2 enkele bedden besteld was er niet. Geen parkeerplaatsen in het hotel. Nummering van de kamers niet op orde. Onvriendelijk te woord gestaan.

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer Unbequeme Betten

Leider musste ich diese Reise aus Gesundheitlichen Gründen absagen, so hat ein lieber Freund von mir meine Buchung kurzfristig übernommen, Das andere Zimmer wurde von der Versicherung übernommen, Mein Freund war unglaublich begeistert, und wird nä. Jahr wieder kommen, sowie auch ich mit meinem Lieben. Wünsche wir uns, dass es noch die gewünschten Zimmer gibt,

Very cool Hotel for Car lovers

Excellent proximity to the Nürburgring. It's about a 5 minute drive to the main track entrance near Devil's Diner in Nürburg. There is secure underground parking, but it was not included in the cost of our stay. We had to pay extra. The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the wide selection of food.

We stayed on a Monday night when there were no big events or races, and we thought the cost of a one night stay was very high. The rooms are average, and the entire building is a little dated. The underground parking is very tight as well, larger cars may struggle. There is no AC or fans in the room, so we had to have the balcony door open all night to let fresh air in.

Amazing stay for us. Balcony overlooking both the GP circuit and the Nordschliefe and we were lucky enough to see cars and bikes on the track. Breakfast was great too.

- cama incomoda y hacia ruido TODO EL RATO - sin cortina, entra TODA la luz - la recepcionista una mal educada, ni hablar ingles. Ella gesticulando y hablando aleman, y si no entiendes le da igual. - ni un triste jabon en el wc, todo lo que pone que hay no - luces de la habitacion no funcionaban tenias que levantarte para abrir y apagar la luz - el desague de la ducha se salia, y si no vigilas te abres la cabeza - desayuno lleno de abejas porque tenian todo abierto - NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO Podria seguir, pero seria demasiado largo. Hotel funcional si buscas tener vistas al circuito, si buscas descansar o pasar unos dias, 0 recomentable.

Hygiëne was heel slecht. Huisdieren toegestaan terwijl bij booking staat allergene kamers. Er was beloofd ivm allergie extra goed schoon te maken maar het was niet schoon.

Mocht je echt aan het circuit willen slapen dan moet je hier boeken. En als er wat te zien is dan kijk je vanuit je balkon (kamer aan gp-strecke) zo op het circuit.

Weinig! Dit is wat je verwacht als je boekt.

Staff was friendly and the check in process very easy and quick, great breakfast and location is top notch (if you are ok with lots of car/bike noises.

For the price, the stay was just good, not amazing. Beds were firm, shower hygiene needed some attention.

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Pancakemaschine ist toll

Wir saßen im Frühstücksraum leider im Durchzug, aber sonst ist alles TOP gewesen

Das Personal ist sensationell freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Blick auf die Rennstrecke ist genial. Auch das Abendessen ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Als wir eincheckten war leider kein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage oder direkt beim Hotel verfügbar. Leider wird bei der Qualität des Toilettenpapiers ein wenig gespart.

Läget, vi hade balkonger mot Grand Prix banan. Bra och rymliga rum. Vi hade connecting-door med våra barn. Smidigt med parkering i källlaren.

Pound for pound one of the best hotels I've stayed in anywhere in the world. Great views and atmosphere from the balcony, clean and tidy everywhere. Breakfast is amazing and included. Lots of nice touches too like free chilled water bottles, cool lift in lobby, bar stuffed with motorsport memorabilia. Excellent value for money.

Hotel carpark gets full so you have to park across the road in dusty carpark.

Das Personal im Restaurant war besonders nett. Die Lage zum Ring ist der Vorteil!

Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen-hat dringend Modernisierungsbedarf . Es gibt keine Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern! Unser Fernseher (Fußball WM!) war defekt. Auf Anfragen an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass das bei zwei Drittel der Zimmer der Fall sei …???!!! Erst auf Anfragen (!) wurde mir hierfür die Parkgebühr der Tiefgarage erlassen. Davon wiederum wusste das Personal an der Rezeption am Folgetag (Checkout) nichts-erst auf erneutes Nachfragen wurde die Notiz irgendwo gefunden. Der Preis ist VIEL zu teuer… nicht alles kann man mit der Lage rechtfertigen.

Keine Klimaanlage

Si eres aficionado a las carreras, o vienes a algún gran premio, es ideal alojarse en este hotel desde el que puedes incluso ver las carreras. O ir andando al circuito. El personal de recepción es muy agradable.

Te preguntan que si quieres que te hagan la habitación. Eso ya de primeras, para un hotel en el que la noche vale de media 250€, me parece de mal gusto. Pero es que además, en mi caso, diciéndoles que sí, nunca nos la hicieron. Hay una nevera en la habitación, pero no funciona. El agua que ponen en la habitación es exclusivamente con gas, y caliente, claro. El bar de la recepción, no lo tienen en funcionamiento, o sea que no puedes tomarte algo en algún momento.

Das Hotel liegt grandios, Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Rennstrecke. Herrlich. Das Zimmer ist angenehm gross, das Bett ist bequem. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen, der Service gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, das war sehr unangenehm bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur.

Leider hat der Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Angesichts des Übernachtungspreises hätten wir einen deutlich höheren Standard erwartet. Die Zimmer wirken in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Preisniveau. Das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage hat den Aufenthalt insbesondere bei höheren Temperaturen zusätzlich beeinträchtigt. Auch beim Service sehen wir Verbesserungspotenzial. Zudem ist die Anzahl der verfügbaren Parkplätze sehr begrenzt, was die Anreise unnötig erschwert. Insgesamt hinterlässt das Hotel leider keinen Eindruck, der den aufgerufenen Preis rechtfertigt. Ein ausgewogeneres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie Investitionen in Ausstattung und Service würden den Aufenthalt aus unserer Sicht deutlich aufwerten. Schade, denn das Potenzial wäre durchaus vorhanden.

Veldig fint og rent hotell med god frokost og fantastisk beliggenhet. Svært hyggelige ansatte ved frokosten.

Ingen AC eller vifte på rommene, blir forferdelig varmt på rommet til det punktet hvor det nesten er vanskelig å puste. Fikk svert dårlig søvn pga dette. Resepsjonistene var heller ikke de aller vennligste og kunne ikke spesielt godt engelsk.

Breakfast excellent, room clean and materially comfortable. That's the end of the highs.

No air conditioning which is a major negative, especially when temperatures were 35 degrees outside, very difficult getting any sleep, I'm exhausted after my stay. The TV provision was having a technical fault being addressed during my stay which remained non-operational. The hotel is extremely penny pinching charging for motorcycle parking in what is a 'not secure' car park - I rode around the barriers on all occasions. Further penny pinching is the failure to replenish the much appreciated coffee pod machine daily, apparently they supply four pods for when you arrive but if you want more (my stay was for three days) you pay 1.5 euros per pod. A real pity because the actual hotel is well designed and has a well themed Nurburgring vibe in the decor. I won't be rebooking here, it's nowhere near 220+ euros a night value, incredibly disappointed.

No air-conditioning, for a 4 star hotel this was unacceptable and in 38 Celsius heat was unbearable, a discount was refused and staff were unhelpful.

Basically I love this hotel just not in the summer.

It’s about time you upgrade the rooms with an air condition system or at least a ventilation option. It’s too hot during the summer especially the rooms that are facing the circuit as they are facing the sun as well and it’s like 35 degrees inside the room

Het hotel ligt aan het circuit, dus je zit eerste rand bij de race. Bij het restaurant kan je prima eten, er is een terras bij, ontbijt was ook goed.

Geen airco, er hing een heel onaangename geur in de lobby, misschien door de warmte?

Eigentlich alles . Es müsste für abends mehr für kinder haben ,wie zumbeispiel ein Spielplatz für Kinder
