Key Hotel

Very friendly staff. The room was well kept and clean, with comfortable beds and a decent sized bathroom. The building is more on the older side, but everything was well maintained. Breakfast was really good with fruit options, some yogurt, coffee and a wide variety of sweets. Overall this good value for what you pay!

The hairdryer is definitely older and there's not really a view from the room.

A személyzet gondossága, figyelme, előre látó viselkedése

Lovely big room. Excellent bathroom. Lovely helpful staff. Great location with parking. Nice buzz. Safe in room. Great place to stay.

Breakfast was good with lovely staff but more choice would be good. Fridge & kettle in room would be a bonus

Very good breakfast

Ogromny, przestrzenny pokój, łazienka z dużym prysznicem i dwoma zlewami. Pyszne śniadania i miła obsługa. Udzielono nam wskazówek dotyczących parkingu. Polecam

Colazione ottima, camera pulita e posizionata per ottima silenziosità,bagno pulito e doccia spaziosa

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast. We loved the sunset views from the roof terrace too

Nothing

There is a road reconstruction work in front of the hotel, starting early in the morning with big noise

Purtroppo la camera puzzava di fumo.

Kedves személyzet, tiszta szoba, bőséges reggeli.

Hangos gépház az ablak alatt. Minibar hiánya.

Wszystko zgodne z opisem.

only breakfast was good, location was somehow close to train station, not bad.

Before our stay, I called the hotel and asked about an iron. They said we will lend you in your room , but when I asked for it, they told me I had to use it in a small, messy office. The rooms also had no refrigerators, and they told us to leave our things downstairs in their refrigerators. The horrible thing happened during the first night in room 408. Around midnight, I felt something walking on my legs and biting my skin. I checked the bed with my cellphone light and found black stains and tiny black dots on the bedsheet. I took photos of the bedsheet and the bumps on my legs. I immediately showed the photos to reception and asked for another room, but they said they were fully booked and only changed the bedsheets. The next morning, I asked Paolo and Michele to change our room and wash our clothes because they were exposed, but they refused. They even told me to call the police if I believed we were right. That afternoon, we were moved from room 408 to 407, but our clothes were not washed. The second room had no visible problem. At checkout, Paolo and an a person who called himself Michele ( but his actual name was LUCA BONOTTO) said you talked to my brother yesterday and now he is busy! he denied what happened and said they checked the bed and found nothing. and those bites are for mosquitos! I told them, “If you don’t want to accept it, ok, but reality of stains on the bedsheet and bites does not change, that you don’t know anything about hygiene in your hotel!” The bite of a mosquito is different from pests on the bed, of course you can not find them during the day because they are active at night, they are very agile for hiding, and they hide in super tiny gaps! they were disrespectful, and waisted our time, money with their lies and not taking any responsibility! I have the original photos of the bedsheet and my skin, and the rest of necessary files with all available metadata/information.

Posizione centrale e comoda alla città

Non ho niente da dire al riguardo

personale davvero molto gentile e molto disponibile, colazione molto abbondante, letto super comodo e tutto molto pulito!

Super entgegenkommendes Team. Alles da für Bike-Packer.

Very clean, comfortable and modern. Just 10 min walk to Centre and great to park car

Nothing

Staff sempre disponibile

L’aria condizionata non funzionava molto bene.

Amazing stay! This is our second time here and it was great. Clean, close to city centre, free parking, helpfull staff.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise

The room could use some updating

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Ottimo rapporto prezzo/ qualità. Ambiente pulito e personale cordiale, disponibilità e sempre presente.

Posizione vicina allo Stadio Menti, staziome e Centro

Staff disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Nulla da segnalare

Super clean and organised, very good breakfast and nice personal.

The parking space could be better.

Niente

Hotel avec bonnes prestations: lit, petit-déjeuner, ...

Maybe one more chair in the room (two beds, two chairs).

Colazione super

Posizione

Colazione varia ed abbondante, camere luminose e abbastanza ammodernate. Bagno nuovissimo. Buona insonorizzazione.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile

Viesbutis tinkamas trumpam sustojimui.

Breakfast good

Air conditioning very poor

Staff very friendly and helpful

Good location- easy to get to. Clean and comfortable. We had a family room for 5 guests- it was very spacious and convenient. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast.

Limited parking facilities requiring street parking.

The accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped and clean, and a quarter of an hour’s walk from the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop terrace is cool. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Vicenza.

L’emplacement

Imaju svoj besplatni parking.

Wybór ciast i owoców.

Słabo funkcjonują a klimatyzacja.

Te aire acondicionat, i Buffett per esmorçar.

Las camas y almohadas muy comodas. El desayuno muy bien. Personal muy amable.

Un poco alejado del centro.

Great location, very kind staff and good breakfast for the price.

There is some mold in the rooms so it could use a renovation.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, czysty pokój, przestronny i wygodny prysznic.

Wszystko było ok.

Rien

Breakfast was 10/10. Very basic hotel in a not so great location. We stayed on a Sunday and the restaurants and shops nearby were all closed. Did manage to get a really good nights sleep as very quiet neighbourhood

Location was a bit dull

Exceptionally friendly staff. Silent neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. Not far from the historic centre
