프레이케스톨렌 가기 위해 머물렀던 숙소인데, 공항 셔틀 이용 편리, 캐리어 끌고 버스터미널에 걸어서 가기 좋은 위치. Joker, 클리닉이 바로 옆에 있어서 이용에 편리했어요.

Wir hatten ein Standard-Zimmer ausgewählt, vor Ort aber ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr hell, durch ein Kästchen mit schwenkbarem Fernseher abgeteilt in Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Aufgrund des Regens war unsere Kleidung recht feucht. Wir waren froh, daß es ein Bügelbrett + Bügeleisen gab. Die Dusche + Pflegeprodukte waren sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war großartig, sehr große Auswahl, gute Qualität und speziell das Obst wirklich frisch. Und die Brote sind auch noch hervorzuheben. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut, man ist schnell in der Altstadt und den touristischen Plätzen. Die Parkplatz-Empfehlung war genau richtig für uns.

Wir sind mir der Heizung nicht ganz klargekommen, hier wäre eine (mehrsprachige!) Anleitung hilfreich.

The hotel is very close to the stops for the airport bus and the Pulpit Rock bus, as well as the bus station. The Old Town is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful with a wide selection.

Das Hotel hat eine recht zentrale Lage, man kann die Innenstadt gut zu Fuss erkunden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Es ist bietet eine schöne Auswahl. Auch der Service beim Frühstück war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Dank an die nette junge Dame mit den kurzen dunklen Haaren!

Die Sauberkeit und das Ambiente lassen leider zu wünschen übrig: Schon beim Betreten fällt der verschmutzte Teppichboden auf, der voller Fussel ist. Auch während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts wurde daran offenbar nichts geändert. Die Zimmertüren im Flur sowie das Bad wirken sehr alt und erinnern eher an eine Klinik als an ein gemütliches Hotel. Leider war auch unser Zimmer nicht besonders sauber. Auf dem Sofa befanden sich Staub, Fussel und Flecken. Man möchte sich dort eigentlich gar nicht hinsetzen. Insgesamt lässt die Zimmerreinigung deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Uns wurde gesagt, dass pro Zimmer 6 Minuten Zeit für die Reinigung veranschlagt werden, daher kein Wunder, dass es so aussieht, wie es aussieht!! Allgemein passt in diesem Hotel nichts zusammen, eine bunte Stilmischung, von modern bis alt und schäbig.

Die Lage ist topp 👍. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Es ist sauber. Tolles Frühstück.

駅やバスターミナルから近くて便利。朝食も普通に美味しかったです。観光場所までも徒歩圏内。部屋もゆったりしていて大型スーツケースを広げるスペースもありました。スタッフの皆さんはとても感じ良かったです。

自分達が気がつかなかったのがいけないのでしょうが、連泊の場合は前日の23時までに申し込まないと部屋の掃除が入りません。私たちは申し込まなくて次の日掃除が入ってないことを知り、とりあえず新しいタオルだけフロントに貰いに行きました。また、バスマットは準備してないとのことで、フロントでプラスアルファ1枚タオルを借りました。ハンドソープやコンディショナーも最初からほぼ無い状態でした。気づいた時間が遅かったので、自前のもので対応しました。

Lokalizacja świetna, przystanek autobusowy pod samym hotelem, kilka kroków do dworca, śniadania bardzo dobre i urozmaicone (trochę lokalnych produktów na plus), łóżko podwójne w pokoju bardzo wygodne, rozkładana sofka trochę mniej, ale wciąż przyzwoicie.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko atrakcji (w pieszym zasięgu). Bardzo dobre śniadanie, z dużym wyborem pieczywa i dodatków - w tym słynnym norweskim brązowym serem oraz lokalnym wędzonym łososiem. Do tego owoce, jogurty, pyszna kawa. Do śniadania możliwość nalania sobie shota z soku cytrynowego lub mrożonej kawy, upieczenia na świeżo gofra. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, zwłaszcza w restauracji. Piękny widok z tarasu na 8 piętrze. Bardzo blisko na dworzec autobusowy i kolejowy - dosłownie pod wejściem do hotelu (nie przeszkadza w pobycie, cichutko jest). rewelacyjna polityka proekologiczna: wymiana ręczników i sprzątanie tylko na żądanie, po zgłoszeniu dzień wcześniej wieczorem, niezależnie od długości pobytu.

Frühstück sehr gut! Zimmer und Bad gut und groß genug (3-Bett-Zimmer), Zentrale Lage - Hafen und Altstadt sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Etwas seltsam die Elektrik: die meisten Steckdosen hatten nur Strom, wenn das Deckenlicht eingeschaltet war, auch die der Nachttischlampen des Zustellbettes - etwas ungünstig, wenn eine Person noch lesen möchte und die anderen schlafen wollen. Wir mussten lange suchen, um eine Steckdose zu finden, an der wir nachts (ohne Licht) unsere Handys aufladen konnten.

Zimmer sind sehr schön und groß, mit der Familie war genug platz. Sauberkeit war okay. Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hatte einen familiären Charakter - was sehr schön und gemütlich war.

Das Hotel verfügt über keine eigenen Parkplätze. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist jedoch direkt gegenüber. Das Parken ist kostenpflichtig und auch nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen.

La ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación y el desayuno. Desde el hotel puedes ir andando a todas partes. La habitación es muy acogedora. No puedo decir nada malo del hotel :-)

Lo que no me gusta en general de Noruega es que en todos los hoteles en una cama de matrimonio te ponen dos edredones individuales. Por qué no poner un edredón grande que es más cómodo para no quedarse destapado?. En fin, es una diferencia cultural a la que hay que acostumbrarse cuando se viaja por Noruega.

Very disappointing handling of an extremely expensive laundry service We stayed at Scandic Stavanger Park as a family with two children during a long road trip through Norway. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was that a laundry service was advertised. We handed ordinary family laundry to reception, mostly underwear, socks, T-shirts and everyday travel clothes. A price list was available, but nobody gave us an estimated total or clearly warned us that the laundry would result in a charge of NOK 3,276.50, approximately €300. Had we been told the approximate total in advance, we obviously would never have authorised the service. When we complained at the hotel, we were told that the high cost was due to the fact that the service was outsourced to an external laundry provider. We later submitted a formal written complaint and asked either for a partial refund or a goodwill voucher, especially as we are Scandic Friends members and had other Scandic stays booked during the same trip. The hotel refused any refund, voucher or compensation. Their written explanation also referred to “privacy reasons” for not going through and counting personal garments, which we found difficult to understand because the garments necessarily had to be identified and counted in order to apply a per-item price list. We then replied asking for the complaint to be escalated and for a detailed reconciliation of the amount charged. We received no further response. The hotel itself may have positive qualities, but the way this laundry service and the subsequent complaint were handled was, in our experience, extremely disappointing. My advice to other guests is very simple: if you use the laundry service here, calculate the cost of every individual item yourself and ask reception to confirm the approximate total in writing before handing over your clothes. Do not assume that “laundry service” means an ordinary wash at anything close to a normal laundry price.

L’hotel è in generale trasandato e sporco, a partire dalla reception. La camera aveva bagno e biancheria da letto tendenzialmente puliti, ma la polvere non veniva passata da non so quanto e il divano era davvero sporco (capelli, macchie, briciole).
