The room is very small

Great location. Very professionally run. Our room was nice, with a balcony, but we paid for it. We had a couple decent dinners there.

The breakfast. Same everyday. Powdered eggs, chicken bangers, stewed tomatoes, drastically bad ham. Would have loved a microwave and fridge in room, but that we could live with.

Some staff were nice

i had to change my room as basin cracked, toilet set broken and carpet stained, I was then told hotel full and I could only have a smaller room, they told me that they had given me and upgrade with first room and when the put me in a smaller room was offered no compensation or even a free meal.

We had a lovely courtyard room to enjoy. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very professional. Location to all the various districts in downtown Dublin made it a great choice. Everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend.

Overall good experience, the rooms are comfortable and clean, location is convenient (5-7 minutes walk from the center), breakfast is nice.

There were 2 this that we think that needs8 some thought 1. Parking - we couldn't get a space in the hotel parking, so the hotel send its guests to park in a public parking lot (with pay), to get to the parking by car it takes 14-21 minutes driving (depends on the traffic), walking to the parking takes 7-9 minutes. We had a difficulty finding the parking garage (google map didn't direct us correctly, we had to drive back to the hotel to get a printed map, took us about an hour) 2. Breakfast being served till 09:45 - we have missed it on the first day

Muy buena ubicación. En pleno centro. Personal del hotel encantador (tanto los recepcionistas como los camareros del bar). La habitación limpia y muy tranquila, nuestra habitación no daba a la calle y no se escuchaba ningún ruido del exterior.

Por decir algo, el baño no es muy grande y en nuestra habitación había bañera (no ducha), lo cual considero menos cómodo.

Breakfast staff were a bit rude and service was incredibly slow to even get seated at the table. Items were badly labelled and in different places. Breakfast tables were too small.

De locatie is prima.

De badkamer is echt geen 4 sterren waard. Je moest douchen in de badkuip en de glazen wand/deur had een lekkage waardoor er gewoon water op de badkamer vloer lag dus alles nat. Die lekkage hebben ze gewoon zoveel mogelijk kit tussen gespoten wat uiteraard weer lekker verschimmeld was.

No gluten free options for late night room service. The pre made sandwiches & pizza which were available were not gluten free. Room small, no bath , very small shower.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect location in Dublin city centre! Trinity City Hotel is just a short walk to Trinity College — super convenient for sightseeing. The airport bus the next morning was also right nearby, making an early departure totally stress-free. I didn't book breakfast as I left very early, but the service was top-notch and the hotel environment was lovely. Very professional staff — would definitely stay here again! ✈️🏨

The location was unbeatable, with top attractions like Trinity College and prime shopping areas just a short walk away. Plus, being steps from the Dublin Express bus stop made getting to and from the airport effortless, and the room was cleaned everyday.

For a 4-star price point, the lack of basic amenities like an in-room mini fridge, along with a broken bathroom door (which was fixed only after we reported), was disappointing. And, with one of the two elevators out of order, guests and staff had to share the single working lift to move supplies (particularly in early afternoon), resulting in long waits. For this price point, functioning infrastructure and standard conveniences are expected.

The hotel was brilliant. In a great, central location to see the delights of Dublin. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a vast selection of delicious food.

The bed and the shower were lovely. Spacious and contemporary.

Nos obligaron a cargar una garantía en el check-in un 25% superior al coste previsto del alojamiento, luego el día posterior al check-out, en vez de devolvernos el 25% de diferencia, nos cargaron el propio coste, sin haber devuelto la garantía 5 días después, tengo por tanto un cargo adicional del 125% del coste y mi tarjeta de crédito, que evidente se ha bloqueado. He reclamado por email, y 24 horas después en día laborable no han contestado. No hay derecho de obrar así y además no atenderte.

Het reinigen van de kamers liet soms te wensen over, moeten vragen om water voor op de kamer(niet automatisch aangevuld). En de airco in de kamer is niet fatsoenlijk te regelen en staat recht op het bed gericht

Some of the staff was over expectations and very helpful and some of the staff very rude. As part of price parking promised valeting included ( as they offer car valet over the website and in hotel entrance too ) and car wasn’t touched. I especially asked as I thought car valet is extra pay and I wouldn’t mind to pay extra if they are offering and I was told in reception valet is included already in price for parking, but it never happened. Ordered room service for two pizzas very late in night and as it was girls trip, some of us already have been after shower and wanted to pick up our food at the door of the room , the night porter strolled in middle of the bedroom even I told him twice “it’s ok to leave it at the door”. I only had a top and underwear and one of my friend was wrapped in towel only, very uncomfortable situation which make all our stay very disappointed. I felt very unsecured. And as only happens not even 24hrs ago since I’m writing this, still feeling very disgusted by the situation. As I stayed in so many hotels before for much longer time and less money this never experienced. We definitely will be back in Dublin but definitely won’t be back in Trinity. Very sorry for few people have loosing the reputation as it looks good for first sight

Some of the staff were excellent. However the night staff were pretty poor.

