The location was perfect for CSM concert It’s unfortunate that WILLOWS LODGE Price for a room with tax $600 for one night, especially on a concert night is price gouging, while I was staying there, I got online and it was cheaper to book 2 days before the event on Sun 8/9/26… Besides the pricing, what the hell it doesn’t say anything about no elevator in trying to lug suitcases up staircases is unbelievable understand the nostalgic and how old Willow Lodge recovering get with the times and people have disabilities. How do you manage that? So I’m over 65 with a disability and I had to call Hurst- people to help me get my suitcases up the staircase as you know, there’s no hotel rooms on the main floor. The grounds are gorgeous. The spa looked wonderful, however being in the concierge arena for many years, and I have signed up many clients to come to WILLOWS launch, and never visited myself., I would not refer any of my colleagues, patients clients or family members to your hotel…. Lastly, I left a message for the brand new general manager Robel after talking w front desk gal Lona, Very helpful she gave me the information. I left a message for him and no return call at all. It’s two weeks into the job And no courtesy call back to his gas specially, after a complaint. So in essence, paying $600 for one night stay could’ve paid that for a five star resort on the water for one night just wasn’t worth the value plus I will report to the ADA that you do not have an elevator for disabled guest. thank you but not really cuz I brought a group their friends, and they really liked it but their complaint was the same to BARKING 🐸 FROG was the best thing ever cross the way the restaurant
SEE ABOVE NO ELEVATOR - to take up luggage to room, I’m over 65 w mobility challenges! WHERES YOUR ADA PILICY FOR YOUR GUEST SO THEY ARE forced to do acts that may/could injury your guest w no elevator HIGH PRICE $600 on a Sun night stay 8/9 When Fri before it was $425 plus tax Wtf
Absolutely stunning, complementary wine at check in
All was great
Great service, everyone was very thoughtful and friendly.
Barking Frog
Good food and good service
Nice rooms. Beds comfy. Need better shades if you are facing west. They have a lot of events there, so sometimes other patio/garden area is closed. Beautiful gardens and areas to stroll. Not sure if they had a pool? Didn’t look.
As previously said, the lack of good blackout shades because the blinds didn’t fit windows. Could be loud at night if near road (events on property or at lavender farm across street). Need better soundproofing. Room service made a few errors…took a lot of work to get final bill reconciled. Super nice people, but need more training for F&B and front desk.
Check-in was strange. I paid for a Nicer room and they wanted to put me facing the parking lot. They said it was because I was trying to check in early. Came back 5 minutes later, talked to someone else, and they gave me the room I paid for. I don’t like games like that. Checking out, they threw random charges on my credit card. Just because they have my credit card doesn’t mean they can just charge it when they feel like it.
Location is gorgeous! Atmosphere is exceptional! Rooms are outstanding! The extras in the “nicest” rooms make a good value. The hotel and spa and rooms and gardens are impeccably clean and in excellent order! Noise level was livable, I was right off the lobby and could hear the music from the main dining area, Fireside. The front desk, room service, and spa team were above expectations! The bidet and toilet seat warmer, towel warmer, and jacuzzi tub with bath salts and lavender oil made for a relaxing experience!
My family and I had a wonderful time during our recent stay. The grounds are beautiful, and the hotel manages to balances luxury and a wooden lodge vibe well. The rooms are large and pleasant, and the balconies overlook beautiful gardens and woods. I was a little worried that my teenagers would be bored, but they had a wonderful time. Every aspect of our visit was excellent: the bikes for checkout and the bike trail nearby, being able to walk to a venue for a concert, the spa, the grounds, and the restaurants were all lovely.
Beautiful settings, very romantic, excellent and well-equipped rooms, great customer service! Highly recommend!!!
Great experience. There is multitude of amenities/events to explore. I felt they were fairly priced and offered a variety of discounts/perks.
From the moment I arrived at Willows Lodge, everything was exceptional. The complimentary glass of wine at check in was a nice touch. I was visiting for the incredible dining experience at The Herbfarm, but I have to say that my stay at Willows Lodge was just as memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.
