Reviewed Sep 18, 2026

I think the freezer was broken. But, I didn’t use it so I didn’t really care. Fridge worked. Air conditioner goes down to only 19.C and no lower, but honestly it was extremely cold at that temperature anyway, and that is coming from a person who loves the cold so I didn’t really have an issue with that.

Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Friendly, accommodating staff
- •Convenient location near station
- •Clean and comfortable rooms (many guests)
- •Excellent breakfast
- •Nearby convenience stores (konbini)
- •Laundry facilities available
- •Rooms that can accommodate families/groups
Areas to consider
- •Limited/uncertain parking availability
- •Some rooms are small with limited storage/luggage space
- •Bathroom drainage/ventilation issues and occasional odors
- •Housekeeping entered a room during multi-night stay without clear confirmation
- •Seasonal rate increases that reduce perceived value
Cleanliness
6.8/10Rooms described as clean and pleasant by several guests, but recurring issues noted with bathroom drainage odor, humidity from ventilation failures, and hair/net in bath drain that lowered the cleanliness perception.
Service
8.6/10Multiple reviews praise staff as very accommodating and helpful; several comments in Japanese and German note excellent, friendly service. One report of an unfriendly early-morning front desk interaction slightly lowers the score.
Location
8.4/10Consistently praised for proximity to the station, convenient access to transport and nearby konbini/shops; many guests mentioned it as a key positive.
Room Quality
7/10Mixed feedback: some guests found rooms comfortable and appropriately sized (including a family of three), while others reported rooms were small with limited storage and tight space for luggage.
Amenities
7.8/10Breakfast receives strong praise and the hotel offers useful amenities (laundry room with washers/dryers). Some minor amenity gaps noted (e.g., bottled water not provided).
Value for Money
6.6/10Generally acceptable value for many stays, but at least one guest flagged that seasonal rates can near double which negatively affects perceived value; parking reservation limits also impacted value.
Food and Beverage
8.5/10Breakfast is repeatedly described as excellent and tasty, a clear strong point in guest comments.
Overall Experience
7.1/10Most guests reported a pleasant or satisfactory stay, citing cleanliness, location, and helpful staff; issues like parking scarcity, room size, bathroom drainage, and an incident with housekeeping entering a room lowered some guests' overall impression.
