L'emplacement est magnifique et il y a plusieurs endroits où on peut s'asseoir et relaxer sur le bord de l'eau. Le terrain est très grand et super bien entretenu. Un endroit idéal pour se marier. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Petit détail: je mettrais un peu plus de sucre pour le café du matin.

Nous sommes arrivés le lundi soir pour prendre un drink avec une amie (car le restaurant est sur le bord de l'eau et c'est magnifique) mais le restaurant était fermé. Cela nous a beaucoup déçu. Nous avons interrogé un employé sur la question du bar et du restaurant et il n'a pas été capable de nous répondre. Il n'était clairement pas informé de la fermeture du resto.

Our room was lovely and clean and had a small fridge which we really like when we travel plus a coffee maker. The size of the room was perfectly adequate. Wish we'd had a view though.

Breakfast à la carte was delicious. It is a beautiful location close to Lac St Louis. Very well maintained building and gardens. Good parking.

Comfortable large rooms with amenities to make one at home robes/ slippers etc.was clean and well maintained. The room internally was very quiet, no slamming doors etx consodering 3 weddings at the property that weekend, amazing! We stayed for a wedding reception and the food/wine at dinner was very good. The location is a bit odd on the road at the front but the grounds and lake behind are stunning and a must see.

Very slight road noise on the front of the property. We didn't have any milk in our room to make coffee when we arrived. When I called to ask for milk/ coffee pods etc they didnt arrive and I had to call again but took a while. Also they only use paper cups which was a bit odd but small complaint.

Our fourth-night staywas absolute perfection.very helpful and kind staff, very clean accomodation, the view was outsanding in one word it’s worth being at CHATEAU VEUDREUIL.

The room only has a paper cup next to the coffee machine, but it's supposed to be disposable. I've had to reuse it, so please replace the paper cup with a glass one. Thank you.

Love the location, the room was beautiful and comfortable and just excellent. The view, the food, the cocktails, friendly staff and accommodating waiters. The beach, the pool and hot tub and toasty sauna! Robes for use there and give away slippers too!

Goose poop!? Love the geese, but they poop everywhere. Would have stayed again but was traveling with my dog and you don’t allow pets.

This was not our first stay at the Chateau Vaudreuil. It has been a while since we were there but we found it to be has super as usual . The room was super nice siize, extrimely clean no complaints the cuisine is outstanding.

Our only complaint is the service at the bar. Some of the younger staff seam indifferent and I find they lack the curtesy of the older staff.

Beautiful well kept property with beautiful grounds and gardens. Nice room and restaurant.

Un véritable havre de paix, belle chambre, belle salle de bain, bel environnement, le jardin est magnifique, personnel très attentif et adorable.

Et s'il faut vraiment trouver une chose à dire, c'est que sa localisation assez proche de l'autoroute peut décontenancer au départ, mais une fois à l'intérieur on fait complètement abstraction de ce détail.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Wasser. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Sehr nettes Personal in der Bar und im Restaurant. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Kajak, Fahrräder....) inklusive. Schönes Hallenbad. Montreal in ca. 59 min gut erreichbar

Die Platzanweisung im Restaurant war manchmal etwas umständlich und hat länger gedauert. Das Frühstücksbuffet am Wochenende könnte etwas mehr bieten.

The bed. The mattress was no good, the sheets were rough and the pillows made my neck hurt.

We were greeted with such kindness when we arrived. The location was breathtaking, every detail in the hotel was gorgeous. Everything was clean, the beds were super confortable and the room very spacious

The slope in the shower was not done properly, and the water puddled under your feet.

La beauté du Château avec de beaux jardins près de Lac...belle terrasse. Le brunch excellent avec grandes variétés de fruits frais.. La propreté et la tranquillité . Gros merci pour mon surclassement. Très belle suite.

Rien à redire... Exceptionnel

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre et le calme de l’établissement. Le jardin et les abords du lac sont magnifiques et très reposants. Quelques écureuils viennent même nous rendre visite, ce qui ajoute au charme du lieu. La chambre était spacieuse, avec deux grands lits confortables, ainsi qu’une grande salle de bains équipée d’une douche. Nous avons également apprécié la très bonne table et la qualité du service. Situé à l’écart de la grande ville, l’établissement reste facilement accessible. Il se trouve à une bonne distance de l’aéroport et à proximité de l’autoroute, ce qui est très pratique.

La piscine intérieure, qui est pourtant très jolie, était malheureusement trouble. C’est dommage, car une piscine extérieure aurait également été très appréciée.

J’ai réservé pour 4 personnes 2 lit et il avait un divan lit au prix que j’ai payé je suis vraiment très déçue et je n’ai pas eu le rabais 15% c’est ma nièce Katherine Vigneault qui s’est mariée

Très décevant j'ai réservé pour une vue sûr le lac ,et j'ai eue une chambre vue sur l'autoroute avec une petite fenêtre sur le lac trop petite pour regardera deux .J'ai les photos de la suite et aucun rapport avec la chambre que j'ai reçu pour le prix et le personnel de cette journée pas très patiente,

L’ensemble de l’établissement est parfait. Investissement sans limite et sincères de M. Sandro et ces collègues.

Le personnel aux petits soins, l’environnement immédiat de l’hôtel côté lac, l’intérieur superbe, les chambres/suites préparées avec soin.

Is’s a nice place and tasteful. The staff is very nice. Very comfortable.

It is right next to one of the busiest highways in Quebec, so it’s very noisy when you are out in the yard or on the water. You can’t really swim because it’s dangerous and dirty. The windows do not open. It smells very damp and musky in the rooms.