Everything goes downhill at around 11.30am. Once the night time staff take over, you are made to feel unwelcome. They just want you to go to bed. We are on holiday. In our 4 nights I spent north of €1000 on food and drinks , but they don't care.

Einer der beiden zentralen Lifte ist gerade während des Touristenansturms ausgefallen und konnte nicht bis zum nächsten Tag wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden.

Trinity City Hotel was the perfect location for our short, four-day trip to Dublin. It is centrally located near Trinity City College and has easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and provided us with many recommendations.

We booked a room for three singles on Booking.com. Upon check-in, we were told we would have a room with a double bed and one single. Front desk staff advised us to call ahead in the future to ensure three single beds for a triple-occupancy room.

The hotel was very clean, well managed, and centrally located in Dublin with most major attractions within a 10-15 min walk of the hotel. The staff were also very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable— Vincent and Aravind were very helpful.

Lovely hotel, great location and facilities. Room upgrade was appreciated and nice cocktails in the bar. Reception, bar and staff cleaning the rooms were excellent.

Breakfast not good! Thursday morning queued 15 minutes for table, with lots of other guests, several items missing: eggs, butter, milk and teaspoons not on the table, no ketchup - when asked was told everything would be 3 minutes, time was running out as service stopped at 09.45 PROMPT! Ran out of pastries and croissants at around 09.30 - should have been replenished, by now I was fed up of asking!! Similar problems the next day, so on our third day booked and went to Bewleys for a fabulous cooked breakfast.

Location is great, easy walking distance to Trinity, Temple Bar, Grafton Street and O Connell Street. Breakfast was nice, staff were nice

При бронировании я конкретно написала свои пожелания,при заселении на ресепшен мне сказали , что учли все пожелания. При заселении в номер , я увидела , что ничего не учли , окна из номера выходят на мусорные баки , постоянно под окнами наркоманы и окно открыть невозможно, идет вонь от мусорных баков и шум от мусоровозов ! При бронировании на букинге фото не соответствуют действительности! Окна совершенно другие в номере , на ресепшен конечно же всю ответственность с себя сняли ! И конечно же сказали, что все номера заняты и заменить не на что ! Я возмущена и очень недовольна! Очень неприятные впечатления остались, когда тебе на ресепшен улыбаются и врут !

Lo staff decisamente insufficiente.La prima notte camera assegnata, dopo lunghi conciliaboli tra lo staff, con aria condizionata non funzionante ( 28 gradi a Dublino!) cambiata il giorno dopo e upgrade grazie all’intervento del responsabile del ricevimento. All’atto del check out addebitata doppia preautorizzazione, non ancora stornata dalla carta di credito , anche qui lunghe discussioni per capire l’accaduto

Vincent was kind, welcoming, and took immediate action to help us get comfortable after our travels such as getting us coffees & teas, and informing us about breakfast!

Great experience! My wife and I arrived at 6AM and as soon as we entered and checked in, Vincent made us feel right at home, grabbing us coffee as soon as we sat down. It was exactly what we needed after a 6 hour red eye flight.

Vincent was fabulous. He was very accommodating and friendly from the second we walked through the door after a very long flight.

This was a great hotel. The location was perfect, it's beautiful, and everyone was very helpful and attentive. Alberto made our stay extra special. He took care of us at dinner the first night we were there and it made us want to eat there every night. He truly knows how to make guests feel special and taken care of! Top notch service! Everyone in the three generations of my family that were there would agree.

Vincent, was able to help us with everything we needed and then some during the late hours of the night. He was a pleasure.

Alberto helped our family during our final dinner in Ireland, and he gave us the best service we experienced during our entire 10-day trip. He was incredibly attentive, warm, and especially wonderful with our kids. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. After an amazing trip through Ireland, Alberto helped make our last evening especially memorable. It was the perfect way to end our vacation. Thank you, Alberto!

This is a great hotel. We loved everything about our stay! Let's start with the location. It's just a short stroll across the street to Trinity College, and from there you can easily walk to Grafton Street and St. Stephen's Green. We didn't have time to get to Temple Bar, but that's only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel as well. The location really couldn't have been better for us. The staff at reception was amazing. Brendan, in particular, was so kind, friendly, helpful and patient, while also being incredibly professional. He made us feel very welcome. We had a family room with a queen bed and two twin beds, one on either side. The room was unexpectedly large, which was such a pleasant surprise, and the four of us were very comfortable. The lobby is also lovely and welcoming. I really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here and would absolutely stay again. And if you do stay here, make sure you walk over to Bewley's Oriental Café for a coffee, and stop for lunch at The Bailey, one of Dublin's historic pubs. They have a lovely outdoor café, and John, the manager, made sure we had a great experience there as well. A wonderful stay in a terrific Dublin location!
