La personne a qui j’ai appelé pour la réservation, il m’a dit que je devais avoir une attestation pour ma petite fille. Je séjourne 12 à quinze fois par ans chez vous toujours avec mes petits-enfants, et on m’a jamais demandé ça. Je lui ai dit il m’a raccroché au nez. J’ai fait la réservation par Booking 😢. Autrement tout est très bien

Position near the highway is functional for people in transit.

The room was 264 euros for 1 night (2 adults and a child), including breakfast, in a hotel in a peripheral area of a small town (near the highway). Even though we reserved the room for 3 people, the cushions, towels, and drinking glasses were provided for two people only. In addition, the room was very small; on one side there was approximately 40 cm between the bed and the wall, and on that same wall were double doors to the bathroom that were each also approx. 40 cm wide, so you had to position yourself well to even get into the bathroom (open door 1, then position yourself between wall and bed, then open door 2 and enter). The ceiling in the bathroom (when showering in the bath tub) was low for tall people, while getting out of the bath tub was a high step even for tall people. There was no bar to grab while the bath tub was slippery. The usb entries did not work, and there were few power outlets close to the beds (only the one that had 40 cms between bed and wall had a power outlet on that side). The minibar was empty, not even a bottle of water was provided (neither for free nor for payment). There was an option to make tea with tap water, and there were two glasses clearly not meant to carry tea but rather drinks that weren´t there. Room decoration feels dated. When we first entered, the lady at reception was a bit snappy. For such a high price, one would expect more. We understand that hotel chains can ask for these high prices (especially when other hotels in the area such as the IBIS hotel next door are owned by the same chain), but it would still be ethical for management to consider whether they provide sufficient value for money. Here, that was clearly not the case. It was not the first time we stayed here, but it was considerably more expensive and a worse experience this time.

Mir hat das Personal gut gefallen, extrem nett und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang.

Die äußere Optik des Hotels, ist nicht einladend. Alle Teppiche im Hotel waren extrem verschmutzt und fleckig. Die Kissen im Zimmer waren wirklich nicht bequem und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war zu schwach. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lieblos und die Auswahl überschaubar.

Das Bett war sehr bequem, Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir schnell loswollten. Das Restaurant sah aber toll aus. Der Pool war nach der langen Autofahrt genau richtig :-)

Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Es war sauber. Betten sehr bequem.

Der Preis steht einfach nicht im Verhältnis zur Qualität des Hotels. Der Pool war leider nicht wirklich sauber, die Stühle außen z.T. mit Vogelkot verdreckt. Nicht sehr einladend. Ich war schon in einigen Novotels, aber dieses hat mich enttäuscht. Bei 200€ pro Nacht muss ich das Bett meiner Kinder noch zusammenbauen. Das geht für mich leider in dieser Kategorie nicht.

This was a really nice, comfortable and relaxing hotel. Great that there is a bar and the swimming pool was a lovely thing for the kids.

Chgambre agréable bien qu'un peu veillisante avec une poigné de porte cassée dans les WC par exemple. Avis mitigé sur le restaurant, le service avait l'air un peu dépassé, sans délai majeur pour autant et surtout on avait un plat très appréciable me concernat alors que celui de ma femme n'avait aucune saveur. Excellent petit-déjeuner. La piscine était super et la salle de jeux, un vrai plus pour les enfants. Nous avons donc globalement beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Hôtel un peu veillissant avec une poignée de porte des WC, cassée. Repas mitigé avec un des plats sans aucune saveur alors qu'il sagissait d'une salade fraicheur du jour et rien n'avait de goût du fait notamment d'un important manque d'assaisonnement.

Schoonmaak niet op orde, personeel niet gemotiveerd en onprofessioneel, kwaliteit restaurant matig, ontbijt ook niet geweldig. Douchen in badkuip, hoge instap en glad, niet geschikt voor ouderen.

Hotel was very busy and not enough staff on to cope with the evening service. Waited over 20 mins between courses in the restaurant.

Wir waren schon häufig hier als Zwischenstopp nach Spanien. Die Zimmer sind schön und groß genug, die Familienzimmer auch. Das Frühstück war wie immer super.

Top locatie als tussenstop, kamer van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, gratis gebruik van Rituals in de badkamer en goede wifi.

De bedden vielen tegen, we hadden allemaal last van onderrug de volgende ochtend. En de wc is erg krap.

Super convenient localization, great breakfast, restaurant and bar open late hours. Huge parking lot, SUV certified. Swimmingpool by the hotel - (great for a morning wake up before long driving).

Easy to get to, welcoming and helpful staff, room was well sound proof.. minor sound from guests upstairs but this can’t be helped. Beds were very comfortable. Cold water dispenser very welcome.

No sink in the loo area was a bit grim. Bit tight on space for a 3 person room with access to bathroom. Pity there were no family rooms where child has an adjoining room.

Great stay/stop off for our onward journey

We arrived around 2pm, the bar/restaurant did not re open until 7pm and were told we needed to go off site for food. We couldn’t find the recommended cafe, ended up back in the car and getting McDonald’s. The bar staff chap did not seem all that interested whatsoever

Als we 's avonds iets gingen eten ging het aperitief en gerecht heel snel, daarna duurde het lang voor er kwamen afruimen en ons zoontje zijn dessert brachten. Daarna liep er vanalle communicatie fout bij ons dessert. Jammer.

Perfecte locatie wanneer je op doorreis bent en ideaal met kinderen. Lekker nog even een duik in het zwembad (dit was wel erg druk).

Het restaurant had een mooie en heerlijke kaart. Maar helaas m et een kind wat een slechte eter is, was er niets wat eventueel zou kunnen (frietjes of een pannenkoek bijvoorbeeld).

It is well located for those using it as a stop over on a longer journey. Also the fact that they accept dogs is very welcome. The staff are pleasant. The food in the restaurant is pretty good.

The rooms were clean, but the general areas (lobby etc) were not very clean… carpets could have used a really thorough vacuum, also all the bins outside were overflowing…. We have stayed there a couple of years ago and it was definitely cleaner then.