We stayed here for our wedding weekend and we cannot recommend the Willows Lodge enough. The hospitality and warm service is top notch and they were so accommodating of all our requests. They truly made our wedding weekend so much more special.
Beautiful property and rooms. Within walking distance to so many wineries. Great for a quick night or weekend away.
Lovely property with a GREAT location for visiting the local wineries. It's pricey, but was worth it. Shuttle was very handy for weather, but most things were walkable.
Ourt latest visit to Willows Lodge and Barking Frog was absolutely wonderful. This idyllic oasis is a very special place.
I loved staying at Willows Lodge. It was such a peaceful wonderful stay. The room was great, the surroundings were beautiful, and the it was overall just a great trip. I would absolutely book another stay here if I'm in the area again.
We went to the Willows Lodge to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in a Nicer king room which was immediately warm and relaxing. Our balcony faced into the courtyard which we enjoyed drinking our complimentary glass of wine from reception. Even though it is July, we enjoyed the fireplace too for the ambiance. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable -mattress and linens dreamy. It was quiet and peaceful at night. There was live music in the courtyard in the evening which we could enjoy from our balcony or the courtyard. We took the available bicycles to a winery near by and took a spin down the trail along the river before dinner at the Barking Frog. Dinner was delicious, the service was excellent, and the restaurant continues the gorgeous ambiance of the grounds; beautiful flowers, plants, water features and a sense of calm. We got to enjoy the end of the live music after dinner. Next day we enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna and an unexpected thunderstorm from our cozy room. We highly recommend you come enjoy a short or a long stay at the Willows Lodge. You will unwind, eat delicious food, have an adventure, relax in a hot tub, sauna or step it up to a spa experience. Big kids have wine tastings in walking or biking distance. Or a stroll through the gardens, a glass of wine and amazing snacks.
My best friend and I came to Willows Lodge for a relaxing get away - and that is exactly what we got. The spa, hot tub and Sauna were perfect and the food and The Barking Frog was delicious.
Good location
Dirty dishes left outside rooms overnight and still there 9 am No house keeping done during 2 night stay
Beautiful, tranquil setting with well-trained staff. Gorgeous room and great location walking distance to trails and dining.
Friendly staff and relaxing experience. Restaurants had excellent service, food was mid. Spa massage was very relaxing. Easy walk to wineries and events.
Willows lodge is located very close to Chateau Ste Michelle and DeLille wineries. You can even walk to them from the hotel. Upon check in , we were greeted with a glass of wine and given directions to our spacious room. Our suite had a huge tub, fireplace, comfy chairs and table big enough for two people to eat a meal. Friday morning was our first morning at the hotel and there was a message inviting us to join them for miMOWsas while their grounds crew took care of the landscaping. We thought that was such a nice, unexpected touch. We didn’t have time to enjoy the restaurants on site but were able to stop in to the Fireside lounge for a drink. They had live music and an incredible view of the property. In addition to the other extras I mentioned, there are also granola bars, fruit, hot tea and coffee in the morning and cold water in the afternoon. The extras really made the stay feel special.
Great location to access the wineries and the wonderful forests mountains and islands around Seattle. Restaurants within walking distance and free coffee and breakfast bars available for early risers. property has a great courtyard bar with fire and seating outside. Only slight issue was that this area closed at 10pm because of risks of noise to guest rooms surrounding the courtyard. We loved our stay here in July 2026.
The suite we stayed in (the herb garden) was beautiful and comfortable. The robes were amazing. We ordered room service from the barking frog for most meals and it was so delicious. They gave us champagne to celebrate our recent marriage! All the staff were great.
Great spot across from a beautiful Lavender field. Gardens at the hotel were amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the dining options both onsite and nearby. Everything was clean. Enjoyed the sparkling water self-service dispenser. Could see Mt Rainier from our room.
The room was very clean and spacious. However the towels were not plush and seemed to be a bit old. Upon check out we were charged an extra $35 plus tax which was described as an amenities fee. We travel a lot and have never encountered this.
