La chambre est petite. Il n'y a pas de plateau dans la chambre (bouilloire, bouteille d'eau, café, thé). L'insonorisation est mauvaise. Ma chambre était proche de la cage d'ascenseur et le mécanisme des portes m'a empêché de dormir. Et le tintement du bouton d'appel. Les doubles fenêtres atténuent le bruit du périphérique. Le hall d'accueil est en meilleur état que les chambres.

Séjour bien. Mais énormément de bruit la nuit : les gens parlent et rient dans le couloir. Cela m’a réveillé dans mon sommeil.

Property cancelled my booking unexpectedly and then wouldn't take any calls or reply to messages. And then refused to refund via Expedia. Never book a stay here.

Bonne expérience pour une nuit rien à dire

Nous n’avons pas du tout aimé la chambre pour 3 qui n était pas faite. Nous avons du faire venir la réception qui nous est revenu avec une couette à la main et nous a montré au dessus d un placard un sac devant contenir des coussins. Les lits étaient médiocre, le seul avantage étant la proximité à la gare de Lyon en taxi.

Quarto muito quente, tive que dormir de janela aberta pois o ar condicionado não funcionava. Limpeza do banheiro duvidosa também.

The facilities are okay, but the rooms are very noisy. I woke up 6AM with people from the hotel working on the laundry and pushing carts everywhere. They definitely need to improve the soundproof of the rooms.

Séjour correct, personnel serviable et aimable. Par contre, la chambre était très petite (pas la place d'ouvrir une petite valise) et la salle de bain aurait pu ėtre plus propre (cheveux au sol et collés au mur). Et l'hôtel est un peu loin de tout.

Hôtel bien situé par rapport à la Porte d'Italie et au stade Charléty. Grand, propre, multiservices, hyper bien isolé : aucun bruit alors que le périph est à côté. Petit-déjeuner au top, généreux.

Elendig beliggenhed. Meget svært at komme ex. ind til Paris med offentlig transport, og nærmest umuligt at komme tilbage om aftenen. Meget larm fra trafik, trist område.

Room was absolutely too small, loby was dark and dingy, grounds around the hotel was not maitained, not a good location. Room was not cleaned.

Increíble para una estancia en París. De gran Calidad. Y el desayuno incluido es muy variado y abundante. Muy recomendado.

Rooms are small. The heater definitely works. Within walking distance of transit, grocery store and pharmacy.

À mon arrivée il y avait une panne d’électricité et j’ai été livré à moi-même pendant 24 heures. Il ne m’a été proposé aucune solution d’hébergement : annuler ou revenir le lendemain. Scandaleux

Bonjour Nous allons dans cet Ibis tous les ans dans le cadre affaire. Cette année nous avons remarqué une literie un peu dure avec une couette qui couvre peu ; plus qu'une serviette par personne ; petit déjeuner correct mais jus d'orange pas très bon ; personnel très agréable Séjour correct.

Très satisfait de la qualité de l'hôtel et du personnel.

La chambre un peu petite, on ne pouvait pas fermer la porte de la salle de bain car ça tapé dans les toilettes. Les joints des douches un peu vieillissants, des coups de peinture abîmé. Ça mériterait une petite rénovation. Un peu cher un rapport qualité prix surtout par rapport au secteur.

We had booked double bed but we got 2 bed combined together but unfortunately it was not properly combined so that bed is moving and making gap between. There is no toilet soap or shower gel or anything . No kettle , water , or those tea making stuffs which are provided by reputed hotels. The area is away from transport so its difficult to reach a place nearby to get bus or train. Property is net and clean but other things make it bad.

Friendly staff at check in and also at the bar. Room is typical for Paris being on the small side. Not the nicest part of town - run down neighborhood. Never felt unsafe and did sleep well. Nice they have a water filtration station in lobby where you can get cold clean water. Parkade beehind hôtel a bit expensive but had lot’s of room.

Great people. Tiny rooms. Air conditioners don't work well. I think the filters need to be replaced. Low price, a bit off the beaten path. If you "need" a place, you can certainly do worse. The people are the saving grace. Wonderful, helpful, friendly employees.

