Fantastic hotel. The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant was amazing, breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Must importantly, the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. I had something I needed help with and the staff at reception went out of their way to assist me. I will be forever grateful.. Highly recommend.

The amenities are nice, including the large pool and the park. The service personnel was kind. The hotel employes immigrants from Africa who were super respectful and kind.

Not for relaxing. At night its loud. Of the five nights three we were not able to sleep as on the first one there was a wedding and on another two nights drunk Americans were shouting for hours. Hotel personnel ignored it comlletely. One night from 12 to 1, the other noght from 3:30 to 4:30am… Not what i expect for more than 300 euros for a night. At the pool loud people, jumping, kids crying. BTW most of them also Americans… Looks like it is a place for partying people from the other side of the Atlantic.

Posto molto bello, abbiamo mangiato bene. Ho apprezzato molto la centrifuga a colazione. I ragazzi del bar- piscina e ristorante davvero gentili ed educati. Piscina bella e un giardino pazzesco.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Preferisco le strutture un pò più piccole ma è un gusto personale.

La struttura è incantevole, curata in ogni dettaglio e molto pulita. Lo staff è disponibile ad accogliere ogni esigenza, sempre in modo cordiale e servizievole. Colazione eccellente e ristorante del pranzo eccezionale con scelte per ogni gusto e cura dei piatti.

De Amerikaanse gasten en hoe het personeel daar voorrang aan gaf. Ze waren luid en hielden geen rekening met anderen, werden wel als eerste geholpen ( ws vanwege de hoge consumptie en tips)

Spazi esterni molto curati , ristorante e prima colazione TOP. Inoltre ci è stato fatto un upgrade della camera.

La poca cura nella camera . Tende macchiate /sporche. I prodotti di cortesia in bagno se utilizzati non venivano riposizionati. Il fogliame che cadeva sulle poltroncine esterne alla camera non veniva mai tolto. All’arrivo ci hanno accompagnato in stanza ma nessuno ad esempio ci ha informato sui servizi della struttura.

Incrível, hotel 5 estrelas, aliás não sei pq ele não é 5 estrelas, pq merece. Se hospedar nele é uma verdadeira experiência Toscana, em meio às colunas, ao verde, a paz e beleza desse lugar. Piscina linda, restaurantes ótimo, atendimento impecável. Voltarei com ctza.

Il borgo è incantevole e ben tenuto. La camera veramente bella e pulita. La piscina molto grande e pulita con tutti i servizi per rendere piacevole il momento di relax, dal bar al bistrot e al ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Ottima la colazione, ricca e di qualità. Un ringraziamento particolare a tutto lo staff che con professionalità e molta gentilezza hanno reso il soggiorno veramente perfetto. Ciliegina sulla torta il cestino con snack e bevande al momento del check-out. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Purtroppo quando ci sono gruppi la piscina non è il massimo per il relax, ma la struttura disponeva di un ampio parco e di angoli molto tranquilli quindi il mio soggiorno non ne ha risentito. per il resto tutto perfetto

Die wunderschöne Anlage! Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück und gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft mit Lademöglichkeit. Ausserdem sehr hundefreundlich. Unser Hund hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt.

Etwas teuer, sogar die Zimmerreinigung kostet 5 Euro extra.

Eten bij het hotel is relatief duur (prijs kwaliteit verhouding uit proportie). Locatie is wat afgelegen, waardoor restaurantjes in de buurt 15min rijden is. Maar dat weet je op nu voorhand!

Ağaçların arasında, doğa ile iç içe tam bir dinlenme oteli. Otelin ambiyansı çok hoş. Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Odalar gayet temiz ve çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Kafa dinleme için gönül rahatlığıyla seçebilirsiniz.

