Posizione, posto molto tranquillo, Camera pulita molto ben curata. Terrazza con vista Torre Eiffel. Receptionist molto accoglienti e educati.

La reception e la hall degli appartamenti non erano molto puliti i tappeti, c'era un po' di sporcizia. Ma nulla che non si possa migliorare.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. From the moment we entered the room, there was a very strong sewage smell. We asked the receptionist for spray, but the smell was so strong that we could hardly sleep at night. The bathroom was also extremely impractical. The shower had no door, the toilet was seperate amd extremely small, and there was no sink in the toilet, meaning we had to use shower area to wash our hands. The room was advertised with air conditioning, but the AC did not work.

J’ai tout aimer, accueil très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner au top comme d’habitude.

Me sorprendió el interior, la recepción es muy pequeña y no es precisamente bonita, pero las habitaciones estan muy bien, la terraza, el salón del desayuno, el billar todo esta muy bien.

Le dejeuner etait tres varie et en general excellent. La chambre etait tres bien aussi, avec un grand lit tres confortable et une grande salle de bain. La terrasse qui donne sur Paris et la tour Eiffel est excellente egalement.

Chambre calme, espaces variés et superbe terrasse avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Petit‑déjeuner plaisant, mais à privilégier tôt. Absence de climatisation : le ventilateur fourni reste insuffisant en période de forte chaleur. Accès très simple pour rejoindre Paris.

Heel Slstil ondanks dat het hotel naast een drukke weg ligt. De ligging was ideaal voor ons (bezoek aan een festival 3 km verder en vlakbij openbaar vervoer.

Badkamer zat achter een gordijn. Het was lang niet duidelijk of er er parking zou zijn. Handiger zou zijn als de parkeerplaats ook gereserveerd kqk worden voor bepaalde uren.

Locatia OK, micul dejun acceptabil.

Nu functiona aerul conditionat in camere, cu toate ca pe hol functiona!!! Aveau niste ventilatoare care intr-o ora, doua de functionare se incingeau si ele. Am intrebat la Receptie si mi-au spus ca aerul conditionat este stricat. Cand i-am replicat ca pe hol functioneaza a inceput sa-mi explice ca asteapta un tehnician sa-l repare, ...vrajeli ieftine. Cert este ca o saptamana ne-am chinuit cu caldura in camere. geamul deschis nu puteai sa-l lasi, nu aveau plasa de tantari. Curatenia in camere era selectiva, adica incepea dupa ora 11 cu camerele care se eliberau si urma sa primeasca noi oaspeti. In celelalte camere doar daca apuca sa schimbe prosoapele pe la ora 17, spunand ca restul face maine, ca nu mai are timp. Eu inteleg ca poate aveau o singura persoana pe tot hotelul care chiar nu poate face fata, dar nu este treaba oaspetilor sa rezolve aceasta problema. Daca nu poti asigura serviciile, atunci renunta! Cartelele (sunt cate doua pe camera) de la o camera (am avut doua camere, fiind o familie de 4 persoane) trebuiau resetate de 2 ori pe zi. Abia in penultima zi ne-a spus de la Receptie ca ar trebui resetate ambele cartele in acelasi timp. Noi mergeam cu cate una, pe rand, sa o resetam, in schimb ele trebuiau resetate amandoua in acelasi timp.

D'habitude j'ai plutot des chambres côté "cours" c'est très calme, cette foisl j'avais "vue" sur le boulevard. Ca peut etre bruyant la nuit a cause du traffic.

Tout, un grand merci au personnel de l'accueil pour leur professionnalisme. Merci pour cette magnifique chambre nous avons adoré avec notre filleul ! La vue au 3eme étage a permis à notre filleul de voir la Tour Eiffel ! La chambre était spacieuse, lktterie confortable, très bien équipée, le lit pour notre filleul était fait à notre arrivée 'ois avons apprécié tout comme la présence d'une machine à café à disposition au RH. Merci beaucoup nous gardons cette adresse :-)

Climatisation en panne

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’établissement, ainsi que la qualité de l’accueil et le professionnalisme des employés. Le petit-déjeuner était également de très bonne qualité.

L’absence de climatisation pendant notre séjour a été le principal point négatif. Malgré la mise à disposition de ventilateurs, cela a fortement affecté notre confort, particulièrement en période de forte chaleur.

Le personnel est très accueillant et prévenant, la chambre avec terrasse était bien décorée, bien équipée et calme.

Small but well designed room. Very good breakfast, although the fruit selection could include seasonal summer fruits (peaches, melon) instead of just apples, oranges. Friendly and helpful staff.

The central air conditionning did not work. There was a fan in the room which could not offset the execeptionally high temperatures at night.

The staff we dealt with at the reception and during breakfast were all very kind, friendly and helpful. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. Our criticism is directed at the overall condition of the hotel and, in particular, the way our complaint was handled by the management. Our conclusion: a disappointing stay, both in terms of comfort and maintenance, cleanliness, and especially the way the hotel handled our complaint. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Hôtel Atrium.

