Il bagno è spazioso e ben fornito, con diversi prodotti a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione ottima e molto varia, con possibilità di scegliere sia tra proposte italiane sia continentali. Posizione eccellente, proprio nel pieno centro: l’accesso principale è direttamente sulla via pedonale, mentre sul retro c’è un accesso dalla strada carrabile, comodissimo per arrivare con l’auto e scaricare i bagagli. Soggiorno davvero piacevole, assolutamente consigliato!

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Abbiamo dimenticato dei salumi nel frigo in camera, che volevamo regalare. Arrivati a casa abbiamo telefonato ma ci hanno risposto che in camera non c’era niente. Abbiamo anche detto che avremmo ovviamente pagato noi la spedizione. Non piacevole essendo un 4 stelle

Pas grand chose car c'était très bien. Pistes d'amélioration possible : une vitre de douche plus large, une table de nuit pour chacun, une prise électrique supplémentaire pour le lit double et des accroches supplémentaires dans la salle de bain

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The hotel is located in the historical part of the city which is very beautiful. It is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fine though too many sweet pastries and not enough bread..I did notice however that the smoked salmon never got replenished..it was on a tiny plate and both mornings I had breakfast there was just enough evidence to see that yes there WAS smoked salmon! I had dinner one evening outside on the terrace which was excellent! The staff especially the girls waiting the tables for dinner and breakfast were wonderful - attentive and very friendly and spoke excellent English!

Nous avons trouvé que le prix du garage était exagéré. Mais il avait le mérite d'exister car nous n'aurions pas réservé si l'hôtel n'avait pas eu de garage.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Das Frühstück war gut (besonders für italienische Hotelverhältnisse), es gab eine gute Auswahl an Käse und Aufschnitt, sehr gute Rühreier und sogar deutschen Kaffee. Sagenhafte Lage in Zentrum; einziges Hotel mit Parkplatz in der Altstadt (allerdings mit sehr enger Zufahrtrampe: Da geht nicht jedes Auto rein.) Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir nur ein normales Zimmer gebucht hatten, da wir ein paar Tage übernachten wollten hat uns das Hotel spontan ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite gemacht, die sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet war. Restaurant exquisit.
Badausstattung dürftig: Duschstufe sehr hoch und eng, Duschmatte zu kurz gegenüber Plattenlänge (Rutschgefahr) und kein Haltegriff. Handtücher auf keiner geeigneten Halterung, sondern in einer großen Tasche in der Duschecke gesteckt: Man kann sie kaum noch irgendwo hängen.

Inaccettabile un 4 stelle sapendo la mia ora di arrivo e considerando che era nevicato il giorno prima quindi ancora con la neve in strada, ripeto inaccettabile che il riscaldamento in camera fosse spento lo acceso io fra lal'ltro non funzionava, in camera e in bagno avevo 18°C Mi hanno cambiato camera ma anche questa acceso il riscaldamento al momento in più i termosifoni del bagno si spengono ad una certa ora cosi se io voglio fare la doccia alle 6 di mattina la devo fare al freddo. Non capiscono cosa pensano di risparmiare cosi perdono solo clienti Ripeto inaccettabile
