Vì khách sạn được xây khá lâu nên cách âm không được tốt. Nhân viên nên chủ động giới thiệu cho khách những tiện ích của tổ hợp khách sạn.

Staff is not good. I asked for a coffee in my breakfast, the coffee bar staff said coffee is served for foreigners only

Location is perfect. Hotel is in the center area, just 5 mins walk from the Ho Xuan Huong lake. View from the room is great. The time for breakfast is long enough.

The room was too cramped, the bed was small, and the soundproofing was not good, so there was a lot of traffic noise since the hotel is located in the city center on a main street. The breakfast was poor and lacked variety. There was not even pâté for the bread or boiled eggs, which are traditional and safe breakfast options. The menu hardly changed from day to day, so the food became quite boring.

This is a historic hotel, very well maintained, in a very central location. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. The room we had was very quiet. Breakfast buffet offers a very large variety of items, both local and international. The atmosphere in the hotel is just great, starting with the old but very well maintained elevator, which is so cool.

The room we had did not have air con, only a fan (even though it was working very well). The restaurant of the hotel is across a very busy road, not ideal.

Nostalgic, high class, well maintained, high level personnel, excellent restaurant and buffet.

Nothing negative to write about it.

Cần lưu ý phòng tắm: khách lớn tuổi khi vào - ra bồn tắm dễ té ngã vì không có một điểm dựa chắc chắn. Giá đỡ vòi tắm bị hư chưa thấy sửa. Tóm: cần lưu ý thêm khu nhà tắm

Établissement désuet mais qui ne manque pas de charme. Excellent service de massage sur place. Petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux. Personnel accueillant mais inégalement qualifié.

Les chambres sont "dans leur jus". Les couloirs pourraient être entretenus avec plus de soin.

Everything seems Ok. The room is comfortable. Facilities are Ok.

The smell of essential oil when first entering the room. Lemongrass is too strong for sensitive person, especially when you arrive after a long road trip.

From the clean, comfortable room, to the complementary breakfast with a wide variety of choices, to the convenient location (5 min walk from the lake and the Da Lat night market), this hotel seems to have it all. Plus, its great value for money!

The television signal kept fluctuating and the TV would sometimes hang.

Nice French colonial design but poorly maintained. Limited and cheap room decors. Cheap plastic phone and night lamp about to fall apart. Rusted and stained bathroom fixtures. Shower has no fixture to hold shampoo and bath gel bottles. Limited dining options nearby. Breakfast options were limited and of poor quality. Only great things were a comfortable bed and friendly and helpful staff (front desk and cleaning).

Excellent location! Friendly attentive staff and nice breakfast buffet. Very classy, vintage decor and comfortable bed. Rooms are a bit small but nicely equipped. Housekeeping staff very attentive.

Beautiful old character hotel on the hill in Dalat. Mostly preserved in its 1930’s glory including the original elevator. Free parking, breakfast Buffett, easy walking to the night market and lake. Lots of amenities around. Quiet rooms.

Good location

The rooms are old and very small. The faucets and shower have never been cleaned since they were installed 20 years ago. There is not enough space for the suitcases. The rooms have no air conditioning. The rooms have old fans that don’t work very well. There is no exhaust fan in the washroom. There is no ventilation in the hotel.

Bath tub lacked curtain for showering. Had to request for the curtain. Noise issue for rooms facing the street.

Very convenient with location at center of city.

The location is good. We can walk to the lake and the night market. Breakfast is nice.

Very nice French architecture hotel. Like everything except bathroom could use some updates. For example, bathtub is very for older ir short persons to climb in to take a shower.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating!

A wonderful central location in Da Lat. Great English speaking staff, clean accommodations and a delicious breakfast buffet. We will come back.

Asia Viva Travel organized a wonderful, thoughtful and creative travel plan for my 10 day stay in Vietnam. The Du Parc Hotel in DaLat was the best! Friendly staff, spacious rooms and diuious breakfast buffet. Despite some medical challenges I was faced with , Ms Rosa Vu helped navigate me through them and assisted me with all my challenging needs, Asia Viva is a a top run travel agency I would not hesitate to recomend or use again!!! 5 Star cast!