My wife and I stayed at Willows Lodge recently while on vacation in area. It was big disappointment when I was notified there was issue in reservation system and we were forced to take lower level room. I booked the room in Dec 2025 for Jun 2026 visit. We were the ones impacted by their issue. They initially offered $50 resort credit and we settled on $200 resort credit. Still did not sit well with us and soured the entire visit. Best thing about visit is location and breakfast at the Barking Frog. The rooms need a refresh and getting little aged. Buyer beware on room when booking.
My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary weekend here and it was exceptional! We stayed in the "Nicer" room and it was huge, quiet, comfortable and we had a great view of the zen garden. The hotel and room was so clean and the staff were fantastic - we will be back!
部屋のお風呂は良かった 公共のウォーターサーバーもありがたかった 部屋も広いし清潔だし、ワイナリー巡りにも最適な場所です

So surprised at the high ratings of this property. Rooms and service are not worth the high cost. There is no service level - no one to help with bags, doors, no gracious service experience - which is off for the cost of the room. We had a small suite and cost was over $1,200. The rooms are out dated - early 2000's northwest look - slate floors, dated artwork. There is a noisy happy hour on the ground floor. If you are staying above that it is very loud and you can hear from your room. The grounds are very pretty. The spa experience is also overpriced for the experience. They are charging 4/5 star prices but acting like it is a 3-star hotel. I would much rather stay at the Fairmont there are actual service standards. We went to the Barking Frog for breakfast and service was also lacking and food OK. They must be riding on corporate parties - and overnights from Herbfarm. I would never stay here again.
We were here for a company celebration after ten years of working together. The Willows is such a beautiful setting, with wonderful staff, food, ambience, and rooms. Very comfortable and quiet.
This lodge is in such amazing location and very close to the tasting rooms. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Did order room service from barking frog and dined there and the food was amazing! They are very accommodating for Gluten allergies. Highly recommend staying here and will be staying here in the future!
Perfect for the romantic gateway
My wife and I spent a great night at the lodge. The nicer room was very spacious and had a big jetted tub. Right outside, we had access to the sauna and jacuzzi. The place is quiet and serene.
This isn't our first time here, we go back because its a tranquil , relaxing, peaceful please to get away as a couple. It is far enough out there to feel away and the rooms are amazing , you can spend the whole time in the room lol. Smells amazing , service is always amazing.
Beautiful Willows Lodge, always a luxurious and relaxing stay. Whether it's eating casually at Fireside or more chef-driven at Barking Frog we always enjoy trying new drinks and food. Rooms are so comfortable and clean with added luxuries like the fireplace and soaking tub. Truly enjoy relaxing in bed and streaming my fave shows through the Chromecast. The service at Willows is outstanding whether it be at check-in or at one of the restaurants. Outside, the grounds are immaculately maintained with gorgeous landscaping and walking paths. Nearby wine tastings abound with more delicious food and drink. We stay here at least once per year and always enjoy our time in Woodinville and at Willows Lodge!
We stayed at Willows Lodge for a long weekend. The staff were friendly and low key. The room was lovely and quiet. Nobody bothered us about anything. We had breakfast at the Barking Frog several times and it was delicious and fairly priced. The convenience if you're dining at the Herbfarm can't be beat.
The rooms were amazing. I was very comfortable and slept so well. The walks around the property were very scenic and relaxing, and the food was delicious.
The room was lovely and we really enjoyed the complementary bikes. We love to cycle and the bike paths are excellent. You could also walk into Woodinville, which is only about a mile and a half on the path. Wonderful to have complementary coffee in the morning and even some fruit. We didn’t have time to use the spa, but I’m sure it would’ve been enjoyable.
The rain. But we had sunny days as well!