Restaurantlarının menüsü daha geniş olabilir. İnsan italyaya gidince en azından bir pizza yemek istiyor :)

We loved our stay here! Really loved the relaxed vibe of the hotel, the buildings and grounds were beautiful and spent a lovely day chilling by the pool. We thought breakfast was excellent and loved the bistro restaurant. The other slightly more formal restaurant was nice but didn’t love it quite as much. Staff were all really lovely and friendly, particularly to our 6 month old baby which was much appreciated. Cocktails were delicious!

As others have said the rooms could definitely use some updating but they were still nice and comfortable

Das Personal könnte aufmerksamer sein, wir sind jeden Tag auf der Lounge bei dem Pool gesessen und wollten immer was konsumieren, es kam aber nie ein Kellner zu uns wir mussten immer ins Restaurant gehen und darum bitten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür erwischt und unsere Nachbarn waren leider sehr laut…

Ruimtelijk, je kan overal liggen met je bedje op het gras. Ontbijt was top, personeel vriendelijk!

Schon die Auffahrt war toll mit den Zypressen. Riesengrosser Park und die Sonnenliegen kann man überall im Park verteilen wo man möchte.

Eine neue Dusche bevor man in den pool steigt, wäre dringend nötig.

Posto incredibile! Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo minuto, immersi in un piccolo borgo fuori dal tempo e dalla confusione. Location davvero meravigliosa. Stanza pulita e spaziosa, con sauna e idromassaggio. Ristorante a bordo piscina di ottimo livello. Tanti servizi e attività da poter fare. Gentilezza e professionalità da parte di tutto lo staff. E' uno di quei posti da cui è difficile venire via!

L'hotel est tres beau, conforme au charme de la Toscane, tres bien situé pres de Sienne, central pour découvrir la Toscane, et avec deux bons restaurants. Bcp de charme, mais pas guindé.

The property itself is stunning and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was larger than we expected with everything we needed and more. Both, the restaurant and the Bistro were amazing. Breakfast had a better selection than many other hotels in the region. Highly recommend.

There is nothing not to like. Perhaps people with walking difficulties might struggle to the carpark and back. But, I am sure the hotel staff would help.

This place is a little slice of heaven! We had a wonderful 3 nights here with our 3 teenage boys. We loved the setting, the pool and the restaurant, boys loved the football and tennis courts. Super peaceful and relaxing, great location not too far From some pretty towns. Super helpful staff. Wonderful!

Borgo davvero bellissimo; colazione sontuosa

Materasso scavato nella parte centrale per l’usura; personale poco attento al cliente al momento del check out. Durante l’ora prenotata sul campo da tennis (pagata a parte) il personale per tutto il tempo ha aspirato le foglie sull’adiacente campo da calcetto creando non poco fastidio.

Le personnel est au petit soin et d'un sympathie exceptionnelle. Le cadre évidemment est remarquable et très apaisant. Les deux restaurants sont très bons et disposent de bons produits, de même que le bar. L'organisation d'événements par l'hotel est également très appréciable. L'hotel est par ailleurs assez proche de Florence, de Sienne et San Gimignano ce qui permet de visiter tranquillement la Toscane (en revanche voiture nécessaire).

Nous ne captions pas (ni réseau ni Wifi) dans notre chambre. Par ailleurs nous entendions malheureusement un peu trop les bruits provenant que la chambre à coté de la notre, ce qui a pu nous réveiller.

Bellissimo borghetto immerso nel verde. Ottima colazione ed entrambi i ristoranti molto buoni. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Struttura adatta a famiglie con bambini anche piccoli.

La camera, una prestige con terrazza, aveva un condizionatore che non riusciva a raffreddare l’intera doppia altezza quindi la zona del soppalco con letto risultava un po’ calda. Era presente anche un ventilatore ma non sortiva nessun effetto. La doccia, se pur grande ed accogliente faceva fuoriuscire l’acqua dal piatto doccia che allagava parte del bagno.

Bellissimi gli spazi al verde. Staff eccezionale ed accogliente oltre che molto disponibile. Ristorante eccezionale e colazione eccellente davvero. Una vera oasi.