Chambre en face de l'ascenseur, tres bruyante, impossible de dormir avec l'ouverture / fermeture des portes. J'ai appelé 4 fois, on ne m'a meme pas proposé de changer de chambre.

This hotel is a little outside Central Paris, but access to the Metro is a 10 minute walk through a rather nice park (although finding the right exit from the park can be taxing). Staff were efficient and friendly, and rooms exactly as you would expect in an Ibis. It was excellent value for money - and the evening meal was the best value we've had for some while.

Very short stay. It wasn't easy finding the reservation at the front desk, and it took a long time. People at the desk were cooperative.

The original booking was before covid19. We were unable to get a refund but got a coupon instead. And now we decided to use the coupon after 3 yrs. I booked 4 family rooms (few months before) since its a group of 4 families. I called hotels.com customer service since I have a complicated situation with one of the rooms. I was referred to call directly the hotel. I called the number of the hotel and talked to a representative named Rudolf. It was the worst customer service ever. I was trying to explain to him the situation of one of the rooms: Before covid, this room is for 2 adults and 1 child (3yrs old) but after covid, it became 2 adults, 1 child (6yrs) and a baby (1yr). I was asking him if it was okay since the room was for only 3 persons and as far as the baby is sleeping in the adults bed, the baby is free to stay. I told him that I also talked to hotels.com and he answered, "Are they the one making your rooms?" I was shocked. I still try to talk nicely to him but he was just rude all the way. And then in the end he said that he is not working in the hotel itself but in booking services. He is not even the person I need to talk to. So he referred me to talk to the hotel itself. So I talked to the hotel and problem solved. During our stay: the rooms are small, its so warm even if there is an AC (I also talked to the reception about this), cleaning personnel are very rude and mad when you try to ask them about something. Lastly, towels are dirty and always missing.

Good budget hotel in Gentilly. There isn’t much going on nearby but it is a c.10min walk to the nearest RER stop and a few stops into central Paris.

The next day I checked in, I cane back to my room after 4pm and I saw that the housekeeping only made bed but didn’t change towels. I called reception and I was told that I had to go pick up towels from the reception. So I went downstairs and asked for towels. A front desk person was giving me only one bath towel when there should be more for hand towel too so I asked for 2 towels and he just gave another one with no words and didn’t even respond when I thanked him. First of all i shouldn’t have gone downstairs go get new towels since it was supposed to be changed by housekeeping and I didn’t like the attitude of the front desk staff. The location is really bad also. It’s in front of cemetery and way too far from a station. It seems dangerous to go out to a store nearby at night but their vending machine at the hotel was out of water too. I also got bed bug bites 2 nights in a row.

My room was across from the lift, so it was quite noisy in the evening. The bathroom was a good size and I was provided a hair-dryer. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. I enjoyed the breakfast. The lounge was quite nice.

Room was as small as a bathroom. No basic amenities were there. Telephone not connecting to the reception. Food is good.

It was a great stay. Super clean. wifi super fast. Great breakfast. close to touristic areas (15 min by train plus 10 min walk to station). there's no restaurants to order food in the area though. I definitely would stay at this hotel again (but would make sure I to eat before as there is no place to buy food near by).

We have a pleasant stay in Ibis Paris porte d'Italia. Friendly staff, clean room, delicious breakfast and dinner and quiet place.

The property was good for a one night stay. The air conditioner wasn't as cool as I would have liked, and the third bed in the triple room was mediocre.

It’s an ok place but poor air conditioning and it was hot outside. Not a lot of restaurants in the area. I stayed there since it was near the stadium, except for that it would be better to be closer in

Faultless.

Room I was in had bed bugs and all the did was move me to the room across from me. They didn’t comp my room for the night, offer me maybe free breakfast or dinner. Feel like the way they handled this situation was like if i was over reacting. Will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel this year. I really like it because the rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again. There's not much in the neighborhood, but if you walk about 10-15 min you can reach the metro or the tramway and within a few stops are lots of areas with restaurants and shops.