Great experience as always! clean and attention to detail always 10 out of 10 staff wonderful great customer service 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
Overall, this is a nice hotel with a lovely spa and a delicious on-site restaurant. The location offers plenty of hiking opportunities, which is paramount to me. Check-in was easy, but don't expect someone there to take your bags. There is a self-park with a large parking lot. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. Truly beautiful and peaceful. The Wi-Fi doesn't play well with Apple products, so we had to get help to achieve login. Now, here is the big issue. We booked "The Nicest Suite." Although I asked for a quiet room, this one is directly above the bar, with an outdoor bar under the bedroom window. Most nights there is live music. As you can imagine, this does not lend itself to a peaceful night's sleep, especially if you retire early or have arrived after a long day of travel from another time zone. The first two nights we were there were PAINFUL. There was a LOUD Jazz band which played until after 9 pm for the first two nights, then a two-night respite. After that, there was a nice acoustic guitarist, with no amps or drums, which was actually nice. I wish I knew what kind of organizational planning went into having a live band and a bar under a room. It is insanity. So, if you want a quiet stay, be sure to ask where your room is and if the LOUD Jazz band will be playing while you are there if you book Room 219. Overall, this is a pleasant hotel, and I will return if I am in that area again; however, I will definitely inquire to make sure I have a room in a quiet area, or not stay when loud music is scheduled, as it will interrupt my sleep and cause migraines.
Willows Lodge is our favorite place to stay. Quiet, restful, beautiful - just lovely. The amenities are exceptional, particularly the Barking Frog. Perfect.
Just quick 2 hour drive from home The Woodinville lodge will not disappoint! It is a fantastic weekend away. Come with friend or do a romantic getaway.
We absolutely loved our stay at Willows Lodge and did not want to leave! The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. There were so many thoughtful touches to the check-in process, the room itself, and the grounds. It felt like we were staying in a room at the spa it was so serene and clean. The location is also absolutely perfect if you would like to enjoy the Woodinville area. We also had very relaxing, high-quality treatments at the Willows Spa.
Beautiful location, great staff.
Nothing....everything was great!
Always outstanding. Our home away from home for 25 years. Staff, great accommodations, fantastic food. Willows is one of a kind .
Second time here for an anniversary weekend. They don't disappoint! Room was immaculate, check-in was easy, grounds were beautifully maintained, location is peak.
Wonderful lodge with all the trimmings. Highly recommend that you make dining reservations when you book the hotel. An easy walk to the town's wine and food experiences.
The rooms were stunning!
Nothing
We stayed two nights, Friday and Saturday to celebrate our 35th anniversary. We took our two small fur babies with us and had a great time. We dinner in the Fireside Lounge the 1st night and really enjoyed it. We had room service for breakfast on Saturday morning and experienced Easter brunch at in Barking Frog on Sunday.
Loved our stay - our room was peaceful and comfortable. The bed and linens were top notch. The service of the staff is always exceptional - Tyler is a real stand out!!! If you want to discover interesting wine find Tyler!! Also so cool to be onsite during a Bentley promo shoot!!
Willows lodge is a great way to HQ in wine country. Great staff and wonderfully appointed rooms and common spaces. We always stay here when attending concerts as well as Wines of Washington tasting events.
This property was very expensive and not worth the price , it was busy and noisy and the food was too expensive. it was not the cleanest .
People, facilities and location
Nothing comes to mind
My stay at Willows Lodge in Woodinville was absolutely outstanding. The property strikes the perfect balance between rustic Northwest charm and upscale comfort. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly relaxing — the fireplace and soaking tub were especially nice touches after a day of visiting wineries. Also took advantage of the Spa and the massage was the best I've had in years! One of the best things about Willows Lodge is the location. It’s within walking distance of many tasting rooms in Woodinville Wine Country, which makes it an ideal home base for anyone wanting to explore the area without worrying about driving between stops. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful with recommendations for wineries and dining. The grounds are peaceful and beautifully maintained, and the entire property feels like a quiet retreat tucked right into the heart of wine country. Whether you're visiting Woodinville for wine tasting, a romantic getaway, or just a relaxing weekend, Willows Lodge is an exceptional place to stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area.
