Frühstück war minimal und keinesfalls einem 4*-Hotel entsprechend. Bei einem 3-tägigen Aufenthalt wollte man im Voraus die Bestellung der Croissants fürs Frühstück ?? Das war etwas befremdlich. Das Stiegengeländer war locker!! Unter den Kästen im Vorzimmer sammelte sich der Lurch. Die Suite (Nr.210) im 2.Stock war nicht mit dem Lift erreichbar (hätte man uns vorher sagen können). In der Suite waren Balken befestigt, die m.M. nach baubehördlich nicht genehmigt werden! Man musste den Kopf einziehen, damit man sich nicht anstößt. Im Vorgarten wächst Unkraut. Preis/Leistung für diesen Standard nicht gerechtfertigt.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstück ist ausreichend mit guter Qualität

Not being able to have dinner at the hotel was a disappointment. Apparently there are 'staff shortages' and dinner was fully booked. That is a feeble excuse for a managerial issue. The bar did not have a barman, there was one on call but not present. There is no room service.

Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück

Ein störendes Geräusch durch die Abwassertechnik die gesamte Nacht hindurch raubte uns den Schlaf

Très bel établissement. La chambre de la première nuit était très bien mais sans ascenseur . Les deux autres nuits au troisième étage avec ascenseur était moins bien . Sombre les stores ne tenaient pas ouvert un manque de lumière naturelle et pas de coin salon . Tout le reste était parfait .

Beautiful hotel in the center of Beaune, big comfortable room, everything clean and the staff is super friendly.

The restaurant was shut. Having had dinner on the terrace last year this was disappointing.

The hotel is beautiful. It is quaint, inviting, well maintained and very clean. Perfect. The staff was very welcoming including a personal handwritten note from fellow countryman that recognised my name but who wasn't going to be on shift when we arrived. The staff was super helpful and patient as we had to take care of a personal emergency that had just happened back home when we arrived and were checking in.

Found the breakfast diversity and quantities a tad on the light side. It might be because we arrived later for breakfast ~9.30am (finishes at 10am) and most was gone already. Hd expected some fresh fruit as example and there wasn't any - saw a few watermelons brought in later but that was it. Perhaps add instructions on driving back late from an event as we found gate locked. We did manage to ring up the guard but found our paid parking space taken so had to use someone else's which luckily wasn't a problem this time.

Deuxième expérience à l’hôtel de la Poste et certainement pas le dernier. Nous avons rencontré un soucis de bruit dans notre chambre et tout a été mis en œuvre pour nous changer de chambre et nous mettre hors de ce problème. Merci encore pour la réactivité. Moment très agréable au bar, cocktails incroyablement bons !

Whilst the room was great we thought the outside entry areas and garden maintenance was lacking. First impressions would be so much better if more attention was applied to the gardens and pathways.

Elegant hotel in Beaune. Within walking distance of all points of interest, but quiet and confortable at night - we enjoyed a good night’s rest. The receptionist were absolutely amazing - warm and welcoming, they also helped us with reservation to a restaurant they recommended where we had the most delicious dinner. A great experience, we will be returning surely

Idéalement situé proche du centre ville. Nous avons pû faire nos visites au centre ville à pieds depuis l’hôtel. L’hôtel est facile d’accès quand on arrive à Beaune en voiture. Le parking de l’hôtel était payant mais nous avons pû garer la voiture gratuitement dans la rue sans problème sur conseil même de l’hôtel. Les équipements de l’appartement sont modernes, très bonne pression de l’eau, eau très chaude, douche très bonne, très bon standing. Isolation phonique excellente, on n’entend rien la nuit, on dort bien. Très bon petit dej, le cadre du petit dej sur la terrasse avec les petits oiseaux est très agréable. L’appartement est facile d’accès et proche de la terrasse du petit dej ce qui était pratique. La déco de l’hôtel est raffinée, ce qui nous a dépaysé et mis dans l’ambiance de Beaune, nous avons aimé que ce n’est pas un hôtel standard. Nous avons aimé être tous ensemble dans un appartement tout en profitant des services de l’hôtel comme la consigne, le petit dej, l’accueil, c’était vraiment pratique.