Très beau paysage , belle endroit par contre je n'avais pas remarquer que s'étais sur le bord de l'autoroute . Très beau paysage en arrière mais l'autoroute brise un peu la beauté de cette hôtel.

Hôtel très confortable et luxueux, personnel aimable ( merci au majordome et au gardien de nuit qui nous ont dépanné en nous donnant la bonne info pour pouvoir acheter un adapteur), cadre idyllique, petit déjeuner à la hauteur.

Les vitres de la chambre pas propres et surtout un bruit de climatisation toute la nuit chambre au 3eme étage donnant sur le parking c’est très limite

Sehr schönes Hotel, toller Komfort. Es gab ein technisches Problem mit dem gebuchten Zimmer. Wir haben freundlicherweise kostenfrei ein Upgrade bekommen und waren mit dem neuen Zimmer 100% zufrieden. Einziger Nachteil: Hinter dem Hotel verläuft die Autobahn. Im Zimmer nach vorne mit wunderbarem Seeblick haben wir davon aber nichts gehört.

The rooms were outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were breathtaking with many opportunities to sit and relax next to the lake.

La struttura è grande e molto curata. Camera comodissima e pulitissima. Il personale è molto professionale ma allo stesso tempo accogliente. Il giardino della proprietà mi ha stupito, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Ci sono tantissimi servizi, piscina, kayak ed un ottimo ristorante. La colazione è a la carte, ma nel weekend è possibile scegliere se fare un ricchissimo buffet. Un grazie speciale a Laura del ristorante che ci ha fatti sentire a casa e a tutto lo staff delle colazioni che è stato gentilissimo e molto accogliente,hanno fatto partire per il meglio le nostre giornate di vacanza.

I had a difficult interaction regarding a paid late check-out. Given the hotel's price point and quality, the response I received—that they do not collect trash outside of scheduled housekeeping hours—was inappropriate. While a guest may choose not to have housekeeping enter their room during their stay, the hotel's stance effectively meant we were expected to keep the trash inside the room for the duration of our visit. That is an unacceptable response for a $500 per night.

- Excellent service - Great views - Easy to taxi / drive into the city - Went early July and had the tennis courts, bikes and spa facilities to ourselves most of the time - Room was great size and really comfy - Had dinner one night and was ok; nothing special, but they had live music which was awesome

We love the food and the location and the accommodations are amazing and beautiful

We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open for dinner and isn’t on Sunday’s and Mondays, but room service was available and the same quality and excellence that the restaurant provides. We just wanted to be pampered a bit and it wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Also the sauna was out of order, but the jacuzzi and pool were lovely and our room and view and dinner was great!

Ambience

Did not get better room (upgrade) despite occupancy very low. Also smelled smoke in non smoking room. We stay a couple of times each year so would have expected better treatment eg. Upgrade Upgrade during low occupancy makes for good client experience and great reviews for the establishment.

Ce n'est pas lié à vous mais la route de Québec-Vaudreuil est infernale. Surtout à l'aller un vendredi PM ... plus de 3 h 30 de route. Enfin pas de votre faute !

We love Chateau Vaudreuil! We had our wedding there 2 years ago, had spent quite a bit a bit of time there in the few years leading up to our wedding (as we live a distance away), and we go back every time we’re able to, to spend a relaxed night, a quiet day, and to feast on a delicious meal + breakfast at Villa Elina. Chateau Vaudreuil is a real treat!

The only thing that we don’t like, is that we live too far away to spend more time there.

The warmth that was once at this location is gone.....no special touches that were once there were replaced with paper and metal.

Je suis passé plus d'un mois dans cet hôtel, à cause d'un dégât d'eau chez moi. J'avais déjà effectué un séjour dans le passé. Mon choix est fait pour le personnel, la nourriture, le service de chambre numéro 1. Tout le personnel est extrêmement généreux, d'une gentillesse remarquable. La qualité humaine de chaque employé est la richesse du Château Vaudreil !! À revenir bientôt pour dire bonjour à mes nouveaux amis!! Merci beaucoup à toutes et tous qui m'ont aidé à me faire sentir comme chez moi !!

Beautiful location, incredible food, excellent amenities like pool, sauna and hot tub and tennis courts.

Only one elevator working, prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. Would be nice if you would allow pets in a few ground level rooms perhaps and then my family could stay with us as well. Maybe just a handful of rooms and a specific “watering” area. You take a deposit anyway. Lots of people travel with pets and have well behaved and housebroken ones.

Je préfère qu'il n'y ait pas de tapis dans les chambres, mais cela dit il était très propre.

200$ par nuit de dépôt de sécurité c'est de l'abus ... Du tapis dans les chambres j'ai pas vu ça depuis 30 ans

Un petit commentaire qui se veut constructif, pour la qualité de cet hôtel, il y a une cafetière Nespresso avec des cups (ça c’est bien) mais on pourait s’attendre d’avoir 4 tasses convenables (chambre pour 4) au lieu de 2 petits gobelets de carton….et aussi, 4 coupes de vin, au lieu de 2 😊

La tranquillité est parfaite , les chambres était au dessus de mes attentes. Le lit TELLEMENT confortable! Machine a café dans la chambre ! Belle petite salle de bain . Pour une fois je peux dire que le savon/shampooing sente vraiment bon .

Les robes de chambre faite un peu petite. Le cadran etsit programmé pour 6h le mstin 🤦‍♀️ je nai pas pensé regarder si les anciens occupant lavais utiliser .Mais cest vraiment tout. Le reste etait parfait.

The staff and service at the restaurant during dinner and breakfast the next morning were not as you would except from a top rated restaurant. The service was slow, wee had to ask for bread, then water, poor our own wine instead of having the server do it…..