Hotel muito bonito! Quartos confortáveis, limpo, café da manhã bem diversificado, ótimo espaço de lazer….

Único ponto negativo foi o ar-condicionado que não funcionou muito bem. Tentaram consertar duas vezes mas continuou muito quente, sem resfriar o ambiente!

Il borgo è immerso nel verde, in una posizione strategica ed è curato e pulito nei minimi dettagli. I servizi sono impeccabili e lo staff è gentile e simpatico. La piscina è grande e ben tenuta, il ristorante è ottimo e i cocktail sono davvero incredibili.

Die Lage ist ein Traum, die Anlage ist sehr großzügig angelegt und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Speisekarte des Restaurants hätte kindgerechter sein können, dann hätten wir dort sicher auch mal gegessen.

Camera molto grande e bella. il parco della struttura eccezionale, molto bella anche la piscina. Il bar caffetteria ha una ampia scelta di cocktail fatti in modo magistrale. Colazione varia e molto buona. Staff gentile.

Da rivedere completamente il ristorante, lentissimi e poco coordinati. Abbiamo aspettato un'ora e mezza prima che arrivasse l'antipasto. Il cibo discreto, niente di eccezionale.

Bett schmal. Abgelegen, man braucht ein Auto. Speisen vor Ort teurer als im Ort. Cola kostet 6€. Für 1-2 Tage ok, aber nicht für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Alles, kamers, zwembad, tuin, top! De ligging van het hotel ligt aan de pelgrimsroute: via francigena, mooi om te wandelen of te fietsen.

Great area and facilities with big pool, tennis court and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was great and dinner was excellent, one of the best I had in Tuscany. Staff is very helpful, nice and very attentive. Especially the service at dinner was outstanding.

The room I got was a bit of a bummer with only windows to the main smoking area. The AC is quite loud at night.

Vale ücreti gibi saçma bir ödeme aldılar, otoparka kendimiz araba koymak için gittiğimizde kapı açılmadı ve mecbur resepsiyona gidip yardım istedik ancak vale hizmetinin ücrete tabi olduğunu söylemedikleri için her seferinde bizim hesaba 7 euro eklemişler.Diğer bir konuda kahvaltı çok zayıftı doyamadık, kahvaltıdaki bardakların içinden sinek çıktı 1-2 defa.

Very nice, cozy and comfortable stay. Great staff , specially Asia in reception- she was very helpful and welcoming and made all the difference in our stay.

I felt that the poolside bistro was overpriced.

The pool area and pool were beautiful and spacious

Limited food and restaurant options. It is also in the middle of nowhere. If you don’t have a car it can get really pricey going anywhere with taxis. We felt very isolated until we’d rented a car and then went to Siena, Florence, Livorno … In saying that after coming from busy sorrento my 8 year old loved the soccer field and vast lawns. If you’re looking to sit at a pool and stay in one place and don’t mind being far from things then it may suit you Family rooms were good. The classic room we got did not meet our expectations.

Ubicacion en medio del bosque, hotel con espacios abiertos para relajarse. Se encargan del coche y maletas. El lavabo es genial, una ducha increible. Tiene piscina en un gran prado para relajarse. Restaurante muy bien al lado de piscina, nosotros utilizamos el bistrot. Desayuno muy completo. Personal muy amable. Vale la pena pagar un poco mas para hacer un descanso en la ruta en este hotel.

La struttura è bellissima e lo staff è super gentile! La nostra camera era piccolina ma pulita ma con qualche piccola imperfezione (tipo acqua che esce dalla doccia o muri non perfetti). Super consigliato il ristorante. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. Molto organizzati nella zona piscina. Ma la nota di merito va ai lettini in piscina.. Super comodi!