Wonderful lodging with amazing food and friendly service. Was very convienient and fun for our friends outing to a show and dinner. Atmosphere was just the right vibe and I'm sure we'll be back.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and no matter what time of year the experience is always very relaxing and enjoyable.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean inside and outside the lodge, the room was (we had the nicer room) wonderful. It was comfortable and warm, loved the in room fire place. The way the rooms are setup can give you more of a this is for couples who like the intimacy of each other
Amazing time at Willows Lodge and Spa! Highly reccomend the Spa treatments followed by the Hot Tub and Sauna as well as a stroll thru the Garden at night. Top it off with a glass of Wine at the Fireside Lounge and listen to the beautiful sounds being serenaded by local artists. What's not to love?!
Came here for Valentine's Weekend with my partner. Hotel and dining options were great! The hotel grounds were clean and welcoming. We enjoyed using the firepits at night and walking through the gardens during the day. The location was fantastic and walkable to numerous wineries and restaurants in the area. We had mixed reviews of the Spa because they over-charged us and were not very transparent with the services. However the services themselves were lovely!
Great location, service and beautiful rooms. Birthday trip with my friends in wine country and this property exceeded my expectations. Truly loved my stay!
Me and my husband stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. We decided to bring our baby and dog with us. The hotel was so accommodating to everything we needed, and its location and atmosphere are welcoming and beautiful. We had the relaxing and rejuvenating stay we were hoping for.
Our room was beautiful but had a smell to it, as if someone who works with horses had stayed there previously. It was a real bummer. The spa room was very chilly, but the massage by Dina was incredible. If these two things wouldn't have been an issue, I would have given the hotel 4 stars.
Beautiful, relaxing location.
Wish we stayed longer. Will definitely be back
This was the most beautiful and amazing stay I’ve had in a long time!!! From check-in to check-out everything was exquisite! Customer service was top-notch (special shoutout to Chaud, Olivia, Collin (with 2 L’s), and Nabil. These individuals went above-and-beyond and really helped to curate a very special stay for my Mom, Sister, and I. I cannot recall the last time I’ve experienced such stellar customer service. Willows Lodge blew me away and exceeded my expectations in so many ways. It was a wonderful stay and we plan to come back!
Wonderful overnight escape during dreary January. Nice sized room, great food, very relaxing atmosphere.
The perfect walkable location to many wineries in woodinville. The room was perfectly clean and had many extra touches that made it special (lovely scented products, water cups, robes, a balcony). Very quiet and the sauna was so nice after a long day!
Willows Lodge was the perfect stay for us as we celebrated our anniversary. The room was lovely, the staff were helpful as they ensured the details regarding our room were arranged, and the location was perfect for walking to several dining locations. For a romantic time away filled with culinary delights and relaxation, this was the perfect place.
Such a hidden treasure in the middle of wine country! We live nearby, but still chose Willows for a restful night away. The atmosphere is conducive to rest and relaxation. Very welcoming crew.
We have stayed at the Willows Lodge several times in the past and always enjoy our stay. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. We went over Christmas and the entry way was nicely decorated in a holiday spirit. The lodge is steps away from fine dining at the Barking Frog. The rooms are very comfortable, some outfitted with jacuzzi tubs. There is wine tasting near by including Chateau Ste Michelle.
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Spacious rooms w/ fireplaces that still manage to feel cozy. Wonderful restaurant on site. And the best part: very dog friendly!!
We love the Willows Lodge. We love that it’s a dog friendly property with great trails around. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the room, the layout is perfect, the separate shower and bath is wonderful. The room also comes with a coffee maker and the electric kettle for boiling hot water for those PNW cold days/nights :). We really like the filtered water and automatic ice maker that are readily available for us to refuel that is environmentally friendly and clean (no communal ice). If we have a chance to be here again, we will come back to the Willows Lodge.
Excellent location for our small company holiday gathering. The food and rooms were excellent. A few of us stayed at the lodge and the accommodations also excellent. I plan on returning in the summer to discover more of Woodenville.
it was very cozy and romantic! just exactly what we were looking for :)
nothing. everything what’s perfect!
Beautiful property
Awesome place for vacation . Could be more activities for kids but we had fun and enjoyed our stay. Especially spa and garden was our favorite places.