Le listing de booking annonçait 3 chambres avec 2 lits simples chacune mais à l’arrivée une seule chambre avait des lits simples. La réception m’a informé qu’il fallait faire la demande pour avoir des lits simples avant l’arrivée car les lits doubles sont séparables. Au final heureusement cela n’a pas gêné notre groupe mais j’aurais préféré recevoir ce que je pensais avoir réservé. Normalement la demande devrait se faire dans booking en sélectionnant 2 lits simples ou lit double, mais là il n’y avait pas cette possibilité, l’appartement est réservé avec ces options d’office 3 chambres avec 2 lits simples dans chaque chambre. Je n’ai pas trouvé ça normal d’avoir à faire la demande de lits simples à l’hôtel dans la mesure où la réservation mentionne déjà que ce sera tous des lits simples, comment savoir qu’il faut en faire la demande ? je n’étais pas satisfaite de la réponse de la réception. C’est dommage aussi que les chambres soient séparées par une porte verrouillée, je pensais que l’appartement serait communiquant avec toutes les chambres ensemble, mais les 2 chambres à l’étage sont séparées de la chambres du rdc par une porte verrouillée, quand on loue cet appartement il faut donc 2 clés pour accéder aux 2 espaces.

Our room was up in the loft and not very comfortable We had to wait at least for 10 minutes to get a drink at the bar. The barman was rude, arrogant and disinterested in serving us. We were stuck in an annexe up two flights of stairs.

Le sèche cheveux est très sommaire pour un établissement de ce niveau. Le canapé de la chambre aurait mérité un coup de brosse à textile.

We stayed in August, during a very hot period so really appreciated the A/C. The restaurant wasn't serving dinner during our stay, but that wasn't a problem. There are lots of excellent restaurants to choose just a 5-10 minute walk away.

Le dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel est de qualité tres moyenne , et le service peu professionnel. Dommage pour un hôtel de cette qualité et renommée, et en sachant que nous sommes en Bourgogne, lieu gastronomique.

Het bed en het beddengoed vond ik minder. Ik heb niet zo goed geslapen De badkamer is zeer mooi en respecteert helemaal de stijl van het hotel, maar was misschien wat minder praktisch.

We hadden een kamer op het verdiep zonder lift. Geen probleem voor ons maar wel als je niet meer mobiel bent. De badkamer moet opgefrist: geen mengkranen, douche in het diepe bad

Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und der Wein ausgezeichnet! Die Bedienung war aufmerksam.

Tout était parfait dans cet établissement. A l'accueil le monsieur était vraiment d'une gentillesse rare, il s'est débrouillé pour qu'on est une place de parking, la chambre immense, très bien rénové avec sa touche personnel, très grande salle sz bain, le lit, plus grand qu'un king size !! literie très bonne, propreté rien à redire, petit déjeuner parfait, j'ai même eu le droit aux oeufs à la coque qui normalement n'est pas prévu, bref tout pour nous faire plaisir à un prix très acceptable. C'était une belle expérience pour une étape de vacances et soyez sur que j'ai mis cet établissement dans mes notes pour y revenir !

This is a beautiful hotel, close to the centre of Beaune. The whole hotel was very nicely furnished and the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, with a lovely comfy bed and even a bed and bowls for our dog. The staff were all friendly, especially Julie on reception who even arranged an appointment for our dog to visit the local vet. Lovely buffet breakfast on the outdoor terrace.

Driving from Paris to Geneva , I stopped at the restaurant Le Bouillon , restaurant de L'hotel de la Poste a Beaune. I arrived late for lunch and the welcome from the waiters was very courteous. I had a fantastic lunch : Bourguignon aux girofles , [Of course! ] salade , fromages and a chocolate mousse, with 2 different wines , one outstanding glass of Pommard 2012 and another glass of Pouilly Fuisse . the cuisine was excellent ! the prices were extremely reasonable . where in the world can you taste top red wines for 12 euros a glass ? coming from Las Vegas ,Nevada, it was a pleasant experience.! the service was perfect. I visited the hotel which is real charming, a place to stop some other time. I highly recommend this restaurant.