Per una struttura così bella e orientata al luxury sarebbe bello se ci fosse una policy per i bambini mooolto vivaci in zona piscina. Il parcheggio potrebbe essere migliorato con ombreggianti… per arrivare alla struttura c’è da fare 1km di strada non asfaltata

Bywają miejsca gdzie czystość i standard wykończenia trochę pozostawia do życzenia (jak na takie ceny)-ale w Toskanii to chyba norma. Dość wysokie ceny noclegów i dań. Przydałoby się szersze kids menu. Parking trochę oddalony, ale można podjechać na wypakowanie pod recepcją i wrócić na teren po schodkach i przez restaurację. Przy tej cenie woda i mini bar mogłyby być bezpłatne.

This hotel is off the hook amazing!!! I've never stayed in a resort that provides "old world" service. The staff are highly trained and you can tell they take real pride in their job and they do their jobs so well. Our room was large and we had a really nice size terrace with full patio set and umbrella. Th bathroom was new and also very large. We loved the layout of this room. We are a family of 4 and the size was perfect. Lots of space to put your luggage, hang your clothes etc. The property itself is gorgeous. We enjoyed the two restaurants almost everyday. The pool is very large and there are plenty of lounges around the pool, and on the lawn for you to find your spot for the day or afternoon. You can essentially get food all day but you can always get a drink. They even offer specials throughout the week which is nice to mix up the food options. The food was really incredible. Like just as delicious as it was gorgeous sitting on a plate. The staff all over the resort for our entire stay was over-the-top attentive. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy thus far. They had a juicer where you can make your own juice with watermelon, apple, whatever you want, an omelette or friend egg station with a chef there ready and willing to make whatever your heart desires, not to mention they made whatever fancy cup of coffee you want on the spot that doesn't come from an automatic machine but a professional espresso machine. Seriously this was our favorite hotel hands down for both trips to Italy thus far. The location of the hotel itself it only accessible by car/taxi. We rented a car which made going to the various cities really easy. Two picturesque cities are so close. San Gimignano (great shopping and beautiful views) is only 30 mins away, Monteriggioni is just 10 mins away. Super small walled city but fun to just check out and have dinner or lunch. Lucca is about 1 hour away and so many more.

No onsite self-service laundry. I know it's a contradiction since this is a full service resort but paying per item for a family of four is just too much money. So a self service option would be ideal. I'd like the restaurant to offer at a nightly special to add a little variation to the menu. We ate many meals here and were very satisfied but if when stayed any longer I think it would have become redundant.

Absolutely loved staying at Hotel Borgo San Luigi! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of Tuscan charm. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s the perfect place to relax while exploring Tuscany. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Konum harika çalışanlar çok sevimli, herkes çok yardımcı. Oda rahat olanaklar süper, tesis çok büyük ve yemyeşil. Yemekler harika ötesi. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz. Giderken yolluk bile hazırlamışlar sağolsunlar.

A beautiful and spacious resort with plenty of room, so we enjoyed a great deal of privacy. The food was excellent, especially the dinners, and the wine was outstanding. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to children. The large swimming pool was fantastic, and we often had it almost entirely to ourselves. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with many beautiful towns just a 20–30 minute drive away. We highly recommend this resort