We’ve come to Willow Lodge for years for meals and events, but this was our first overnight stay. The room was beautiful — spacious, quiet, and cozy, with a large bathtub that opens toward the fireplace and balcony. Lovely anniversary chocolates too. The lodge has that warm Pacific Northwest charm, with cider in the afternoon and morning coffee in the lobby — very nice touches. However, we were disappointed by the $35 daily resort fee, never mentioned when booking or at check-in. No one explained what it covered, and we weren’t told about the spa, pool, gym, or bikes. The spa had a wonderful Thai herbal massage by Melissa, but the check-in was confusing and the “add-ons” actually shortened the treatment time. The relaxation room felt bare — no small snacks unless there was an event. The sauna was lukewarm, fruit was mushy, and the fireplace left charcoal stains on my pants. With clearer communication, visible management, and better transparency about fees, this could have been a 5-star stay. Beautiful property, but not quite the experience we hoped for.
Great little resort hotel. Clean and friendly. Walking distance to a lot of winery rooms. Restaurant was clean and had some live music.
My husband and I stayed at the Willows for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. From the onsite dining and convenient location (a close walk to multiple wine tasting rooms), to the beautiful room with the fireplace and balcony overlooking the courtyard, to the exceptional customer service, everything was top notch. I left happy and relaxed. We will certainly be back if we are traveling in the area again.
We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We were extremely impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The rooms are incredible, and the grounds are beautiful.
This was the perfect choice for a cozy, woodsy, wine country stay—walkable, fun art and flora on the grounds, a fantastic room. The restaurants do need a reservation and once you eat there, you will know why. Our room was well maintained and all the amenities were perfect. From your lined robes for the spa to your soaking tub. Such a great stay.
Outstanding resort/spa feel with accommodations that are warm and inviting. Rooms are spacious with large bathrooms with soaker tubs and separate showers (spa like) and in room fireplaces. I was there for an annual conference, and also spent some time enjoying the restaurant and grounds. The customer service at the hotel and restaurant were exceptional. Food and drinks were outstanding at both the hotel catering and restaurant (Barking Frog).
Was here for a business trip, and this was by far one of the nicest, most relaxing places I've been to. The entire property quietly screams serenity and relaxation. The staff is super friendly and help. The rooms have a fireplace and decor that just enhances the vibe. Truly a one of a kind gem
The grounds and how it’s close to all the winery. I also love the rustic feel
Limited food choices but the limited food choices were great!

Set in the rural winery basket in the fast growing Seattle suburb town of Woodinville, this boutique destination lodge is perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, and other special celebrations. We live close by and had gone to the lobby bar many times, but never stayed, however we decided to celebrate our 25 year anniversary here. Parking was not a problem since there is plenty of self-parking, and EV chargers are also available in the parking area if needed. Checking was a breeze with a friendly front desk staff who tried to accommodate a balcony room for us but unfortunately was not available. We stayed in a large King suite with a private patio facing the Zen garden. The cabin inspired room included a sunken jetted tub, walk-in double shower, heated seat toilet, mini-fridge, table, Nespresso, HDTV (also in the bathroom) and very comfortable King bed with several fluffy white pillows. I recommend going to the lobby bar for Happy Hour, and sitting out on the lawn by the fire pit during the summer watching hot air balloon fly by. There are also two restaurants in the property, The Barking Frog and the pre-fix menu, farm-to-table, The Herb Farm. Advance reservations are highly advised especially for The Herb farm which is an unforgettable experience that cannot be missed. Note that there are also several wineries large and small, and restaurants within walking distance if you decide to venture off the property. Some of the other amenities in the property included a small gym with 1 treadmill, a sauna located between the buildings, and a beautiful enclosed private hot tub located across from the sauna. There is also a popular SPA that can be booked online, however was already fully booked during our stay. I think summer time would be the best time to visit or stay here so you can take advantage of all its amenities the lodge, Woodinville, and the perfect Seattle weather has to offer, however if summer is not possible, it’s still a perfect destination for that special celebration anytime.
Our suite was wonderful with modern conveniences!
There was nothing we didn't like about the Lodge!