The biggest problem was the air conditioning, which did not work throughout our entire stay. This was during a period when temperatures were above 30°C, and it had a significant impact on our comfort for all five nights. What was particularly disappointing to us is that the air-conditioning problem was already known before we made our reservation on 16 June 2026. Had we known this in advance, we would definitely have chosen another hotel. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not the only issue. We also found the overall quality and cleanliness below standard. The floor and the area around the entrance were not clean, with visible dirt and rubbish. At breakfast, the placemats were sticking to the tables, and the general level of cleanliness did not give a well-maintained impression. We also found the music during breakfast very unpleasant and irritating. The room cleaning was also disappointing; after three days, the bed had still not been properly changed. We tried to address these problems during our stay and give the hotel an opportunity to resolve them. We repeatedly asked to speak with the manager and submitted a formal complaint on 30 July. Despite our requests, no member of management spoke to us during our stay. We only received a substantive response from management after we had already checked out. After five nights without air conditioning and after making every effort to resolve the matter directly with the hotel, we were eventually offered a 20% discount. We do not consider this a appropriate compensation, nor do we believe this is how a serious guest complaint should be handled. This is particularly disappointing because we had stayed at Hôtel Atrium several years ago and had an excellent experience at that time. We therefore returned with confidence. Unfortunately, that confidence was not justified this time. The offer of a possible room upgrade on a future stay does not change our view. After this experience, we have no reason to return.

Sauberes Zimmer mit allem was für einem angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig ist, nicht mehr und nicht weniger, hervorzuheben sind die schönen Sitzbereiche im Hotel, das ganz gute Frühstück, die Terasse mit schönem Ausblick, Billiardtische und Fittnessbereich, 24h Selbstbedingung für Kaffee und Wasser im Foyer

relativ kleines Zimmer, teilweise etwas abgelebte Teppiche und Mobilar im Hotel

Hotel położony w dobrze skomunikowanej okolicy, śniadania bardzo smaczne, a ponadto dostępny jest garaż podziemny. Dużym atutem jest taras na ostatnim piętrze z pięknym widokiem na wieżę Eiffla. Doskonałe miejsce jako baza wypadowa do Paryża.

W trakcie pobytu była awaria klimatyzacji, ale obsługa hotelu umieściła w pokoju 2 bardzo wydajne wentylatory.

Dårligt engagement fra personalet til at forbedre faciliteterne på værelset der ikke fungerede tilfredsstillende fra opholdets start. Først efter mange klager og trussel om at forlade hotellet for at finde et hotel der kunne opfylde de mest basale ting ved et ophold, blev der gjort et forsøg to dage før opholdet slutning.

No aircond although this was one of the condition when we search to book. Disappointing and not comfortable evening at all! The staff clearly knew about it, but still accepting bookings in this heat wave is crazy !

chambre impeccable, très propre (et même plus propre que pas mal de chambres d'hôtel de categorie superieure dans lesquels j'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner. J'ai été très agréablement surprise. Taille de la chambre très convenable, nous pouvions encore circuler avec trois valises ouvertes au sol. Le petit déjeuner était très bien (j'aurais juste aimé + d'options végétariennes salées). Le personnel était très serviable.

malheureusement la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, en période de canicule c'est dommage... nous avons eu un petit ventilateur, malheureusement insuffisant pour une chambre de 3 personnes, vu la configuration des lits. Nous avons pu avoir un 2e ventilateur la 2e nuit cependant.

La clime ne marchait pas. J'ai été mis sur le fait accomplis en arrivant à l'Hotel et ma chambre au 4eme étage était à plus de 30°C. Pas de proposition de dédommagement, pas de re collocation sur autres chambre / hotel. Je vais depuis longtemps en cet Hotel, mais s'ils pensent traiter leur client de cette manière, je vais sans doute changer mes habitudes..

There was no AC - we knew about it and got discount but still it’s a big disadvantage. Small tv in room, great terrace however it is not taken care of, please invest in it. Breakfast not bad but very boring - no vegetables at all.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. If you like the area and are looking for a quiet neighbourhood, book another hotel nearby instead.

Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The property does not match the photos and appears to be poorly maintained. The common areas were dirty, and the room cleaning was below acceptable standards. The air conditioning did not work, which alone is a very good reason to avoid this hotel, especially during warmer periods. As for the breakfast, I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to try it after seeing the overall condition of the place. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Las vistas a la torre desde la terraza de noche, y el paseo al centro e la villa es agradable, y el barrio es bueno y tranquilo. La ropa de cama y el desayuno es aceptable.

No había aire acondicionado porque estaba roto, sin mayores explicaciones, nos pusieron un ventilador. Preguntamos si estaba previsto que lo arreglaran y no nos dieron respuesta. y Había ola de calor, y era insufrible sobre todo de dia o en la sala del desayuno. Yo creo que sabían que no funcionaba ya antes de la reserva y por eso era un poco mas económico que el resto, sin ser barato. Las fotos son mucho mas bonitas que la realidad, aunque el hotel está bien para ser Paris. Nuestra habitación premium daba a un lateral y no a la torre.