We absolutely adored our stay at Borgo San Luigi. You arrive by a treelined avenue, reception staff were friendly and welcoming, bags are taken to your room, the car is valet parked and you are shown around. We had breakfast and dinner there everynight and the food and service were fabulous. I can still remember the wonderful white chocolate mousse desert - superb. The pool is wonderful with lots of beds and plenty of room so guests all have their own space. The bar staff are attentive and professional. We stayed here at the end of a 3 week holiday touring around and found it wonderfully relaxing. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Die wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage ist das klare Highlight des Hotels. Dank der vielen Bäume gibt es auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehme Schattenplätze, und insgesamt herrscht eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Liegen am Pool sind sehr bequem und laden zum Verweilen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal: Vom Empfang mit Schirmen bei Regen über Restaurantempfehlungen und Reservierungen bis hin zum Gepäck- und Parkservice fühlten wir uns jederzeit willkommen. Zusätzlich haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite erhalten. Praktisch ist auch die Möglichkeit, E-Autos direkt vor Ort zu laden.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz dem hohen Niveau der Anlage. Die Zimmer im Haupthaus sind teilweise sehr hellhörig nach außen aufgrund der alten Holzfenstwr, zudem war ein deutlich hörbares Brummen der Klimaanlage nachts störend. Wir konnten aufgrund des Lärms nicht im Bett schlafen und sind aufs Sofa ausgewichen. Auch der Service im Restaurant- und Poolbereich wirkte gelegentlich langsam, obwohl Speisen und Getränke vergleichsweise teuer sind - der Aperol für 13€ stand mehr als 10 Minuten auf dem Tresen bei 33°. Das Frühstück ist solide, bietet aber wenig Besonderheiten und fällt eher typisch italienisch aus. Das Omelette und Rührei war teilweise noch sehr sehr flüssig. Die Preisgestaltung beim Laden von E-Autos war für uns nicht ausreichend transparent - kommuniziert waren 0,50€, in der App dann 0,60€ und mit Steuer dann 0,74€ inkl. Steuer. Zudem sollte man bedenken, dass die Anlage offenbar regelmäßig für Hochzeiten und größere Gruppen genutzt wird, was zeitweise zu spürbar mehr Lärm führen kann.

The grounds and pool area are so beautiful, everything is so well kept in the area which makes for the best photos! The staff were super kind and the check in process was really smooth. We appreciated the on site parking as we had a car for our stay. The staff were also super helpful in getting us set up with a chrome cast that let us watch Netflix on the TV, this was so appreciated as we had a rainy day the day after check in so weren’t able to venture out of the room!

Our room was a deluxe double room but it felt quite cramped for 3 people. The room was a double bed with a large in built wardrobe wall that separated the sofa bed on the other side, there wasn’t a lot of room for all of our suitcases and room to walk around. It was also quite dark in the room and the lighting was a very dark yellow colour so it didn’t help when we turned these on. It didn’t really meet our expectations from the photos of the room configuration and we definitely expected more natural light.

Lage war etwas für unseren Hund etwas eingeschränkt. Ansonsten ganz okay.

Leider kein Kühlschrank der bei Booking com eigentlich beschrieben war. Wir hatten frisches Hundefutter mit und die Minibar war zu klein.

Beautiful setting. Amazing views. Off the main road so it was quiet but still close that it wasn’t inconvenient for touring around.

O lugar é INCRÍVEL ! Nós amamos a nossa hospedagem ! O quarto é muito confortável, a paisagem é linda e a equipe é muito solicita ! Um obrigada especial pra Asia que nos indicou as melhores vinícolas e restaurantes

O hotel é 10/10. O restaurante do jantar (que fica dentro do hotel) nós nao gostamos muito, mas foi nosso paladar mesmo

Der Garten mit dem alten Baumbestand ist wunderschön und sehr weitläufig, so findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen für seine Liege. Der Pool ist schön groß und man konnte wirklich toll schwimmen, auch unsere Kinder haben ihn geliebt. Super war auch die überdachte Terrasse am Zimmer. Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten toll entspannen.

Das Frühstück war ganz okay, aber keineswegs fabelhaft wie angegeben. Wir waren nur einmal dort abends essen, denn für den Preis waren insbesondere die Fleischgerichte eher enttäuschend. Das Personal im Gastrobereich wirkte zeitweise etwas überfordert.

Die Anlage insgesamt , wir hatten vor unserem Zimmer eine kleine Terasse zum entspannen, Sauberkeit

Im Restaurant konnte man sehr wohl einen grossen Unterschied zum geschulten und komplett ungeschulten Personal merken. Schade, da der Koch einen exzellenten Job macht!