The rooms are amazly dated, The lobby has been recently updated but the rooms are very very old fasioned. The service is out and out RUBBISH. the breakfast is poor it says its open until 10am but unless you get down for breakfast before 8 you have zero chance of choise.

This Ibis Hotel is clean, friendly and has a helpful staff at the front desk and the restaurant as well. However the neighborhood is definitely a bit tattered, and does not feel very safe. I walked to the bus in the morning, but took Uber back later in the day for safety. AC didn't work, and still didn't after I let them know and they "fixed" it. I tend to be chillier than most, and I was suffocating in the mornings. The room was like a sauna. Their "15 minute" policy should have been applied (if an issue isn't resolved in 15 minutes, you stay as their guest) The Ibis shower certainly needs improvement. It's not only small, but half of it is unusable, and the design doesn't include a door - it's very difficult to not have water flow out onto the floor. I adjusted the shower head higher and made the stream flow straight down, and that helped. There should be a barrier of some kind, on the raised section to make water flow back into the tray, or make the tray bigger - and put a door on… The shower water is nice and hot, and is hot immediately. The water pressure is only ok, but the removable shower head makes rinsing my hair out easier, with the low h2o pressure. The free toiletries they mention are a bottle of all-in-one shampoo/body wash hanging from a hook in the bathroom, that was almost empty. I used it to wash my hands as there is no hand soap. I have my own toiletries so it was a big deal for me. For others, it might be. The food in the bar & restaurant are just

We had an enjoyable stay with restaurants and supermarket near by. Not easy to walk around, but did manage to walk from hotel to Notre Dame.

The hotel is very accessible to the metro and to bus #57. I appreciate the warm reception and the very helpful staff. Its environs is safe and peaceful. The facilities at the hotel are clean, especially the room where I stayed.

Was cheap and clean. Bit far from major tourist attractions but cost of transport is the same as if you stayed right near tourist areas because you will use the metro at some point. Reception was not friendly or helpful but I expected that. They only provide liquid soap in a big bottle which is better for the environment. You will probably have a view of the cemetery.

Great Ibis hotel. Very clean and staff very helpful. Bad location if you are trying to site see. 10-15 minute walk from the metro... Room was very small. Perfect for two people.

The hotel was in a good enough location, (about 10 mins walk from the closest station) but had a lot of group tourists who were blocking and smoking at the entrance. The service was friendly enough, and the room was basic and okay.

Good place if you just need a room to sleep and will be sight seeing all day. 15mins walk from Gentilly train station. Rooms need travel adoptors!! I learnt it the hard way. Comfy clean room on the small side but no noise from the highway close by.

Ver dirty room and small room. With this price better hotel can be availed. Dissatisfied with stay.

We stayed at this hotel fri-sun for a long weekend in Paris. Positives-modern hotel, friendly staff, clean, cheap, great breakfast (€8.50 for all you can eat continental - great to set you up for the day) Negatives-rooms are quite small but fine none the less, it's quite far out - out of the Paris ring road therefore slightly more expensive metro fares etc. Gentilly itself isn't up to much. Overall a great hotel! Would definitely recommend as a cheap place to stay if you're only planning to be in there from 12am-10am like we were.

Had a great experience!!! Their front desk personnel was very helpful. The gave me a map and explain me very well how to take the train and bus. Both location are less than 10mins walk. Only thing is that the rooms are very small.

It is an ok hotel...however quite noisy...you can hear everything that goes on in the rooms around you and above you. It is close to the cite internationale and I booked it because it is a 15 min walk til there.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, booked a double but got a twin room, when I mentioned this to the staff, I was told they were fully booked but I was moved to a double the following morning. Very pleasant staff, easily located by the RER and good value for money.

I stayed there for 3 days & 2 nights. Overall it was very good.

Very pleasant hotel, bar & restaurant handy

The staff are very friendly and very helpful; The room is very clean; Surrounding neighbourhood is OK, very close to city university. We enjoyed our stay there. But the hotel location is a little bit awkward: The closest metro station is Gentily, which is in zone 2, but if we walk 10 mins more to the city university station, it's zone 1, then the ticket prices is 50% cheaper nearly.
