at the pool the entire week. HOUSEKEEPING: For housekeeping and related service, you must make a request at the front desk each day before 11:00 AM. When we did remember to ask, the housekeeping staff did a great job. BEACH CLUB ACCESS: Casa Natalia has a relationship with nearby Hotel El Ganzo, which is a short Uber drive away. The cost is $1200 pesos each, but you get 50 percent off. So, for one person the cost is $600 pesos, and you can apply $400 pesos of the $600 to food and drinks. We really enjoyed the food, chill atmosphere, drinks, and service. If visiting the beach club is for you, Casa Natalia will make same day arrangements. If Hotel El Ganzo is full with their own guests, you’ll have to try another day. CHECKOUT: Checkout was a breeze. Cesar was friendly, welcoming, and professional. We actually had a chance to interact with Cesar on a few occasions, and he was always attentive. SERVICE: The service was good, but Fernando and Cesar were very good. We appreciated their hard work. It appears based on the boutique nature of the hotel, employees do multiple jobs, which pulls them away from their primary duties. There were times when we had to wait several minutes to order a drink at the bar (because the bartender was outside helping load or unload items outside) or when we needed our check (because the server was helping in the kitchen). These issues aren’t deal breakers, one just needs to have patience. It should be noted that for dinner, the hotel restaurant (Mi Cocina) was very busy and being patronized by the public. At these times, there were several employees around, and they were hustling. A return visit might be considered. If you’re interested in a centrally located boutique hotel and have patience, you should enjoy Casa Natalia.
Casa Natalia is in a perfect location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach was about a mile away and provided a nice running path to/from the hotel and the avenue by the beach. The pool was small but perfect for our group. The balcony was a lovely spot to relax.
Stylish, large rooms, nice patio, tastefully decorated, great location right on the Plaza,
Small quaint clean and quiet
Casa Natalia is a beautiful little hotel just bursting with color and personality and (for lack of a better word) Mexican-ness. It immerses guests in culture. Local art is everywhere, hanging from the trees, on the walls of the courtyard restaurant and in each unique room. Everyone we encountered on staff treated their guests with great kindness and warmth. Our room was beautiful, private and comfortable with its own hammock on a little terrace edged with bougainvillea and hibiscus. The high ceiling made it feel extra spacious. The pool is small but beautiful, the loungers and hammocks are comfy and shaded and the margaritas go down easy. Parking is around the corner in a small private lot. Mi Cocina, the restaurant at the hotel, is very nice for lunch and dinner (closed Tuesdays) and serves a tasty breakfast. You can walk everywhere in San José Centro from the hotel, including shopping and so many good restaurants. We walked to the estuary for birdwatching one morning. It's a bit longer walk to the beach. We prefer San José to Cabo San Lucas for its quieter atmosphere and like to explore on our own, finding lunch spots and local beers. We borrowed beach chairs and ventured out to a different playa every day, walked around town, sat in the plaza and watched families out enjoying the evening with their little kids on bikes and roller skates. People playing music, eating churros, taking line dancing lessons. The last time we were in San José del Cabo, we splurged on a very stylish 5-star hotel, full of well-heeled American influencers posing for selfies and eating $50 burgers. We like Casa Natalia much better.
A note (not a dislike!): you'll find lots of stairs at Casa Natalia, down from the plaza to reception, down to the courtyard, up to our room, down two steps from bathroom to shower. Mobility-impaired guests could find it challenging. To a great extent, this is true of much of San José Centro, which is an old town with old streets, lots of steps and steep sidewalks.
The staff was super
Beautiful property with lots of artsy touches. So many comfortable places to relax.
We loved our stay at Casa Natalia. Everyone who works there is lovely. The location is fantastic. The hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I can't say enough how much we liked staying there. 100% recommend and we would stay there again.
Friendly staff, quiet location, access to old town, excellent restaurant, plenty of hot water
Nothing
Convenient location to down town
Lovely hotel. Perfect location. Tina that works here is a ray of sunshine ☀️. Great Margs and salsa. I enjoyed chatting with her. Great food! Everything is organic. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommend. Great vibe. Friendly people.
Excellent hotel, will definitely be back!
The location is perfect. All staff were very friendly except one older gentleman.
There was no running water between 12am-7am on May 4th, though. Water presion for shower was bad. An older gentleman at reception was not too friendly, and he seemed to be upset when I asked questions about parking.
Great property and staff. Food and drinks excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very well maintained. Pretty much everything was excellent!!
Only small detractor was the parking situation, especially during the Art Walk. Somewhat inconvenient but secure and attendant, Luis was very helpful. Very minor. Hardly worth mentioning.
Wonderful hotel with a great restaurant and professional friendly staff.
Wonderful stay overall in a great location, but some shortcomings: no phone in the room and hence had to walk to frontdesk with questions about wifi hookup. Second, while room service food was tasty and well served, the calamari and seafood risotto portions were small. Shower was old and a bit grimy. Finally, this boutique hotel is lovely overall, but overpriced considering the flaws I mentioned.