We stayed mostly when we came to Đà Lạt . Staffs excellent. But the hotel don't have heating systems. Hopefully in future.

No needed passport, causes many times staying with this hotel, this one is my favorite place in Đà Lạt.

Traditional hotel that now seems rather austere. Room was clean but slightly musty. Staff attentive and friendly. Only place to eat in the evening was in a small bar in the huge reception but food was nice. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and nice quality. Our room was at the front and the electronic billboard opposite made our room light even at night!!

Old furniture.Safety box was missing in the room.

The hotel building being an old structure had a charming character. However, it lacked a modern air conditioner so it was not possible to ser the room temperature to our liking. Also, the bed size was rather small even for us that are average in height.

The Hotel du Parc Da Lat has plenty of old school charm, fairly priced, atmospheric and good staff Can be a bit noisy with main road out of the front and ceiling fan instead of air con, but it’s cooler and fresher in Da Lat so that wasn’t a problem Charming bar, good staff, vintage elevator We only stayed one night but this hotel was fine for the area and probably much better than those around the night market with so much noise and traffic

The breakfast is not good, but I learned that because the meal is supplied by Doi dep. I think Doi dep does not know how to make a buffet breakfast for a hotel like Du Parc Dalat - very old and traditional hotel, in the past Novotel made the hotel reputation. Now Doi dep ruined and damaged the reputation of this hotel. Doi dep , please leave Hotel Du parc ! Doi dep - you cannot earn fame from Du parc , so please let the visitor enjoy the real breakfast not with Doi dep. Please!!!

I hate everything Doi dep touch the foods, they do not know how to cook, and more importantly, Doi dep use the not fresh and very low quality material s to cook. They have no ideas how to cook western foods. And they also do not cook good Vietnamese foods.

Staff was very courteous and attentive whenever we saw them in the lobby and return/departing from the hotel.

Floors were a bit dusty and things were a bit run down/pieced together. It’s an older hotel from the French colonization days but frayed wiring, dust on floors and mold in the caulk are preventable IMO. Also, the shower drain was awful. Filled up the tub within seconds of turning water on to shower.

Stayed there for 1 night. Very disappointed. I don't mind the furnishings not being new but the hotel rooms are not cleaned. Linens, and surfaces have not been appropriately cleaned in a long time. The air con was central air con system and there was a fan aimed directly at the bed. Upon entering the lobby, staffs are not welcoming. Since the location of the hotel is located at the central area, the hotel can get busy, especially with the group tour. We were disturbed by the group tour around 4AM. It was super noisy since the Front desk was informed but no action was taken, only said: "Sorry" without empathy. The staffs were busy with their phone. Breakfast had very poor presentation. Service staffs gathered around, talking, using their phones, drinking coffee/tea and blocked the ways too. Throughout the breakfast, only 1 male staff (Mr. Quang Vinh) was busy and assisting the guests. The hotel signage showed "Since 1932" but the it has lost its glory.

My wife and I love visiting Dalat at least two or three times per year. This is one of our favourite, French colonial hotel. The lift dates back from the French Protectorate. The hotel is amazingly nostalgic! Warmly recommended, together with its sister hotel Dalat Palace (more luxury and expensive).

From the moment of entering, no welcoming atmosphere. Staffs face says "I don't care about you. Don't bother me. I am busy with my phone". No greetings at all in the lobby. Breakfast was with many items but poor presentation. Service staffs here also showed "I don't care" expression. Throughout the breakfast, only 1 male staff (Mr. Quang Vinh) was busy with guests, assisting & engaging. Other staffs gethered at the corner, drinking coffee, tea & chit chatting around. They put us in the middle of group tour rooms. We had a terrible night with noise. No coutesey at all when allocated the room. The hotel signage showed "Since 1932" but almost a century history faded by the poor staffs.
