Vecchia e in zona brutta

Het was mooi! Het hotel bevindt zich in een straat met leuke restaurantjes en koffiebar. Je zit midden in het Turijns stadsleven, op loopafstand van het Valentino park aan de Po. En uiteraard loopafstand van het centrum en treinstation. Ook heb ik heel gezellig gekletst met de medewerkers. Superlief!

Ottima la colazione decisa sul posto. Molto bello il piccolo ascensore che porta alle camere dei piani alti.

Camera nel sottotetto troppo calda nonostante il condizionatore. Comunque molto ben arredata e accogliente.

Le camere sono un po’ vecchie e andrebbero ristrutturate. É tutto molto basico

A very clean and quiet hotel (especially the courtyard room I stayed during the feast of Ferragosto). It's probably not this quiet on weekdays… The inner city is for a 15 minutes walk, the station, the metro is nearby.

Hotel in una buona posizione per visitare la città a piedi, situato in un quartiere con tanti locali per cenare e fare colazione. La camera era spaziosa con un letto molto comodo. La gentilezza dello staff ha fatto la differenza: ci hanno consigliato itinerari per vedere le attrazioni principali e soprattutto ci hanno suggerito la soluzione del ticket giornaliero da 11€ per il parcheggio che ci ha risparmiato di pagarne ben 45 nel parcheggio gestito lì vicino.

La camera era poco silenziosa, sia perché dava sulla strada, sia perché 'impianto di climatizzazione e il frigo entrambi un po' datati facevano rumore di notte e li abbiamo dovuti spegnere. La colazione ha un solo prezzo: 9€, che per noi che avremmo optato per brioche e cappuccino era decisamente alto e ci ha portati a optare per i bar del circondario (peraltro ottimi). Nel complesso l'hotel resta comunque una buona soluzione anche come qualità-prezzo.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und preiswert. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und gab uns auf Anfrage ausführliche Tipps zur Gastronomie in der Umgebung.

An unserem Abreisetag funktionierte der Aufzug leider nicht mehr, sodass wir unser Gepäck über fünf Stockwerke hinunter tragen mussten.

Location was good, close to the train station. Breakfast choices plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

No hot water for our first three nights. Tv never did work, signal too weak. Room definitely did not resemble the online photos.

Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita, struttura comoda al centro e alla stazione, con reception aperta 24/24 e deposito bagagli. Si riposa benissimo e il personale è davvero gentile!

Acomodações impecáveis, limpas e os recepcionistas muito amáveis.

L'albergo ci ha fatto un upgrade della camera, cosa assolutamente ben gradita. La stanza era molto grande e pulita, letto comodo con molti cuscini. La posizione dell'albergo è anche assolutamente strategica e comodossima.

Per la stanza bisognava fare qualche scala perché all'ultimo piano, ma assolutamente non invalidante. Essendo all'ultimo piano, con le classiche verande torinesi, se una persona alta dorme su un lato del letto potrebbe dare una testata. Tuttavia ritengo che queste siano inezie e non hanno minimamente invalidato l'ottima permanenza.

Központhoz közeli, boltok, éttermek közelében, látnivalók többsége gyalogosan elérhető. A szoba tiszta, kényelmes ágy, a szoba a csendes belső udvarra nézett. A reggeli nagyon finom volt.

La struttura è ben posizionata. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a usufruire della colazione che termina alle 10:00.

L’aria condizionata non funziona in modo ottimale. Siamo entrati in camera verso le 23:00 e ci ha messo molto tempo a raffreddare l’ambiente; durante la notte, invece, la temperatura è scesa troppo e ci siamo svegliati per il freddo. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato un ragno morto nella doccia al nostro arrivo.

OTTIMA LA COLAZIONE COSI' COME LA COMODITA' DEL LETTO LA POSIZIONE DELL'HOTEL MOLTO CENTRALE E QUINDI COMODISSIMA

HO AVUTO PROBLEMI CON L'ARIA CONDIZIONATA IN CAMERA, IN QUANTO NON FUNZIONAVA O COMUNQUE NON GESTIBILE .. PROBLEMA PER TUTTO IL SOGGIORNO NON RISOLTO

Proximity to train station and city center

Lot of noise from the street even with the windows closed, air condition not working even the outside temperature was 31 degrees celsius. In five days no change for bad sheet even if I left the card on the pilow as was requested. In the bathroom a half roll of toilet paper& 100 ml of soap( for 5 days).

Cattivo odore in camera

Clean and comfortable room. Really good location to walk to the city center and to the Porta Nuova train station, if arriving by train. Really appreciate the baggage deposit. The streets around the hotel are full of cafe, pubs and restaurants to hang out.

The downside of a lively street is that if your room is towards it, over the weekend it can be quite loud - it was totally better on Sunday night.

La chambre n’était pas assez spacieuse/ confortable pour une famille de quatre personnes. Pour cette raison le rapport qualité-prix n’était pas bon.

Ligging dicht bij station (onze trein naar Rome vertrok 10.00h). Wel wat lawaaierig in straat, maar ja-Italianen praten luid en staan naar elkaar te roepen s nachts....

in the room the window wouldnt fully close and during night I would hear people outside. As it wouldnt close fully during night room was becoming cold.

The Breakfast was very basic with zero vegetables, White unhealthy bread for toasting , extremely cheep sweet juices No omlets option ,only hard boiled eggs that the shel hardly peels off...

Struttura un pò vecchiotta sia negli spazi esterni sia nella camera e nel bagno che sono corretti ma datati. Nel complesso ben posizionata pulita e perfetta per un breve soggiorno ! Colazione buona anche continentale

Super friendly staff, they were quite kind the whole week: early cleaning of my room every day, they gave me the room a bit in advance due to my earlier arrival, and they were friendly when I arrived late at night. The location is superb, you can easily walk around Turin downtown while there's a metro station reasonably close to the hotel from where you can reach the key areas of the city. The breakfast was complete enough with a nice variety of options. The room was extremely clean and I especially liked the balcon from where I could get some fresh air in the morning.
